never order from subway online, they're good in store as it's made in front of your eyes but you have no idea what's coming when you order online nor do they care. whoever made my sandwich needs to get another job. DO NOT ORDER FROM SUBWAY ONLINE. vile

The Sandwich Artist Scarlett Hall isn't only an amazing person but an incredible chef with skills that rival chefs all around the Globe. To be honest I really don't know how she isn't running the place herself. Not only does she deserve a raise she also deserves atleast a month off paid.

food was stone cold, it wasn't the delivery drivers fault.

Food is always really fresh. It's just a shame it has gone expensive. Also, shame on the meal deal sandwiches. You can't select your salad options it is already pre chosen :)

Sandwiches were great as usual but we have had so many problems with ordering the cheese bites. Theyre ether not in stock or they send the jalapeño ones. Getting tired of paying for items i didnt order.

Drinks were missing from one of the meals. The items that were supposed to be at least warm were freezing too and one of the sandwiches wasn’t toasted as requested.

Only giving a 3 for Service as on quite a busy school Christmas holiday lunchtime they only had 1 member of staff serving, she was pleasant and friendly but you could see she felt rushed and looking at the ever growing queue. The sandwich was tasty...if not a little 'thrown together' I do usually opt for the wraps but the staff at this subway never seem to be able to do the wraps properly.

Great food but thought delivery price was very expensive on top of inflated price of normal order had I walked in would have been £8 but to have it delivered only 1 mile cost me £14

If your order from a Subway this is the best one

forgot cheese from one of sandwiches, the Mariana sauce seemed off. Usually have zero complaints but it was a little disappointing this time.

Had a footling meatball sub, and the staff were really friendly. The lady who made my sandwich was a bit worried it was going to fall apart, but it actually held up really well. Loved the banter

barely owt in my sandwich and got my order wrong

It took ages to be made after they accepted the order, then when it arrived it was cold (fries were inedible) and they didn't give us our cookies even though we'd ordered the meal deal. They also missed the cheese out of my order. Not the driver's fault btw once he had it it arrived in good time, they just took absolutely ages making it (2 footlongs).

Delivered on time and the sub tasted great. Only complaint was that they didn't include the bag of crisps that I ordered but then again I didn't need the extra calories.

Very delious as usual, and they have new subs

Everyone knows what a sandwich tastes like and it's alright for that but prices get absolutely ridiculous when you go into the foot long options...£10 plus for essentially a sandwich what you could make at home.

Subway portions are getting smaller the once filled roll has become more of a flip flop. The salad is good to have fresh chilled salad mind the scoop of choice has become a melon ball scoop. Maybe its time to make a New Years Choice.

It was great,especially after an early morning 2hr drive,and a rumbling tummy to satisfy. Veggie option👏👏👍

Staff well some need to retrain in how to speak to customers, I only like 3 salad items and was refused extra red onion like they cost a fortune NOT. After been spoke to like an animal I did try to explain to the lady she did not have to buy the onion from her wages and asking for more than 6 strands was not overindulgence or greedy more that I wanted to taste the onion and at the cost of a salad box and 3 footlongs 2 of which had no onion request well what was the big deal

Decent little subway. Speedy service. Lost a star as the waiting area was a bit grotty and could have done it a b of a tidy up.

Partner called to collect a chicken salad. The contents didn't even fill half the container. This is the third time that we have had this issue with this particular branch. Not sure what the problem is but I for one don't see why other Subway outlets fill the plastic tray to the max and this one only half way. I did try reaching out on social media but my post was deleted.

Typical subway service here. Everything you would expect and enjoy. Hit and miss with the staff; some are cheery and pleasant whereas others do seem obviously bored and it comes across as quite rude. Not had any bad food though!

We called with the grandchildren and they had meatballs

Never been to a subway before.. Food was pretty awful tbh but the young lady in there serving was amazing. She was so kind and helpful when we had a bit of a disaster... Couldn't have been nicer.

The staff are always friendly, food always prepared to my liking and ita always clean and tidy.

You have to choose between unfriendly or friendly but greedy staff. On breakfast melt footlong sub you receive 2 slices of bacon (other places 3, in leeds 4 - 5), 1 veggie (no limits in any other subway). I will not come back there again and I suggest to everyone rather to support local caffes like one next to post office in royston or jj's caffe on summer lane. If staff or either management dont bother about good customer service then shouldn't get more customers

Visit regularly as near to work..Staff are helpful and friendly. Food is fresh and there's a great reward system. Always look forward to lunch time!.😍
