Good size breakfast with amazing large tasty sausage. Good value and friendly staff, don't tell everybody though.

Vile revolting dirty uneadable.this place should be knocked down.filthy.2 breakfast bought.walked out after seeing the state of what was on the plate.

Discovered this place near lockdown and haven’t looked back since. Always quality local ingredients. The sausages are to die for !!! Always order and will continue to do so :)

For a "back street" cafe the food was of a high standard are really tasty the staff couldn't be anymore pleasant and helpful highly recommend

Great cafe with loads of choice. Breakfast is really nice and plenty too. You can also call up and pre order and arrange collections. Staff are brill and really friendly

I have written a review before regarding The Station House Cafe in Prescot,Merseyside but on Saturday 13 November they did a Sri Lanka tasting evening...8 courses of the best ever food and all home made..Absolutely fantastic..There is another of these evenings (Steaks and Ribs) barbecue type very soon..Check Facebook page.. Friendly food good and cheap enough

Wow...! What a great cafe. The breakfast was amazing especially the sausages 😋 but to top it all of the hard working ladies made it perfect. Definitely highly recommended and this will be my goto place from now on. Thank you, Dave x

I took my 2 daughters here for a fry up and it was lovely we had 2 full breakfasts and a intermediate cannot complain about the service either.

Took a friend to Liverpool airport this morning and decided to have breakfast before heading home. The wife Googled this place and when she said Station Cafe, I will admit I was expecting typical rail food but no, this was way better!! A home from home cafe, all home made, breakfast, brunch, cakes and the biggest sausage roll you’ve ever seen, just cooked. Had a haddock on toast and a kedgeree with a real kick to it. Followed up with a brownie for the journey and four sausage rolls (don’t judge) to take home for kids and for breakfast tomorrow! If only we had a reason to visit Prescot railway station more often! But then again, Knowsley Safari Park is only round the corner 🤔😊👍

Best breakfast in st Helens. Nice cosy little cafe. Staff are lovely. Sausages like a fat mans fingers and super tasty. Sling us a fried on egg on love and 2 fried bread.

Now I say "Surprisingly good" because from an outwardly point of view it does look a little drab...however, having arrived at St Helens Junction station with 25 minutes to my train, I popped in for a coffee but the allure of a bacon butty overwhelmed me...and I caved in. Was really good and the coffee was okay too. Hopefully next time I am at the station I have some free time again.

I don't go here anymore for breaky, not since Bold cafe opened up again.. don't like the fact you can't see what's going on in the back.
