Big price! Small tasteless sandwich!

It a nice reply from the owner you better tell your staff to reed the order then they mite put cheese and onions on it just ham and tomato very bland , REED THE ORDER IT HELPS

would have been to nice to know that the cookie was oatmeal and raisin before purchasing and recieving it, rather than it being a chocolate chip cookie like it says on here and being unable to request a refund

I categorically asked for ready salted crisp and I have cheese allergy and they have sent me cheese and salt crisp - when I tried to call the store - no body picked up

Not received order sent to the wrong address on the map. Keeps doing it. I ordered the other day and it got the address right. Today its sent the friver to the wrong address and he delivered it there

The order was fine however missed cheese from two of the sandwiches which we were disappointed about. The delivery was excellent though.

Subway quality has deteriorated to an unacceptable degree. What is delivered nowhere near resembles the marketing picture. So badly made it defies description and is an absolute waste of money. I will not be ordering again.

I had an awful experience at the Subway in Oadby today. I ordered a sandwich meal deal for £9.49, Buffalo chicken. When I bit into the sandwich I thought the bread was off, so I complained. I then tried a bite of one of the chicken pieces on its own and realised it was the chicken that was off and told the manager. He refused to give me a replacement sandwich, and the lady who served me kept harping on about how it was freshly made. I said it doesn't matter how freshly you make it, if chicken is off, it will taste off. The manager then kept saying do you want to go to the lab to test it, a cheeky response he made 3 or 4 times. I tried to get a replacement - they were adamant it must be me that doesn't like buffalo chicken. I know what chicken should taste like and that meat was definitely off. I left the store with hunger in my belly and £9.50 down. Don't go there, absolutelt p*** take.

Shocking service surely the worst subway there is.

Usual recipe, construct your sandwich or salad etc. I think the management has changed again at this one. It can be a little hit and miss. Never know what to expect from the staff. On this occasion they kept me on my toes, as I had several sandwiches to order and they would be constructing one and asking me what I wanted on another! Totally confusing me. I appreciate its not hard to do anyway. But these guys seriously know how to confuse you. Suggestion. Why not work on one sandwich at a time! Anyway, other than that not much else to say. Plenty of seating to eat in. I believe they have started to deliver now as well.

Awful service , wrong order and over charged us

I was served by Axoma (hope I spelled her name correctly) she gave me the best service a customer could ever have. I was in a rush as I was late for work, she made my sub and took payment in the fastes way she could all done with a huge smile on the face! Definetly can see the change after the new management came in! Well done Guys!!

Terrible customer service appalling. I went in with my children after school and the short lady who is behind the till, doesn’t smile or greet you. Totally ignores you!! Finally after getting her attention, I ordered a “veggie patty” instead I got a sub with a bit of cheese and 2 pieces of cucumber!! After my child had bitten into it, it looked pretty flat. I said where is my patty? She said that’s called a plant patty. U asked for veggie delite. (I could have slapped her at this point) Kept my cool and offered to pay for just the patty, she point blank refused!!! Appalling customer service, I’d never go back even if they paid me!!

Ordered a footlong, the bread was hard and dry, the women who took my order gave me the most smallest portion, so I politely asked for some more and she started acting childish and threw the food on. Also my girlfriend ordered some nachos and she got barely any nachos and hardly any cheese on them at all, very disappointed. The worst subway I’ve been to.

Absolutely terrible customer service in Oadby. Went there yesterday and the assistant (short lady) was ignoring us, the customers. When we asked for her attention she seemed angry. She was very arrogant so we decided to leave and spend our money somewhere else. Been to quite a lot of Subways so far, but never had such a bad experience like this.

Staff are judgemental, and give you the tiniest portions and then when you ask to have more than 4 olives they give you a dirty look. Sandwich made with barely any meat in it. Staff just stare at you if you ask them something. Salad is old. And by the time i got home to try my soda, it was just carbonated water as they obviously haven't checked on stock levels for their soda machine. Waste of money really.

Awful service.. my order was wrong. She got my payment wrong and they where the worst sandwiches and nachos I have had ever maid will not be using subway again after this experience. Has really gone down hill.

