£7 for "nachos" is just a dry box of Doritos and a tub of sauce, appalling, won't be ordering again!

Ordered a milkyway cookie dough with kinder ice cream and a milkshake but when it turnt up the ice cream wasn't in the bag and we got given the wrong milkshake. Disappointed!

I ordered the aero brownie which is one of my favourites from here, delicious as always. Three scoops of ice cream one of the best for me is mint chocolate. I also ordered the calypso strawberry lemonade but the shop was kind enough to replace it with the new tango blast bottles when they were out of stock. Great service and desserts.

Got the French Kiss and it was delicious ! Will order again. Quick, prompt & friendly delivery too!

This has been my go to milkshake place for months now, definitely worth travelling out of town for! Faz is a top guy too & always kind and respectful. Definitely recommend the Special delivery milkshake and the new profiteroles with their signature sauces on

Gone downhill and forgot one ice-cream tub that I paid for, did this twice. tried ringing them back did not answer. Horrendous service. Don't come to this dessert place and owner is very weird, stalks underage girls. Absolutely horrible what I seen.

We used to get food from here regularly but it's just gone down hill so quickly theyvused to take pride in their products but now they don't seem to care theirnice cream is powdered and tonight we placed an order and it hasn't even shown up and they don't even answer their phone seriously rubbish service inwont be back ever again

Only had the milkshake but was one of the better ones I've ever had and fella inside was nice so 👍👍👍

5 stars from me!!! Phone ahead of making my order for the kids online to check allergens. The chap on the phone was very helpful and was full of information when I asked about products containing egg. After being told from another local place that I wouldn't be served if there was any allergies I wasn't hopeful of here either. Couldn't have been more wrong. Strawz is the place to go! Kids loved it. Thank you 😊

Went in here for milkshakes and also walked out with all sorts of lovely desserts. Great staff, amazing food. The customer service is above and beyond.

Absolutely disgusted I ordered some milkshakes from here and the delivery driver couldn't find my address he rang me and I made it clear where my house was he was walking up and down at the bottom of the road and then my partner went to try and find him when he was given the bag it was soaking wet and the handle broke and the bag fell on the floor I contacted store for them to say they can send fresh but I would have to pay delivery I've payed nearly 10 pound delivery I do not recommend this company

The milkshakes are the best I’ve ever had in my life!🤩 cookie dough pie and lotus cheesecake was so yum. 100% coming back😆 the staff were so lovely aswell always a plus

Had a waffle with strawberries and chocolate.. and Mr Whippy ice cream on the side. A nice waffle, and not too sweet. I tried to eat it all but failed eyes bigger than my belly 😆 good portion size😋. Staff are friendly and great service. Will come again 👍

Two words - Mint. Custard. I've craved the stuff ever since hard brownies and mint custard I used to have with school dinners and I've never seen it anywhere until we found Strawz! Always so lovely, amazing selection of sweet and drinks. The guys all seem super lovely and it's clear when the food arrives that genuine care goes into each order, never feels just thrown in. Love this place.

Amazing desserts here. Staff are friendly welcoming and accommodating. Plenty of choice of desserts here Asked if we wanted our food hot or cold. Not too long of a wait Given napkins and forks and spoons. Some places don’t provide cutlery and getting it helps massively. Food itself tastes amazing no complaints Will visit again very impressed

Food delivered by a lovely driver named said (possibly spelt wrong) nice and friendly, waited for us to answer rather than dumping at the door like some places do. Food is perfect, still warm, ice cream not melted.. hot and cold are kept in separate bags. We got milkshakes too, full of flavour and the cream is still fresh and fluffy. Would definitely recommend

This evening we placed our order, and when it came it wasn’t ours, so I rang the restaurant and the lady on the phone was very apologetic and polite, and handed me over to her male colleague who again was lovely and they changed our order immediately and it came pretty much straight away.. it was delicious (as always) This is how business should be handled professional, tasty and friendly. would recommend. Me and the Mrs were bored and needed an excuse to get out. So we did a quick Google for some ice cream and this place came up. I'm glad it did. Fantastic choice, fantastic service. Well worth the drive across from Accy.

Ohhh the mint chocolate chip milkshake was absolutely gorgeous and not to sweet, hubby's had a couple of the old school puddings cornflake tart and the jam Roly poly and said they were lovely and even better than the original school dinner favourites, others in the family have had the waffles and said they are delicious, good sized portion's and all orders are well packaged and definitely good value for money, well done strawz keep up the good work, although your a little to near home for our liking, 👍😂

Was wondering who was open around the valley and discovered Strawz. Just outside the 3 mile free delivery radius so decided to pop in the car and find them. Very lucky someone was out as Strawz has no bright sign and we parked near mini roundabout. Ordered waffles and a tub of ice cream for the little one. Excellent customer service, the waffles were amazing and ice cream was very nice. If you order via their web site you get 10% off. Cannot wait to order again and a pity it's not free delivery on orders over £15 if you live in the valley (further than 3 miles). Free delivery is £10 or more and within 3 miles. Then £1 per mile. Only quarm was handling cash register etc and then food, utensils without gloves or washing hand.

Felt naughty this evening. Have tried most dessert places in the Rossendale area. This one has got a big big thumbs up 😋 we ordered a biscoffee blonde, Terry's chocolate orange brownie, mint aero shake, rocher waffle and vanilla ice cream. Mmmmmm

Absolutely love there menu and there waffles and kids love the American drink range, order via just eat was told 45min for delivery but second order since they been open and both time I received my order nice warm fresh within 15mins of placing my order, well recommend, this is what Rossendale needed a proper desert bar

This place is awesome! The deserts come fresh to order and as if it has been served from hob to plate which is a rarity, a lot of other places locally look like car accidents in a box when they arrive. We have tried most of the menu and havnt had a negative experience once. If your wanting something that's a sweet a delightful treat STRWZ is the place to go.
