I ordered a wrap with bbq sauce and wrap didn’t come with bbq sauce What a scam

Told driver to call me once he gets here as I’m ordering food to my work, didn’t phone… Food on the other hand stone cold… terrible.

They didn’t give me my correct order and I couldn’t eat it because of that

Started to clean when I am waiting to get ordered and then gaslighted me

there was no cheese on it it was not toasted and they put jelopenies on which I did not want will defo not be ordering again

Favourite place to order from on here. Food is always perfect and delicious & if you add extra cheese you always get it! Delivery is also brilliant, never late or long. Probably the most reliable and tastiest place on this app.

just wish u wudnt put juices in with subs. As no point having it toasted if just going to put cold juice in with it

Both subs should have been toasted, they were not. Marina sauce was freezing cold and soggy. Garlic bread was literally cheese on a plain sub

Delivery driver was super nice, told me to enjoy my meal. Food was delivered bang on time. No mistakes in the order!

no missing items and driver found us first time. so many times when we order we get missing items or the driver gets lost so well done.

Not sure how they can make a fresh sandwich look like it's been used as a football. More sauce on the outside of the sandwich than in it. No care or attention paid whatsoever. Missing items. Not a single hello, thankyou, 4 of them just muttering under their breath to each other. Shocking. Went to the one down the road. Sound!

Took 2 hours 2 come ,food was stone cold,bread rock hard at the bottom ,somehow the juice was warmer than the food ,the fone number to contact the store isn’t working

This was my favourite Subway - and especially for GF. Now, unfortunately, I won't go back. Customer service in the past was fantastic and pleasant, however this is now not the case. My order hadn't been started when I arrived, which was also later than time advised in the app. In addition, I found one of the staff to be argumentative when I asked for salt to be added to the order (which was on the original order) only to be told that a sachet of salt would be added unopened as they had 'stopped adding salt as we had to give refunds to over salted orders'. I informed that giving me a sachet of salt would be of no use as I wouldn't be able to open up the sandwich to use it (anyone who's had a GF sub knows what I mean). After standing disputing this with me he sarcastically opened his hands like a book to SHOW me how to open a sandwich. If I did that on a gluten free sandwich which was drenched in sauce over everything I would never get it back together to eat it. I informed then that I would not argue this point anymore and left. SO much for the motto of Subway being 'make it what you want'.

Very cold when it got here May Aswell just picked it up

Bread was extremely dry on the roast chicken sub and fell apart straight away cozin alot of mess. chicken was also dry. The bread felt like a crusty loaf. Both subs was cold. My tex mex was ok apart from it being cold. Its not like Bellshill service station to deliver a low standard sub.

Food was good and came quickly but twice now Ive ordered the big cheese steak sandwich and it came with red onions on it instead of the caramelized onions. It lools like they made me a different steak sandwich thats available on the menu, but the one I actually ordered (and paid for) costs more and I've been given the wrong one twice now

Ordered a new SubMelt and it came stone cold untoasted. Kinda defeats the purpose of it being s “melt” completely inedible. No one wants cold marinara sauce.

Partner is vegan, and instead of sending plant based beef they’ve sent full on meatballs in marinara

Love the food I get delivery but pop in when I need fuel as its in my local esso station

A couple of the meatballs in the sub were so hard they had to go in the bin. A couple of items asked for in the salad weren’t in it. Hopefully next time will be back to the usual standards as today’s was poor.

One of the things that impressed me the most was the wide array of fresh ingredients available for customization. From the freshly baked bread to the array of meats, cheeses, veggies, and condiments, I was able to create a sandwich that suited my exact taste preferences. The staff were friendly and patient, guiding me through the process and ensuring that my sandwich was made to perfection

Horrendous service ... waited, waited and waited. 3 staff, only 1 serving whilst the other 2 stood watching, lost half my lunch break just waiting and there were only 4 customers to serve. Won't be back!

Ordered a meal deal at subway. Didn't get the pepsi we ordered, the wrong bread was used and the sub wasn't cut all the way through. Worst quality we ever got at subway.

Sub had the wrong bread on it and nachos had barely any cheese on them. Disappointing!

I actually think this is the worst experience from Subway I've had. All my salad was out of the sandwich- it was soggy also. Then my drink squirted everywhere and didn't open. Finally it was extremely late. I'm disappointed

Not impressed at all. I order on just eat from subway including this branch often and the food did not come in the usual sealed bag but instead a clear carrier bag. Order was missing both the bottle of Pepsi and Cookie. Don’t know if subway or driver are at blame?

Easily the wurst subway I’ve ever had. Two girls working at 15:20 3/1/23. The taller one drowned both our subs in sauce, put the wrong bread out and wrong toppings on it. Attitude was terrible and not the level of service associated with subway. Please train her properly in communication skills and customer service.

The xmas 🎄 turkey 🦃 sub was really lacking in the cracking folks. Where is the cranberry sauce and layer of sage and onion stuffing. It’s just a turkey sub people! 🚫 🎄🤨 Food quality was great n all and the order was correct but let down on the lack of toppings for the festive sub

Over an hour and a half basically waiting on the subway, phoned the store and the woman said it had been delivered when it had not. Told them id give it another 30 mins and suddenly it was on its way. Not one bit of heat in it at all. Not impressed

Ordered a vegan wrap and got sent one with actual chicken in it. Asked for two salt and vinegar crisps, got one cheese and onion. Never ordering from here again, absolutely useless

Ordered a foot long and got sent a 6 inch. Just eat said the would credit me and I'm still waiting nearly a week later.

They gave us the wrong bread for both subs and also put jalapeños when I didn’t ask on nachos and gave wrong muffin they didn’t call to let me know they didn’t have the stuff I ordered

Other than a few hiccups my food was pretty good. I asked for double chocolate cookie, and cool doritos but instead got tangy doritos and a chocolate chip cookie which was okay. My sub was toasted but I didn't select the toasted option, so my sub wasn't as good as I would have liked it to be. I still ate it though. Thanks for the food.

Good delivered was a mess and not very edible. Crisps were inedible and there was a lack of salsa etc. The driver was late as he first of went to the wrong address area and then had to call me twice to get to right location. This resulted in food being cold.

Delivery driver left the food at the door without knocking so it was sitting outside a while before it was discovered.

Pepperoni slice got delivered upside down so toppings were stuck to the top of the box with is probably just a fault of the driver. The rest of my order was spot on.
