I had the pleasure of being served by Kieran at Starbucks recently, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. Kieran was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my order was perfect His positive attitude made my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Kieran for his exceptional customer service!

Before my flight (very) early this morning before my flight, I had a delicious cappuccino and cinnamon bun and as usual I sat in. I was served by Jacqueline and Zoe and I just want to say how impressed I was by their customer service. As well as being friendly and polite while serving me, I noticed while serving other customers Jacqueline and Zoe were just as professional and courteous. It's a lovely to see smiling faces at that time in the morning especially if you're someone like me who gets stressed out at airports. I highly recommend Starbucks, Departures.

Great place for a coffee and breakfast before a flight. Always plenty seats available and staff friendly always happy to help regardless the time of the day which is a nice change to some people working at 4am. Jackie and Zoe served me and my family with a smile and made perfect coffees for all us this morning (sunday). Great team thanks

As a regular traveller through Glasgow Airport I’m always happy when Zoe & Jacqueline are on shift. Lovely young ladies who make a great coffee just the way I like it. Although early morning flights can be tough it’s always great to see a smiling face

The Starbucks at the departure terminal is excellent! Camil and the team served us this Monday afternoon with great attention and professionalism. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and efficient, making our experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by for a coffee before your flight!

Flies in the pastry/croissant cabinet: almost every time I have been here there are multiple flies buzzing around inside the pastry cabinet. I obviously don’t buy these and just stick to coffee, but it makes me think if the staff don’t care about this, then what else don’t they care about round the back. It’s such a common problem it’s hard to believe the management don’t know about it. There is also a lack of effort put into clearing the tables of used coffee cups.

The staff is really kind, but the place needs cleaning and repairs.

Ordered blonde coconut latte with vanilla syrup. It tasted nothing like what I usually get at my regular Starbucks close to my home. It was not nice at all.

Shocking! Absolutely shockingly bad

Place absolutely filthy. Flies all over food. Food debris on all tables seats and over floor. Really shocking

After my morning flight was delayed, I needed a pick me up. Dave was lovely and efficient making my order very quickly. It was a great temperature and tasted great.

Please either offer filter coffee or permanently DELETE it from your menu... Every time I come through Glasgow airport (weekly), I'm inevitably told there's no filter coffee available at this location... Either there's no beans, the machine isn't functioning, or some other feeble excuse... Starbucks as a brand is known for its Pike Place filter coffee, so why is it consistently off the menu... only at this specific location? I'm getting the distinct impression that the staff simply can't be bothered to make it. Irritating and frustrating.

Bought a sandwich and crème brute cold brew from here and got extreme food poisoning, ruined my entire trip, had to be rushed to Emerge after landing in Dublin vomiting everywhere and couldn’t stop going number 2 either they purposely poisoned me or they let all there sandwiches out way past the expiration date.

Giving this a 1 star because I can't a give zero. My coffee, well there was no coffee in it. I ordered a creme brulé and brown sugar frappucino at £5.65. after watching the guy making it saying to his colleague that it's not right, I'm given it by his colleague a few minutes later. The drink is white. There's no coffee or brown sugar in it. I'm told it's meant to be like this and the picture is a mistake. Since when are coffee and brown sugar white? I taste it anyway, and it's just milk and ice with some cream slush on top. I tell her there's no coffee in this and I get a blanket look. I leave my coffee and walk away with utter disappointment.

The place was dirty, trash was everywhere on pickup area floor and the counter top. There were lots of small flying insects around even flying inside the display cabinet with the food inside. The staff workplace is also terribly unhygienic, and their work is just chaotic, standing there chatting and not knowing what they are doing. Even just the simplest drink- hot chocolate, was made terribly Everything was disappointed for this Starbucks

I would have rated this zero if possible. Departed Glasow airport on December 2023, February 2024 and May 2024. Asked for my hot drink in a mug. And was told 3 timesn this couldn't happen as"the disqasher was broken". well either I am the unluckiest person buying coffee? Or this companytells lies, or Srackbucks os one of the most inefficient and hopelessy managed company.

Girl on till on started on her second shift, receiving zero help from her fellow staff. Who then joked at the air hostess who had to leave as the queue was waiting an incredibly long time! If my flight had not have been delayed I would have gone else’s where! Staff were a disgrace. Brunette girl on shift Sunday 9th June had a series attitude problem, laughing at customers who has to physically leave after 20 minutes as your service is slow is not ok!

Appears disorganised, baristas are very slow and. Food is in containers behind the counter, not displayed. Prices ok though. I had to edit review after starting to drink my coffee: this is certainly not up to the Starbucks standards.

Visited Starbucks before my departure to JFK and the service was outstanding. Kieran, Jemma and Alice were fantastic and served with a smile on their face. Colleen who made my coffee done a brilliant job and It was truly one of the best I’ve had! Cannot wait for my next departure so I can get another one 😜

Sometimes staff in the airport can seem too busy and overrun to have time to look after their customers - But not the team in Starbucks. The cafe was incredibly clean and the coffee was brilliant. The most impressive factor in the cafe however was the staff. The small team of Ioana, Kim, Gavin and Jack created such a welcoming atmosphere that should be recognised and applauded. I have left the cafe feeling very uplifted and would like to thank the staff for this.

You can't get points at this Starbucks unless you load your app with money I was told this is the only place it's only us mate because we don't have the equipment to give you points

Most arrogant barista. Overcharged by adding drinks, and lack of training with how to charge drinks and yet with arrogance attitude after telling her she has overcharged. She smudge her name on the tag, long curly hair who works at till. Ask for receipt. She tried not to give me a receipt to check the overcharging drink. Revisit after your feedback. No stock on most hot food. Staff was not interested to serve. Do not provide sleeve for hot drink. Nothing has improved. Sorry. Still disappointed.

There was absolutely no need for the amount of flies in the cakes and muffin counter, I've never seen so many in one place over "fresh" defrosted food. Feel sorry for anyone buying a cake today

Badly managed. I go to Starbucks regularly and this one is quite badly managed. I asked for Eggnog Latte and a Cortado - the barista didn't really know what I asked for and thought that it was only one drink I asked for. I had to chase the staff in order to get a Cortado. I also ordered a slice lemon drizzle loaf and didn't get served until I chased the staff for it. The queues are quite bad in this place and it seems that the staff don't know very well the drinks menu. The management should improve so the service can get better.