Ordered off just eat. Bread was rock hard and dry, didn't look like real bacon in my sandwich, that turkey rubbish! Too many onions so could barely taste meat! Sauce only in half of sandwich! Poor, will never use again.

Came into the subway at the Oadby Branch 23th March 2021 5:20pm. Shop completely empty and still the lady behind the counter (short Indian lady) didn’t greet us, ignored us for at least 5 minutes whilst she did doing absolutely nothing herself. Was not attentive absolutely MISERABLE. Extremely POOR customer service she should not be front facing. To add to that she was refusing to add more sauce on to our foot longs saying ‘she can’t do any more’ if I the customer is requesting more sauce it’s your job to do what the paying customer wants. It is bad enough there is no customer service given, the least you can do is give us what we came in for and we were happy to pay for additional sauce anyway (which we did)! She packed the sun so messily and the toppings were done horrendously grabbed a whole bunch of peppers that were stuck together didn’t even bother separating them just chucked it on one side and was not bothered at all. Honestly walked out really mad. Subway clearly do not train their staff in being polite and customer service focused. All you care about is money.

If you want half decent customer service don’t go here. I usually go subway in wigston which is great. But today we where passing by Oadby and my daughter wanted Subway. We where waiting over 15 minutes as the staff where doing Uber meals. When we finally got served the staff member was not very friendly and seem mad. Definitely won’t be visiting this subway again

Food was late over 1.30mins, cold and packaged very badly. The takeaway did even pick up the phone. Kept ringing and then disconnected. Very bad - will not be using them again,

The lady that works here needs to learn how to talk to people, actually make the subs properly and learn about basic food hygiene

Very poor service. I called subway because our food was 20mins late, they said the driver wasn't answering his phone. 15 minutes later the driver called to say he was knocking at my door and the person who answered said they hadn't ordered. He wasn't at my door ! I told the driver this, he said he would turn straight round then call me back. I waited 10 minutes..no call ! I text to say where are you ? ...no response. I called subway back who said they would send another out in 25 minutes. The order came and the lady hurried off. That probably because the subway was cold ! the natchos soggy in stale, totally inedible. It wasn't a fresh order, it was the old one ! Never will I order from here again, the staff didn't care about my complaint and their customer service was rubbish ! Half of the food went in the bin !

Staff here are appalling rude and arrogant The tables are dirty The card machine never works and so I was Forces an pressured by the workers who were yelling at me to pay for my friends food even tho my friends could pay but they’re card machine was broke and we said just to leave the food Honestly I gone to this subway a few times and it’s terrible the food is never right it’s like sweaty the one in town is better and has a hygiene of 1 The people are much nicer Turn around and go to wigston or the one near Knighton seriously horrendous

Sometimes lots of kids can eat here causing a louder environment, however the food is great and kids deals and gifts are lovely. As per usual to subway items are not the cheapest, however it is great quality so worth it in my opinion. Also very quick service.

The hygiene in this branch is very poor, the salad looks dry and turning brown (lettuce) and I ordered a breakfast sub, the lady left in in for about 45-1min after it was beeping so it was dry and burnt! still tried to serve it to me. I wouldn't go back here again.

staff member didnt know what to do, I asked for a 'pizza' which used to be on their sides menu, one staff asked another and he confirmed they did them still and they were 99p but needed 2 minimum, she then proceeded to ask me how they make them.

Great food and had air conditioning so we could cool down on a hot day.

We walked in and walked straight out. We went in with three kids to eat the place was dirty and full of kids not eating using the place as a youth club again its not the first time you need to move people on last time we went in kids were chucking food about im all for kids having fun but move them on to the parks if there not eating used to be a nice please to go. Walked over to ZEPH's much cleaner and fresh food.

Tables not cleaned from what looks like the previous night. It's 11am.all veg put in my sandwich had just been removed from a chiller, new person/woman working here has no life in her.used same knife to cut into cardboard for her gloves then cut my sub.

One poor man working on is own at lunch time completely overwhelmed with the rush.

£5 for a tiny wrap not even close to what u see on the adverts. I'll stick to Tescos meal deal better value and more filling.
