Delivery time was changed over 5 times and was over an hour wait

both had items missing and items from the others order. half a box in one with other the more normal amount. real dissappintment as usually excellent quality and service.

I ordered the churro with the caramel sauce and I got an empty sauce container

Food was fine. Delivery driver was rude and arrogant

Fast, fresh, arrived within 30mins, done the job!

First time using Subway on just eat , got a lovely note and a free cookie because it was my first order. Food arrived early and was good quality

I’m not one for leaving reviews but this place is an actual joke. I’ve tried it a couple of times but reached my limit and will never order from here again. I think I’ve only had one order be right through all the orders I’ve made. They are always missing items. Usually can get it refunded by just eat but last time didn’t get anything refunded because we were supposed to take pics of the missing stuff. Make that make sense? I understand it’s not subways fault about the refund thing but it’s certainly their fault that our items weren’t there to begin with. Also found a staple in my sub once which really put me off it. God knows why I went back that last time. Subway need to close this branch off because they are most likely putting themselves or just eat into debt

Always forgetting something. It’s an absolute joke. Supposed to have had chicken tikka in a salad and it’s not there. Didn’t get juice or crisps with the create your own deal

Wish the staff would look properly at orders. My sub was not toasted and it was a steak and cheese so wasn’t enjoyable when it’s cold

baguette was stale and rock hard. tried to call subway but kept saying phone number was invalid. there was ingredients missing from fillings and I had no way to get it fixed out

There is jalapeños and my sub and it said that it didn’t have it unhappy

ordered hot sides and a sub and I think they made up my order and then waited for a driver as all was stone cold. didn't enjoy at all and more that half went in the bin.

Given the wrong food, salad on subs even when requested not to be, or just not asked for at all.

Terrible delivery from here today food was cold, order was wrong and took over an hour and a half to be delivered, will not order from this Subway again. Really disappointed and let down.

Wrong sub ordered a Philly steak and got a chicken and bacon

Didn’t receive my pepperoni slice or my dip with the bites I ordered 2 extra dips and they came but my dip with bites never. Also the meatballs were cold and the Tomato meatball sauce was very runny! I’m not happy at all with this order!

Food arrived over 1.5hrs late. With courier waiting over an hour in store and estimate delivery time continuously changing. Filling had gone cold and bread rock hard probably due to lying under a hotplate for that length of time. No way to contact store as number invalid. Terrible service and food equally as bad. Will never order again.

Cold, missing 1 foot long sub how they have done that beats me. No hash browns and pigs in blankets. To top it all no contact number to call take away so beware when you order and check it on the door step or you will be duped also with missing item as looks like I have.

Terrible service don't know how to make a sub and they have no way of contacting them so if they mess your order you can't phone them to sort it out, comeplely messed my order up and in now £25 down

I ordered online at 12.25, the estimated delivery time was changed twice and didn't arrive until 13.55. Both orders of wedges were raw and not edible. All subs were brick hard from being over toasted and hardly edible. Really disappointed, a complete waste of money 😡

Staff seemed like they didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Food was terrible because the bread was all hard, probably because they don’t have a proper toaster like most of the Subway shops have. Won’t be back.

Stuck a cold bottle of water in a box of hash browns and made them freezing. Nothing toasted when I asked and the nachos were soft like bread. Horrible quality.

Food tastes fine but would be better if they didn’t put the cold bottles of juice in beside the food, it just made the wrappings wet and made the food cold.

I don't normally write reviews, but I've been trying take away vegan meat alternatives recently. I have to say the cheese steak alternative was shockingly good. The texture was spot on. Are you sure you gave me the kid on stuff? Very good

I asked for a chicken and bacon salad the woman gave me 1 tiny bit bacon so asked for more she put a half of another slice of bacon and charged me extra for it never again will I go to this subways others put more in without charging extra never mind a half slice of bacon

Never received my juice cookie and crisps with meal deal and all good delivered was stone cold. Will definitely never be using this place again. Avoid if you don't want to be disappointed!!!!

Terrible service. An item was missing from the order and one item was incorrect. Called the store and they are so unhelpful and claimed they had sent everything. Guess they’re trying to say we were lying, I’ve better things to do than make up stories about missing items. Shocking store.

Ordered new sub melts for delivery but quality of items delivered was not very good.... Ordered meatless philly sub but no cheese and unsure if it was meatless.....

The food arrived cold. The cold drinks straight from fridge had been placed on top of the foot longs chilling them. I had asked for toasted. They had not been properly toasted at all. The lettuce was completely limp. The side wedges looked like the bottom of the barrel and just what was left over was put in box. My own side was cold. Not impressed at all for £30.

Got someone else’s collection order delivered, driver left food on the doorstep so was gone before we could tell them. Phone number for the shop doesn’t work so wasn’t able to contact anyone to have the problem resolved. No one contacted me regarding the mistake or sent correct order

Salad was absolutely pathetic. I normally order from Kirkcaldy and the salad is packed into a plastic bowl, it came from here in a box and was a pathetic side salad. Ordered a box of cookies they came individually wrapped in plastic and not soft or warm. I would have thought all stores operated the same. Won’t be ordering from Cowdenbeath again.
