Waited over an hour for totally disgusting kebab, if that's what the cold mess was meant to be!! Straight in the bin it went. Complete waste of money

The food was cold, the pizza tasted burnt, the pakora didn’t taste good whatsoever, overall just bad food

Ordered for start of lunch break, hours in advance, had to eat everything in 5 minutes, Donner was dry with hardly any cheese, driver was nice/friendly but couldn't find address, burger was okay, but nothing exceptional

Took 75 minutes for delivery when they're not far,pizza was tepid,chips were reheated by microwave were rubbery wouldn't recommend them

Awful meat was a very poor standard could not eat it

Ordered a couple of smoked sausages, and received what I initially thought was a couple of jumbo sausages. On closer inspection, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my order turned out to be a couple of battered smoked sausages. They were lovely, I wish more places would sell this innovative combination. This is the first time I’ve ever seen the two menu items mixed. I’ll certainly be ordering this again. Maybe should, however, be advertised on the menu as a battered smoked sausage though. 👍🏻

Also the pizza was freezing when it arrived and I would like a refund please

Pakora was absolutely horrible tasted like fish had a off minging tested milkshake had a hard and wee black bits in it not great would recommend a won't be ordering from here again sorry.

The delivery was WAAAAAYYYY late and the food quality was TERRIBLE. We will NEVER use this place again and I will advise people to look elsewhere to put an order in, to cut a long disasterous story short it was a waste of money.

Food was late, zero updates. When I asked for a requested time they never replied. Tried to call and no answer. Asked for a cheeseburger but there was no cheese. Mozzarella dippers were ROCK solid and burgers was stone cold. The chips were so over cooked they were all like crisps and cold. Never again, poor service and poor food.

Food arrived half an hour late, their chicken wraps are cold packet chicken shoved in a tortilla with absurd amounts of salad, no sauce, dry as possibly imaginable, literally the worst place I’ve ever wasted money at.

Burnt jalapeños bites, dry over cooked donner, no seekh in mixes kebab, garlic mayo tasted off, chilli sauce tasted like perfume, didn't read our small request of putting the spicy onions in tubs. Charged us more for delivery, although nearly 2 hours late, couldn't stomach the kebab... worst place I have ever ordered from.

Got a donner kebab and churros with Nutella. The kebab was a medium and it was a decent size. The donner meat was very bland and dry. The sauce wasn’t spicey and was thick. Didn’t eat it all it it didn’t really have any taste. The churro s. I’m pretty sure are described as large. That’s a joke. They were less than half the size of a Taco Bell churro. And there were only 5 of them. It was delivered bang on time. I

Delivery was on time and reasonably priced. However, all the food was stale.

Abysmal does not even begin to describe our experience. They held up our whole order £30 because they didn't have the right can of monster, apparently they tried to call us yet no call was received. So they "waited for us to call them" when we phoned them to see where the order was the first time my husband told them to replace the monster and they said they were leaving straight away. 30 mins later I called to see where the food was and they said it had only left the shop 5 minutes ago. I said I wasn't happy because we had a child to feed and they had already been told it was leaving half an hour ago. She shouted at me and hung up the phone. The food came a further 15 minutes later, it was inedible. Cold, didn't look like it was cooked right and it was a greaseball. How is this place still open?

What can I say got the macaroni and chips and the macaroni was that bland it was like mush and had absolutely no tast it was like water and the chips wasn’t that much better they were like the frozen American fry’s and they were like mush as well weren’t cooked long en and was full of grease so the full order had to be binned it was that bad

Ordered Burgers and milkshakes for first time . For your money you get a lot of burgers very filling and milkshakes was tasty . I did also get chips didn’t enjoy them as much but that was personal preference nothing to do with food . To be fair didn’t really need them because the Burger was great value for money very filling . Will order again

Waited more than 2 hours for the food to arrive and it was thoroughly disappointing, tried phoning the restaurant to chase up the order and there phone line was either disconnected or engaged for a solid 45 minutes. Won't be ordering again.

Food was very late. Panoramic was soggy. Sauces on different dishes looked and tasted the same. Very dissatisfied with order, most of it has went in the bucket at a cost to me of nearly £30!

The vegetable burger was horrible just a mush. Change your supplier. There are load of good ones. Try meat free.

I have had to throw the food away as the donner meat tasted disgusting cheap donner got the scarps of it. The burger did not taste nice 1st ordering I will not order again wasted money. The food in the bin!

