Busy place but only 3 staff. They were doing their best but waited around 20mins in the queue. No-one free to clear tables. Nice friendly place but the staff need help

We visited today with my baby daughter and the staff on were absolutely amazing! So friendly and helpful, my daughter particularly liked the girl with the coloured hair and horror tattoos. A credit to Starbucks!

This is the best Starbucks in Dundee! The staff here are always so upbeat and the drinks are so consistently delicious! I drive out of my way and make special trips just to come to the drive thru here. I always leave smiling as the staff are so helpful and cheery. In particular Mikey, he is so friendly and bubbly and answered all of my questions and requests so helpfully! If you’re ever unsure what to order he gives the best recommendations! Also shout out to John for the extra chocolate chips on top of my frappuccino! All staff should be so proud of their top quality customer service with a smile 😊

Mikey is the best! He is lovely, kind and understanding as there was unfortunately no caramel sauce and with him being understanding enough, he gave me a free drink! Excellent customer service and would highly recommend and come again :) He was an angel sent straight from heaven and made me feel comfortable and at home. Mikey was outstanding in handling the situation and I will never forget what an impact he made on my day, month and year. Thank you Mikey, I love you. What a joy it was to go to the Starbucks Drive-thru in Afton Way, Dundee. We were greeted by the friendliest voice asking what we'd like! On that occasion we hadn't prepared our order in advance but your barista remained extremely patient and made very helpful suggestions. Of course, we had to put a face to this most attentive voice and discovered it belonged to Mikey. Mikey treated us as though we were more than customers - almost friends! After a hard day's work his positivity was very welcome. At my age many a customer services operator doesn't seem to 'see' me but Mikey did. This is now my favourite Starbucks to go to. Well done on employing an excellent, efficient operative.

I work in the community, and had a very tough morning. I visited the drive thru at lunch time where I was greeted by a very cheerful young man who totally changed my mood and made my day.

Picked Starbucks for lunch today as fancied the focaccia. You normally know what to expect when visiting theses store but I was very surprised with the service I received. The food and coffees were as per usual spot on but what made the difference was the staff. A lovely bunch of genuinely happy staff who will go above and beyond without fuss. Not many places have people like this who feel made for the job but this is definitely one of those places. Will be back and it's all down to the staff l. Well done 👍

Lovely staff, bright and airy cafe, lots of space not cramped in. Carpark is spacious enough and very handy location opposite Morrisons and the main duel carriageway in and out of Dundee
