Table was too small for 4 people, felt crammed. Overall food was good , spent quite a lot, upon leaving said goodnight to the 2 people chatting behind the reception desk and was completely ignored.

I don't know if I went to a restaurant or to the President's House of this country because of how good and cozy my stay at Nino's restaurant was. Their very friendly waiters with their creativity and eloquence made me feel at home, like a celebrity. I hadn't planned to eat that day due to my dietary restrictions, but the Manager and his entire team worked hard to offer me a large number of diverse food options that in the end convinced me to choose a Chicken Ripieno, with a variety of spices that enhanced its flavor, making an explosion of flavors quite attractive to my palate, of which I leave a photo and I can recommend it 100%. The freshness of their food can be noticed from the first moment, it is important to mention that the cleanliness and organization of this restaurant makes your stay unforgettable while you try a good meal. It has its own parking lot, (free), its entrance without many stairs makes it a more accessible place for people of all ages. Its variety of prices makes it even more attractive because there is nothing better than enjoying a good place without spending too much money for those large families who always have to look for a variety of prices. My family and I will return without a doubt, we have already made our next reservation in February.

Disappointed and despicable! After booking at 7pm to be told at 8.20 pm we needed to move as the table was booked for 8.30pm abd presented with the bill . Very unhappy, will not be coming here soon 😢

Absolutely abysmal behaviour from delivery driver who delivered our food tonight. Very intimidating, shouting and raising his voice towards my mother who is deaf and struggled to understand what he was saying when he was shouting CODE, he came across rude and aggressive. We are long standing diners at Ninos and have never had a problem with food. We ordered two carbonara’s of which were dry with very minimal sauce and stone cold we have had to bin them. Food also took a very long time to arrive, but if the food was edible this could have been over looked. However , I am giving tonight’s food and service a 0/10 .

As soon as you enter the noise hits you! The place was buzzing and busy. Sign of a good place, maybe. Music very loud and under staffed at the bar. Would go again when more quiet

12 of us (small children included) came to Nino’s for a birthday celebration, the food was lovely, we ordered a wide range of dishes and everybody said how lovely it was. The only thing that let it down massively was the service unfortunately. We felt rushed to make the food orders (within 5 minutes of being seated) and when asked if we could have 5 more minutes we were quite abruptly told that we had to be out in 2 hours so the orders needed to be made. The food did come out very quickly once we’d all made our mind up.

Bit heavy on wanting you to order quickly, but apart from that, it was lovely food,

Ninos is a fantastic restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and good quality food at a good price and good potions. Me and my girlfriend have been a few times and it’s always been on point. Highly recommend to anyway wanted a proper Italian.

Amazing food and service here! Would recommend to anyone who likes Italian cuisine and great service. The garlic bread with cheese was out of this world! We had Pasta, Pizza and Lobster Amazing food! Will be back again for sure!

Absolutely loved my experience at Nino! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. The customer service was top notch everyone was super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was cozy yet lively, perfect for a relaxed evening out. Really good italien food. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavour, and you could tell they use really fresh ingredients. I’m still thinking about that risotto ! If you’re looking for a place with great vibes, amazing food, and service that makes you feel special, Nino’s is definitely the spot. Can’t wait to go back!

I would have give 5 stars only for the fact my husbands main meal of cannalonie was advertised as pasta and it was pancake and he don't like pancake, the food was lovely apart from that and it did take the edge off our expectations. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff were very attentive, the only other thing was that when we paid the bill they dident bring our change so it was a little embarrassing to ask for it to leave a tip, all in all a good expieriance.

Last minute night out, rang at 8.15pm and luckily for us they had a table. Restaurant is really big and was really busy. Live entertainment in form of a male vocalist who was quite good. On arrival we were quickly shown to our table and given menus then after a couple of mins waitress came and took our drinks order. After a few more mins our food order was taken and starters were brought out really quickly. Adequate time between starter and main meal. Didn't have deserts so can't comment. Food was delicious, service excellent, atmosphere great. Definitely recommend.

This is an excellent restaurant, the food is perfect and the service is brilliant. As an Italian it's the best in the Lancashire area by far, and I'd recommend travelling from Manchester also. There's much more to offer than just Italian too, to suit everyone. The flavour of every dish was outstanding for adults and children, and the prices are a bargain for the quality and quantity you receive. There's also a great bar area for live music if you just want drinks. I'm glad I've discovered this restaurant and will definitely visit time and time again. Thanks to everyone at Nino's!

I can not recommend this restaurant highly enough. Great food, staff and atmosphere. After being let down by another restaurant they managed to fit a party of 11 in on an already busy night, Saving our birthday celebrations. Nothing was too much trouble and food and service spot on. Thank you.

