Starbucks in Bridgend

Always have great Service from here. Unfortunately tonight was different. Was told one price over the phone only for the delivery driver to tell us it was actually more expensive once they arrived. Waited over an Hour and half for the food to arrive. I understand it can be busy but the driver was rude when the food was delivered

❗️❗️DO NOT RECOMMEND❗️❗️ ordered food (kids chicken nuggets and 2 burger meals) the food arrived and we all started to eat my sister bit into her chicken nugget and there was BLONDE HAIR and in my burger meal there was also BLACK HAIR i am totally disgusted and we have all lost our appetites for tonight!! i rang the number to explain what has happened and the fella had attitude and wasn’t helpful!! 22 pound gone into the bin!! disgusting customer service and the quality of the food was poor! didn’t even get offered a refund or any sorry from them disgusted!!

Absolutely shocking 😲, ordered cooked dinner, 3 time's we sent them back after spending £80 between us, as dinner was cold, 3 time's !!! How can this be.. wasn't allot on plates either for £16.99 , ended up cancelling and having money back and cancelling our free afters they offered the 1st time the dinner came cold.. won't be eating here again to be ripped off..

3rd time in a row not included sauces that I paid for now. but this time as well I ordered large coke and got warm orange juice instead . weird cos it says oj on the receipt on bag but on app and email it says I ordered coke. this restaurant used to be so good getting order right used to include serviettes and straws and all ....
