Food arrived late but was sent a text to state this so happy as was notified.

Food was cold was 45 minutes late and ordered a x-large was more like a medium

Changed delivery time .. part of my food was cold

I recieved wedges instead of a star burger now a member of the House is not eating tonight absolutely descusting as I can't contact shop as no one answering just eat I can not contact them and that is being polite

Asked for a salad with kebab, received 2 slices tomato and 2 slices stale cucumber. The meat was meat. Pita bread was cheap with meat just thrown on it. No garlic sauce. I had not very warm meat on bread. I didn't bother eating the garlic bread. I won't be ordering from here again.

Turned up late. Pizza was proper flavourless and proper burned,crusts were black. Kebab was greasy and chicken was burned, pitta bread was solid. Will not order from here again. Not ordering again from here.

One of my pizzas was cold. Asked for salt and vinegar on the chips. None was put on. Paid extra for jalapeños on one of the pizzas and it arrived without, cheese hadn’t melted properly and the dough was so thin.

Food was nice. Charged me for food that didn’t show up then when phoned restaurant about it didn’t come for another hour. Didn’t even offer money back but food was decent even tho missing items 👍

Not happy. I ordered my food over an hour ago and it still hasn’t arrived yet stating it has. Disappointed.

Star kebab is one of the best kebab shops not just the food the guys there go out if there way to give you what you want for example I tend to only like chicken breast if they haven’t got any cooked they will cook them for me, most just say sorry only got drumstick or thigh won’t go out of there way to help you, been ordering from them for years great food and friendly helpful service just brilliant highly recommend.

Ordered a medium kebab but only a small delivered. Also the chicken shish meat was burnt and overdone so very dry and difficult to chew. Chips were nice and crispy though and the salad was fresh

Ordered 2 kebab wraps and roasties. All three items were hot on arrival but it arrived 30 mins late and by the time the food arrived I'd gone past it. One kebab wrap I requested garlic sauce, lettuce, cucumber, coleslaw and onion. The wrap was totally overpowered by the coleslaw and I didn't have any onion also I couldn't taste any garlic sauce at all. The other wrap was fine and the roasties were beautiful. Would order again despite not having the requested salad and I was disappointed with how late it arrived, next time I would order a few hours in advance.

Very salty - barely edible. Regular customer but this is the second time that I have been disappointed.

It's hard to get this meal delivered ready to eat, but 30 seconds in the microwave for the kebab and a couple of minutes in a preheated oven for the chips and it's all good. Will definitely buy again.

No complaints. Would I use again? Probably. The food was tasty but not quite warm enough and the chips weren't great but it was delivered to my door, and my pitta bread was wrapped separate as requested.

Kebab needed more salad and pizza needed more tomato sauce, besides that it was good.

Delivered earlier than estimated time which was a bonus. Kebab meat was nice. However no cheese on the cheese and chips - quite a vital component. May give them another go in the future.

Second time i have ordered and the food is always late.

I can't fault them one of the best pizza's I've tasted food always hot on arrival and on time good deals for both adults and children I was recommended by my daughter who won't look anywhere else for takeaways I too would recommend them also.

The food was very very tasty and their delivery service is excellent. My food was an hour early and the delivery guy was extremely friendly. Definitely ordering from here again

Took over an hour and a half from time of order to get it delivered on a Tuesday night!! When it did arrive it was lukewarm at best, no flavour in sauce or anything for that matter. Won't be ordering again :-(

Food arrived late, as usual! EVERYTIME we order the food is always about a 2 hour wait. We were told between 30-55 minutes and we waited nearly 2 hours. Rang the restaurant and we were told it was on its way and then hung up before we could even reply. So unprofessional. Will not order from here again.
