Subway in Bolsover

Rude staff who looked at me in disgusting when I asked for my wrap to be warmed !! Wrap had dry edges.

I come here quite regularly for lunch. The food is ok but the staff are terrible. Their attitude is horrendous. I am coeliac and every time I ask for a gluten free sub I get all of there eyes roll at me. I can’t help my food intolerance but the staff can help there attitude.

Ordered a chicken and a vegan TLC, Staff used her hand to press the chicken down and spread it with her fingers, never changed her gloves and started to put the vegan TLC on the 2nd sub, I told her I didn't want it as she had touched the chicken to which she replied no I never touched it?? I stood in front of her with someone else who watched her do the routine they always do with chicken, I replied you did so I don't want it, She offered to do me a fresh one and apologised I told her I wasn't going to bother, if she can do that in front of me and deny it I don't trust having anything from there again I use 2 in Derby, 2in Chesterfield, 1 in Alfreton and 2 in Sheffield, never have I ever had to ask or say anything about the making of the 2 subs, They themselves will tell me which one they are doing first and then change gloves if the chicken Was prepared before the vegan one, I will never use that subway again! Staff normally are quite thoughtful, but not on this visit, we come to macarther Glen outlet in South Normanton often, We bring the kids for tea when we do the school run, I certainly won't be going for mine again

We often get stuff for a quick lunch at various subways across the country However, the staff in this one has been the worst experience. Extremely rude, sarcastic and very unhelpful for May reasons. Enough to say I will go to another eatery when I’m next in the outlet. The staff here are letting this place down! Went on 29th September 4-5 o’clock.
