Food is a bit hit or a miss , been for lunch very good , and been for supper a few times sometimes good and sometimes not so ...

Friendly bar and excellent food at very good prices in the restaurant.

We have been several times lately for evening meals. The food is very good, reasonably priced and if you can't finish they will give you a doggie bag to take home. The young waitress was very attentive without being intrusive and coped by herself with a number of diners. I would reccomend you try the meals here

We visited the Arches restaurant within the Station Hotel and went to a charity event after. So I cannot comment on the rooms. However, we received excellent service in the restaurant. Our main meals were really good, home cooked and very delicious with quite generous portions. I feel that the desserts were a little bit of a let down. We should have just stopped at the mains. Atmosphere was nice enough, staff were friendly and food was great.

The rooms are large and comfortable with ensuite facilities. The staff are helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was a treat. Great parking space. It is a wee walk into town but that did us no harm!

Great place to stay for a few nights, very retro and interesting, owner very friendly and helpful. Fantastic service. A gem that needs more recognition. Thanks for the great visit.

We stopped by for lunch. It was fantastic. Fresh food, lovely cup of tea, and incredible home made soup quality. Fresh salad.
