it was extremely late, we ordered at half 12 and didn’t get it for another 2 hours almost

had to go pick it up so want thr delivery back

Order got confirmed 2pm didn’t receive it until nearly 4 o’clock! Everything ordered apart from the crisps was cold and had to be heated up. Poor quality

Wrong cookies delivered. Sub was not even halved and was stale. Had been toasted but was stone cold. Order Notes not adhered to.

Delivery driver asked me to come out to his car to get it because there was a dog!!! I had a I’ll baby why I ordered a delivery

Almost a two hour wait for delivery!!

No option to have subs toasted, so assumed they would be. Wrong. Basically paid £30 for 2 cold baguette meal deals. Rip off 😠

I ordered hot food with a bottle of juice. the bottle of juice was put in beside the hot food which then made it go cold and soggy. the juice should have been kept out seperately

I had my father pick up a phily cheese steak and a meatball with extra cheese both a foot long. It Was the most disgusting no filling no salad nothing just chewy horrible meat and when I say no filling i mean there was practically nothing in them and charged 16 quid. I will never be back its the most disgusting soggy chewy garbage I have ever seen never mind tasted even the roll was horrible and soggy. I feel like I have been scammed that's how bad it was it was a waste of 16 quid as went in the bucket I will never go to a subway again ever the absolute greed. I have had many subways in my life all good but this time because of how bad it was I wont be back again ever

ordered pepperami but that's not what was on it . the savourie wrap tasted sweet as if it had been heated on same tray as sweet foods ordered a foot long chirro which was so hard I could get tether into it. and no ketchup was sent . a huge waste of money as it was all only fit for bin

Gave the wrong bread and put sweetcorn on it when that wasn’t ordered.

Food was alright but my daughter asked to use the bathroom and was told no she couldnt explained she us currently heavily pregnant still told no. Therefore she had to to go across the road and use the bathroom at Dominos. A food takeway service that offers dine in service aswell should also provide bathroom facilities for customers i wasent impressed with this also the food order was ordered as meals wasent charged as meals. Disapointing

Ended up going to pick it up from shop ourselves and it was sitting already prepared for 2 hours . I am never using just eat again! I want a full refund . This is unacceptable!

Food was ice cold and tasted bad, clearly made a long time ago and left to go cold before it had even left the restaurant... I'd appreciate a refund of my food seeing as most of it couldn't be eaten.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but this place is an actual joke. I’ve tried it a couple of times but reached my limit and will never order from here again. I think I’ve only had one order be right through all the orders I’ve made. They are always missing items. Usually can get it refunded by just eat but last time didn’t get anything refunded because we were supposed to take pics of the missing stuff. Make that make sense? I understand it’s not subways fault about the refund thing but it’s certainly their fault that our items weren’t there to begin with. Also found a staple in my sub once which really put me off it. God knows why I went back that last time. Subway need to close this branch off because they are most likely putting themselves or just eat into debt

Always forgetting something. It’s an absolute joke. Supposed to have had chicken tikka in a salad and it’s not there. Didn’t get juice or crisps with the create your own deal

Wish the staff would look properly at orders. My sub was not toasted and it was a steak and cheese so wasn’t enjoyable when it’s cold

baguette was stale and rock hard. tried to call subway but kept saying phone number was invalid. there was ingredients missing from fillings and I had no way to get it fixed out

Given the wrong food, salad on subs even when requested not to be, or just not asked for at all.

Didn’t receive my pepperoni slice or my dip with the bites I ordered 2 extra dips and they came but my dip with bites never. Also the meatballs were cold and the Tomato meatball sauce was very runny! I’m not happy at all with this order!

Food arrived over 1.5hrs late. With courier waiting over an hour in store and estimate delivery time continuously changing. Filling had gone cold and bread rock hard probably due to lying under a hotplate for that length of time. No way to contact store as number invalid. Terrible service and food equally as bad. Will never order again.

Terrible service don't know how to make a sub and they have no way of contacting them so if they mess your order you can't phone them to sort it out, comeplely messed my order up and in now £25 down

Items missing from a meal deal. Cheesy bites 12 piece missing completely no juice with meal deal and no crisps. Not happy!!!

I ordered online at 12.25, the estimated delivery time was changed twice and didn't arrive until 13.55. Both orders of wedges were raw and not edible. All subs were brick hard from being over toasted and hardly edible. Really disappointed, a complete waste of money 😡

Staff seemed like they didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Food was terrible because the bread was all hard, probably because they don’t have a proper toaster like most of the Subway shops have. Won’t be back.