Noticed chips were missing from order once we opened the bag. Chicken in the curry was pink and chicken tikka starter tastes like dish soap. Really disappointed, first time ordering and definitely won’t be back

Very disappointing, delivery was over 90mins late even though I was told it was on its way twice, my wrap was missing the donner meat, chips were cold and soggy which were inedible, an expensive mistake ordering here, won't be back! And no offer of money back, handled poorly.

Hi, The food was not fresh and disgusting the meat was old and smelt bad order was 40£ and half of it went in the bin because it was so bad!!!! first and last Tim's ordering from this fast food restraunt.

What an absolute let down. Just eat reviews can’t be right. Food arrived an hour and 20 minutes late, even after calling for an update “the driver is on the way now - 40 minutes later . Didn’t even get an apology just told “It’s really busy tonight eh” Foods cold, poppadum is in 1000 pieces, curry tub opened in the bag, spicy veg Naan just has corriander in it and the mixed Pakora is as burnt to a crisp. Absolutely awful food.

Chicken Tikka Main came without rice. The sauce with the Biryani was the same as the sauce with the Tikka and was very bland and rich. Very dissapointed.

Pakoras were lovely, unfortunately the curry was very poor. Disappointed.

Food was stone cold , soggy and just disgusting , was almost 2 hours late and the customer service from the delivery driver was absolutely SHOCKING !! Giving me attitude down the phone and then hanging up on me , then eventually comes to my door and says nothing then walks away !!! Wont be back !!!

food very tasty . only thing to chance if possible some how is that the naan bread gets soggy because it’s in the plastic bag with the hot food( still tasty though).maybe it would be better to keep it separate. other than that it’s delicious!

A special salad (with onions) actually contained frozen water logged cucumber, defrosting lettuce, sprinkle of sweetcorn, 3 cubes of pineapple that was off and no onions…. Definitely special - disgrace that this can actually leave a kitchen

Mixed grill, curry sauce was very acidic. The chicken on the bone smelled off. The lamb chunks were like leather and could not eat them. This will be my first and last order from here

First of all you forgot the can of fanta I ordered. I did eventually get the juice so thank you for that. The chips were rubbery and the lamb tikka was tough to eat and full of fat. Considering the price of food, you should at least get what you pay for. I won't be ordering from you again.

Food took 70-80 mins to come it was look warm and when I phoned to ask where it was all I got was “it’s on way” before they terminated the call

Food was terrible all the cheese from my cheese nan was stuck to the bag, curry was burned. Could find address so was extra late. Forgot the pizza so went back to the shop rather than a new pizza getting made they gave us the one that had been sitting for who knows how long, It was cold and hard.

Ordered munch box ,and a nann bread as extra it was burnt .Donner meat was tasteless,pakora was ok chips were cold so don't think I would pay that amount of money again for most of it to go in bin extremely disappointed first time I've had order from here and will be last .sorry not for me things are to expensive now for food to go to waste like that .

Sent me wrong calazone when i left a note asking for certain stuff out and and charged £1.50 for doritos that have £1 writte on bag and same with the 2l botte of juice

Absolutely beautiful authentic Indian cuisine. I live in Edinburgh city centre so I am somewhat spoiled for choice when it comes to authentic cuisine. I was over visiting family and chose this restaurant to order from. Absolutely delicious!!! Friendly service, a little late but was given a warm apology. Will definitely order again on my next family visit. Thank you, Namaste 🙏

The worst thing I have had in a very, very long time

Ordered food which was due within the hour, got to 45 minutes over the time it was expected so I called the restaurant. Women on the phone told me “ she’s trying her best so i’ll need to wait “ not even an apology. The food came and it was uncooked chicken, freezing and over all inedible. Will never order from here again, disgusting customer service and even worse food.

Took 1 hour 50 minutes to come, and when it did finally get here the food was barely warm, "Shami Kebab Traditional" is inedible too so good luck to anyone who orders this.

I've been eating indian food regularly, for more than 50 years. The food was awful, inedible. Not an eexperience I want to repeat. Both the balti and korma were like thick custard flavoured with burnt spices. The korma did have decent sized pieces of chicken tikka, but they were drowned in excessive sauce. It was exceedingly difficult to find any vegetables in the vegetable balti.again just badly flavoured sauce. Very expensive for a meal that was so disappointing. Never again.