Hadn't been here for a number of years and I have to say it was lovely. We were made to feel welcome on arrival, the food was amazing, bruchetta, spinach and ricotta tortelloni, amazing dishes . Will definitely be returning very soon.

This is a nice restaurant and has a good reputation. The starters were very very good with good size portions and were great value for money. The mains were ok but really disappointed with the fillet steak, the cut of meat was good but I'd asked for it to be medium rare. When the steak came it was well done and dry, it good of been cooked much better and not over done. We had ordered rigatoni Norma and it said a hint of chilli, but this was spicy even for someone who likes chilli, the carbonara was nice. The service was OK but I didn't feel the staff made a real effort and left us feeling underwhelmed. We will try again in the future.

Had a meal for my wife's birthday, meal was excellent plenty of it and priced very reasonable. Our waiter and waitress Emily, sorry didn't catch the waiter's name, where both excellent and tentative. We had a great night superb atmosphere and food and drinks. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately a bad night for a family evening meal. A lot of Christmas parties going on at the same time. The kids pepperoni pizza was far too spicy for my 8 year old, i like hot and spicy food and i found it a little on the warm side so for a child a definite caution before eating. My partner had calamari, which was far saltier than expected and with her main, a steak, the peppercorn sauce again, a bit much of a kick. I think possibly the chef was struggling with how busy or not tasting before serving? We also asked on 2 occasions for a glass of lemonade from 2 separate servers which never appeared but were initially charged for and never appeared. The staff removed this from the bill but thats a fairly poor oversight for a simple request especially as we had ordered a drink for my son at the same time which did arrive? Overall, its ok, potentially better on a quieter evening. Unfortunately, unlikely to revisit as there are others we have visited previously which coped better on busier nights.

Excellent dishes, when I went last! Can’t complain! The price was good and food was good! Some people, I were with complained for no reason, just for the sake of it, apparently but I don’t see why! I thought the food dishes were spectacular! Although, the lasagna dishes, are good, can be ever so slightly over done but nice regardless! Thank you!

I had Mussels for the first time in my life and I loved them. Lovely place. The singer who was on in the bar after our meal was fantastic.

Lovely food, I had the duck breast in cherry sauce, by far the best meal I've had from a restaurant in years, waiters and waitresses were very attentive to mine and my Mrs needs, highly recommended, reasonable prices, my Mrs enjoyed her birthday thanks to these people couldn't thank you all enough

Not to be dramatic but I would sell my soul to eat at this place every night, they are clearly using some sort of sinister black magic to be able to get food out so fast with it also tasting that good and fresh. Honestly the most delicious food I have EVER eaten at a restaurant. Se* on a plate from start to finish. Staff were amazing and attentive. The decor and atmosphere is also amazing, looks nice from the outside but you really don't expect the space and modern interior when looking at it just from the street. Bloody loved it, will be back on every special occasion. 😍

Delightful. A wonderful find on a relatively quiet Tuesday night. A large well appointed Italian Resturant. Certainly not to be confused with the many bland high street pizza chains. "Old school" in a good way, this is the way it should be done. Great food, attentive yet un-intrusive service. Car park to rear ~ 10 cars or so. Free and restriction free on street parking after 18:00

Worst seafood platter I've ever had. Not fresh and could not stomach more than a bite. The calamari was rubbery and burned, the fish dry and dense, with one of them tasting off and left a fuzzy feeling it the mouth. It made me worry about food poisoning. Three of us ordered this dish and no-one ate tbeir meal. A joke for £25 a dish.

Best Italian in Rossendale. Not only is their food amazing and the staff very friendly but they are very attentive and saved our little girls birthday when we didn’t book for enough people. They got us all sat and even brought out her cake for us. Amazing place.

As it was a Sunday, we decided to have the roast. Unfortunately, the Yorkshire puddings were 'puddings'. Very dense and inedible. Some roast spuds were hard too. All the 'Italian' dishes were great, so I'd recommend sticking to them in this Italian restaurant. Otherwise an enjoyable time there.

Very attentive, pleasant & confident young drinks waiter on being seated. Kudos! Starters: Oysters & mussels were great, chewy calamari. Main: Terrible ribeye steaks, a struggle to cut with steak knifes. Cook & eat much better at home. Desert: Chocolate fudge & caramel ice-cream was great. Not once asked if food was OK throughout, not once asked if we required more drinks. Made eye contact with staff numerous times & waited over 30 mins after desert to be asked about coffee's & brandy, ended up going home for them instead. Simply not what you'd expect when spending over the hundred mark for two diners. Certainly won't be first on our list for future but wouldn't say we'll never give them another shot.

