The perfect flat white with a stunning Portuguese tart made by an excellent barista who is very knowledgeable and experienced and he’s more that happy to explain and pass on his coffee knowledge. I need to try all the other cakes and bakes that’s he’s chosen to accompany his coffee.

Lovely coffee and at a great standard too. The staff/owner was very friendly and made the small shop feel like a comfortable environment. I also tried a biscoff brookie and was absolutely delicious 😋

As I only drink decaf, I either struggle to find somewhere decent that serves it whether they serve it at all. After a recommendation from another vendor in the market, I stopped off for a coffee and I am glad I did. The service was excellent and it’s the best tasting coffee I have had. Forget the big boys and support a local business. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Absolute treasure and top notch service. I've had the best matcha latte in the last 5 years easily, and considering I live in London that's a high praise. Also being greeted by Masters of Puppets at the entrance is just so cool! If I lived here I would come over each time I'm near the market.

Popped in here from a recommendation and so happy we did! A broad range of teas, the best tasting coffee i’ve had and a lovely chat with the owner too. Happy to have walked away with a good quality T-Shirt too. Can’t recommend it enough!

A trip to Swansea market is a must if you are visiting Swansea! The market is full of culinary delights, with Storm in a teacup being top of the list. The coffee is delicious and the cake selection is incredible! I’m getting quite addicted to trying the weekly flavour! The guy who runs it really knows his stuff and it’s great to support independent businesses who really care about their trade. He also has excellent social distancing, COVID rules in place. If you want to grab coffee and cake in the city centre, this place is for you.

Some things in life are hard to come by these days.... And a great coffee shop is one of them whilst we are in a world of drive thru coffee chains. Storm in a tea cup is the best coffee shop in Swansea, without a shadow of a doubt

The best coffee! Its rare to get so many options of alternative milk. Struggle to get soy in some places, let alone oat or almond! Oh and I’m now obsessed with the iced coffees! Wouldn’t waste my money going anywhere else. Haven’t even gotten to the cakes! So good!! Best rocky roads ever! My personal favourite are the Jammie Dodger Blondies! But what tops it all off is the service. It really shows that coffee is his passion

Amazing coffee (mines a flat white) and the most delicious homemade cakes and bakes. Nice chilled atmosphere and always a great service. I wouldn’t bother going to the big chains because the coffee is nowhere near as good as the coffee they serve here!! It’s my favourite pit stop whenever I am in Swansea and I Highly recommended them.

Situated in the corner of Swansea vibrant indoor market, it has a very good atmosphere. The coffee was of a high standard, much better than most common chains, and at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly, happy to chat, and gave excellent service.

Wow what a gorgeous wedding cake! We loved the whole experience with temptation cakes, especially the tasting day! Any questions were answered straight away and she really put our mind at ease. With the help of Roots Florist for the fresh flowers this cake was an absolute show stopper! Thank you so much! Photo: Philip Warren Photography

Wow wow wow!! We went for the supper club event last night and it was absolutely delicious. The theme was vegetarian and vegan, the food was out of this world. We arrived and had a cocktail in the front cafe area then we were taken through to a beautifully prepared table in the dining area. One long table and guest were sat in a banquet style all together. Brilliant idea 💡 really sociable. When the food started to arrive, there were sighs of happiness all round. We had foccacia, delicious tomato salad, arincini, homemade gnocchi, fennel, goats cheese and peach salad. And lots more I can’t remember (sorry chef!). Oh yes a cauliflower cake which was delicious too. Pudding was a trio of cakes, served with a glass of dessert wine. The staff were super friendly and just in the right job, people focused, finny and charming. Our fellow diners were lovely, fascinating people too. I wish I had taken more photos but I was enjoying the food too much. The whole evening was fabulous and we will definitely be back. Thank you 🤩
