We started with a small selection of oysters; the specials de la gillerdeau (with a G Lazared into the the shell to deter counterfeiters) were the best I’ve tasted. My chowder starter was delicious and rather more refined and creamy than the usual. As a main, I opted from the Dover sole; plump, fleshy and perfectly cooked. The Yorkshire pecorino with chutney as a cheese dessert was an interesting piece of cultural appropriation. Service was excellent; attentive and friendly.

Very good set lunch(chowder /mackerel followed by seabass) with good choice of wines by glass. exce;ptionally attenti ve service (though few in restaurant). Elegant interior design & pleasing views of autumn-leaved common.

Oysters are amazing. Benedictine eggs are heaven. Funny service by Elisa and Sven!! How is possible it is not fully booked???

If you are looking for some Mayfair in Clapham this is the place ! Great place to celebrate a special moment. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was so lovely !

My husband's birthday was a Monday this year - always a challenge for a fish lover. I took a risk on this place, and oh my, I am so glad I did. The fish is brilliantly fresh, the flavours intense, and the combinations inspired. I honestly don't know if I have ever enjoyed a fish dish more than their sea bream. Husband and daughter raved about their oysters. I love oysters - sadly, the emotion is not always reciprocated and with a 9am flight tomorrow, I could not risk it. Next time! And there WILL be a next time - we need to try the seafood platter!

Superb, creative and delicious food. Attentive and knowledge service and great at atmosphere- one of the best meals we’ve had in London in a very long time. We’d highly recommend (cheesy bread, prawns and ceviche were UNBELIEVABLE!)

Best birthday lunch! The food was absolutely delicious. I could have had everything on the menu. The service was wonderful. A server was always making sure are wine glasses were filled, she served all the food with a smile and was very knowledgable about the ingredients. Also great espresso martinis! Will be back!!

I’ve visited last week with my friend and it couldn’t have been better. The food was very tasty, we had an oyster and the prawn ceviche to start and as my friend is brazilian, we ordered the monkfish casserole as well as main. All the dishes were well presented and fresh. However, the best of our dinner was the service, our waiter Sven was so nice and attentive. He happily answered all our questions and definitely had a good knowledge of the menu! I’ll recommend this place to everyone and definitely will be returning myself.

Absolutely the best restaurant we have eaten in. Service was impeccable and the fresh seafood was delicious. We will definitely be back next time we visit London.

Everything is perfect From the staff to the freshness of the seafood to the wine. Lovely atmosphere my only regret is that I didn’t discover this restaurant before. The oysters were mouth watering and the bread delicious, the matcha butter real tasty. I will certainly go back.

What a treat this was - lovely lunch on the terrace which gets lots of sun, with wine and delicious fish. We had the tuna tataki with white truffle, which is incredible - an absolute must on the menu! Make sure to try it. We were served by Sophie who is a real pro when it comes to wine and food and a great advice! We will definitely be coming back. They also sell fish, which i will definitely check out next time!

An absolute 10/10! I went to St Clair for a lunch with friends on Saturday at 1pm, the terrace is so lovely, perfectly positioned in the sun (without it being too hot). The atmosphere is lovely, the food is SO delicious! The king prawns, and the cheesy dough balls and the tuna tataki were out of this world! What impressed me the most was the service. We were taken care of by Sophie, she was impeccable and made the experience even more special! Hats off to the entire team and will definitely be coming back. I recommend St Clair for lunch with friends, business meeting or even a family gathering! Well done!

We used to come beforeC19 to this very good address. Never disappointed. We ordered this time the take away menu. Really Excellent, a child play to prepare and really good value for money. A genuine 3 course menu with wine = £55 all together for 2 people. the Miso cod was excellent, the chocolate fondant delicious. We will re order, they have fish lasagnes. We can’t wait May the 17th!