Fantastic restaurant with great food and faultless service. Reasonable prices and felt fresh and authentically Italian. Professional Italian members of staff which I think some negative reviewers seem to misunderstand. Felt like a proper Italian and I cannot fault a thing. 4 of us went and all had 3 courses and none of us had anything negative to say. I live quite a few miles away from this restaurant, about half an hour, but it's more than worth the trip out. I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you, Nino's! :D

Moved to the area 6 months ago and have visited twice... amazing food, service and atmosphere. The wife has been going there since a child and says it modernised with the time but just as great food and service as in the 90s... highly recommended

Food OK but noise absolutely horrendous, when complained was told that they are enjoying themselves!! Didn't matter that our table despite spending £100s of pounds Didn't!! Unruly disruptive customers and no concern by the staff. Overpriced and underwhelmed ....would not go again

Disappointing experience. Kept waiting for over an hour for our table with no explanation and no compensation offered. Food was good and the place does have a really nice atmosphere but I worry they are over stretching themselves hence the long wait. Shame.

We dined here at the weekend, if you head upstairs to the toilets it's lovely and warm, but when you come back down the temperature difference is unbelievable, its like stepping into a fridge. Very cold. The restaurant was very busy, so thought it would be a bit warm. The queue for the bar was ridiculous, only two staff on. Food was average, but felt rather rushed, and at no point did anyone come over to ask if the food was OK. Every other restaurant I've been to, the waiter/waitress come over to ask if your are enjoying the meal, but not here for some reason. Probably will not be returning.

Great food but they rush you in and out...

The food here was fair for the price, not too expensive but what really let this place down was, the fact we were going here for a 30th birthday so a special occasion. Some people travelled over 2 hours to make this meal and before we had even got our starters which was pre order we were being told that we had to leave the restaurant within the next 90 minutes. Talk about making you feel very unwelcomed. Extremely poor customer service and would not recommend to anyone else

The impact of Covid-19 has hit the restaurant industry hard during 2020, Ninos hasn't escaped unscathed. The atmosphere was a little flat that was not helped by the lack of patrons at the time of our visit; issues that may be outside of the control of the staff. The three course meal had generous servings coupled with good service made the whole experience enjoyable nonetheless. Update: February 2023 The restaurant had certainly bounced back since our last visit. The atmosphere was great coupled with great service. We had the Sunday three course menu that frankly was excellent - still the generous servings that were well presented and flavour filled. Totally enjoyed our visit; even though we are not in the valley anymore we are looking forward to our next visit.

Was very unhappy with the service, our waitress tried hard to make up for the comment which was delivered about booking a table for 2 hour??? Not a meal Front of house was dismissive and unhelpful. At 55 this was the worst service I have experienced, I had great expectation as friends had recommended this place to me

Such a shame, food was good but we'd booked a party of 18 for my sister's 50th and was put on 2 tables miles apart so impossible to interact, 1 young man on the bar serving cocktails, mocktails etc so lengthy waiting times felt so sorry for the staff,

We visited Nino's restaurant on the last night of our short break holiday and we were very glad we did as it was a truly wonderful meal.

Good evening, I am writing this review about this restaurant to express my bad experience and such a big disappointment that me and my family got from visiting this place. I want to mention that me and my partner and our both kids one age of seven months and the other one age of two and another friend of ours we have decided to go out for a nice meal considering that we cannot afford such things anymore as it’s hard as it is with all the living costs rising and considering that my partner has been in mat leave for nearly two years now so we have made an effort to go out with all these factors and hoped for a nice Tuesday evening ( avoiding other busy days as it’s hard as it is going out with two such young kids ) We have spent about two hours being there and the children’s have been as settled as they can be. After we have paid we were getting ready to leave but it took us time as we had to clean after the kids. In a space of ten minute the two year old child has started running around the restaurant but I have always been behind him to make sure he’s safe, he has done this for about 5 minutes, the restaurant didn’t seem too busy so I just let him consume some energy as he has been behaving and sitting at the table for nearly two hours. At some point this employer called Paulo stood in front of my child to stop him from running and turned around to me and stated with a rude tone “ There is other people eating here “, at this point I couldn’t believe how rude he has been. I have then stated that this is not a comment to make especially as no client has come to him to mention any disturbances and that the child is two so this is not fair at all and I consider that there is no need to say this as we were just about to leave anyway. Why did you ruin our family time Paulo ? Do you even have kids Paulo ? I hope when you would go out next time someone to ruin your night as you did for my family and made us feel disgusted that there is people like you. And above all who are you to stand in front of my child to stop him ? Unfortunately I might have been harsh however I want people to know that if you plan a family night this place is definitely to avoid as it’s not a family friendly place !
