Subway in Barnsley

2 young staff ever so polite , order was then taken over by an older lady presuming the owner talk about ignorance at its finest staff look scared of her she couldn't even smile! Was touching food and coins with same gloves on. Shop very warm don't know how these young staff can work in there without all air-conditioning on !! There's better jobs out there kids with decent managers

I ordered a 1.25l Fanta, they did not have it in stock so instead they gave me five 500ml bottles which is equivalent to 2.5L, great service, well done

Had many a subway delivered - this was by far the best we’ve had delivered. Just the right amount of ingredients, still warm from being toasted, everything exactly as ordered. Amazing quality. Thank you 🥰

Sandwich soggy and stuck to wrapper and completely fell apart when trying to eat it and most of the bread was wet

shocking missed off half the order .. rang up to complain and had some arrogant assistant manager saying its not their fault? if anyone reads this DO NOT ORDER from this subway this is the 3rd time they have got my order wrong!

I normally don't post reviews but on this occasion as it has happened to me twice, I arrived at Subway at 7:20 only to be told that we can only have called sandwiches. The stuff looked as though they were eagerly trying to finish early and didn't even apologise, this has happened twice as I say!!! I think you should be able to get the food that you want up until closing time and not be disappointed just because the stuff want an early finish, highly disappointed!!!!!!

Brilliant customer service skills from morgan as she served me with politeness and patience with me and my order and helped me with everything in my order I found her to be fantastic and very well mannered brilliant service and fantastic food she went beyond her role good job morgan keep it up 👍👍👍👍

The problem is not with order its with what you call: service charge. What's service charge 1.99£ on the top of £1.70 delivery charge??? So if I will pop in and I will make that sandwich myself it's free? Because that's your job to make it..So?.....

Burnt meatball tubs and sub served for all my kids. Asian attendant scratching his body all over as we entered - who served us the subs. Said he wasn’t much bothered as he worked at the Chinese in town in the evenings. This was just part time!! After complaining they blamed the food defects on the guys working in the morning shift. Manager gave us free fruit shoot to compensate for the mess. Won’t be turning up here again. Avoid

The chicken salad had a tiny amount of finely shredded chicken on it. The meal was mostly Lettuce which tasted chemically washed. Not nice. I threw it away. Other meals that my family had were OK, except my son just ordered Lettuce on his but it came with jalapeños, and olives, which he hates.

The food was lovely as always but I preordered the food over an hour before for 2pm delivery and it was late making me have to rush as was on dinner break

My sandwich was like a brick I could not eat it after speaking to sone one on the phone I wax told to go through just way to get a refund ??? I did and a week later I am still waiting they never acknowledged it

very poor. asked for both sandwiches toasted. Neither were. salad all wrong on one sandwich. Both Had sauces from other one on. Would never use that Subway again.

The food was hot and delicious and the delivery driver was very pleasant.

The food is normally really nice from here but that was a really pointless slice of cheesy garlic bread and the cookie was hard.

I'm a big subways fan, some say it's expensive for a sandwich which I would agree, but boy they don't hafe fill it and make sure you get your monies worth. I've ordered from here too many times to count and they've never ever messed up my order, always quick delivery and a proper full sandwich. I will always order from here

Smells of urine. Issue with toilet they haven't resolved in 3 months. Disgusting will be reporting to councik and subways hq.

Well for starts we were missing a full sandwich when we only ordered 2 meals and I’ve just gone to eat the cookies and instead of 3 (which I paid for) I only got one I’m absolutely fuming

Both sandwiches had very little meat fillings. The small amount of chicken on one of the sandwiches looked and tasted like tuna. We ordered cheese and toasted but there was no cheese on either. Will not order from subway on just eat again.

My order was wrong after spending £30and just eat would not resolve this.. you are better off ordering with uber absolutely useless

Last 3 times we’ve ordered something has been wrong or items missing.

Once again hot food was flat cold. I requested sub to be not toasted and once again it was toasted, but arrived cold and therefore bread was really dry. Obviously ordered had been left to one side while it was waiting to be collected

Lewis the legendary subway worker coming through with all the pickles and a super full sub!! Can’t complain at the level of customer service provided, tasty sub and well worth the cost! Never had a bad sub or salad from this Subway! Thank you :)

Arrived perfect bar one sandwitch came empty no filling rang up been told it was the driver who most likely ate it when the bag was sealed now got to wait days for. Refund paid £10 for a empty bread roll apprantly there have cameras in the store so told them to check it

This store offered a great service, I wasn't the easiest person at the start. They offered understanding a gave great information and went out of their way to put it right. It wasn't their fault or issue but they made sure we were put right. Great staff.

Worst sub way I’ve ever had, didn’t toast sandwich and crumbs worth of chicken on one, would not recommend - pick another subway!!!

Once again dips were missing. Wrong cookies sent. I usually order from a different subway who always seem to get stuff wrong.

Didn’t have the ingredients for the sub i originally ordered and when it did arrive the drinks were in the same bag under the subs so they were very cold

the chicken tikka salad wasn't the chicken tikka and plus no cheese either disappointed

Sent me the wrong order. Don’t know why they accepted the order if they don’t have the stock. Ordered 2 plant based steak sandwiches and 2 sets of vegan cookies. They sent 2 wrong sandwiches and only 1 set of cookies. Waste of time. Had to escalate

i’m a frequent customer at the peel centre subway and the main reason i go there is because of the exceptional service the team provides. HOWEVER it has come to my attention that the manager highly mistreats the staff, paying the staff late, leaving them with no money for travel or even food AND they way the manager speaks to the other staff is disgraceful. calling them “stupid”, ”ignorant” and even “docile” i think it is absolutely disgusting.

I ordered the big breakfast sub, it was very dry and half the contents were missing. There was no poached egg or cheese, the sausage was also under cooked.

Disappointing service experience. Despite arriving at 7:15 PM, I was informed that they couldn’t serve meatballs as it was too late to heat any more. This lack of flexibility and accommodation left much to be desired. Overall, a letdown in terms of service quality.

40 mins late and cold toasted sandwiches not good!

Food took 1hr+ to arrive and then was cold and overcooked. Driver mentioned how it took 45 mins+ from him being stood in store to being given the food. Food sat cooked on side for a while before being given to driver. Stay clear of this bad service.

Worst sub ive ever seen. Burnt marks all along it and stuck paper from when they heat it up. Most of the sub was rock solid from being blasted by whatever they use. I'll eat roadkill before I order from subway again.
