I came to St Joseph's table for a late lunch with my aunt. They had breakfast, sandwiches, toasties, salads and jacket potatoes on the regular menu and specials of homemade soup, beef casserole with dumpling and veg, quiche to name a few plus scones and various cakes. My aunt had the beef casserole and I had a ham and tomato toastie. Both were lovely and the service and friendly, relaxed staff made for a very enjoyable time. Prices are also low for fresh, homemade tasty food so I highly recommend a visit. There are also children's portions available with plenty of space for family groups.

I always go here when I am home to see my Mom and Dad and we love it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. Best of all the food is excellent, from quiches, pies, roasts to delightful pear tarts, you really can't beat it. It is extremely good value for money, we're heading back again tomorrow!! Thank you for your hospitality!

You get a cheery welcome as you give your order- and it is served with a smile. I sometimes call in here for a late lunch- delicious soups, salads and all day breakfast items. The cakes are always tempting. This parish enterprise raises money for good causes, offers hospitality to all, and there is even a library and a Home from home shop with great bargains.

Visited the new coffee shop today. Super home-made offers such as quiche, cake, soup - all delicious. So much better than chain coffee shops! Lovely atmosphere and great service from some of the cheerful ladies of the parish. Loved the food and the laughter, ladies. Thank you!

The ambience was lovley. We didn’t have food just a cold drink and icecream . Was pretty quite though for a Saturday. They had a wedding in the guildhall, so they did have visiting guests. Katy reall
