Kebab/pizza/chips ordered . Driver arrived 2 1/2 hrs later after phoning minus kebab . Phone again 1/2 later kebab arrived . Not even an apology . 3 hrs is really unacceptable so lost this customer

Rubbish, cheap pizza base, pakora rock hard like it’s been sitting for days. Chips cold

Delivery was 1hr 30min late. Food was not warm either.

Decent curry rice and calzone but chips and cheese with curry sauce had undercooked chips and was a sloppy mess. Not as good as spice of life we use weekly in Blantyre.

order meal at 6.19pm still waiting at 8pm, terrible service. when we received it Chips were cold & Pizzas luke warm had to reheat. use this takeaway alot & this has been the worst delivery ever & a Sunday too

Paid £30 for food that came 2 hours after it was ordered. Came cold, £11.50 for 4 tiny bits of lamb is scandalous. Probably the worst take away I’ve had in ek! 👍🏻

Portion sizes very small for the price - my meal was like a starter! I also ordered a cheesecake which was wayyyy overpriced and again very small I could have bought a family sized cheesecake from M and S for this price , it wasn’t even nice and lacked flavour. Very disappointed won’t use again.

no kebab sauce delivered with calzone chips cold and hard and calzone was dry and had been cooked way before it was delivered which meant it was dry i’d like a refund. paying nearly £30 for food that wasn’t edible

Food arrived 20 mins late stone cold, chips looked and tasted like yesterdays reheats! Absolutely awful! Tried to call restaurant only to be told couldn’t hear me even though spoke to them 10 mins before!!

Always do great pizzas when ordering from here. And received a free complimentary can of juice as well!

Usually go to kebab king in the Murray but I thought I would give this place a try,kebab meat was like Icelands or Farmfoods kebab meat also ordered a large but the quantity was more like a small. Very Very disappointed

You can’t even class what monstrosity was delivered to me a pizza it was thinner than a supermodel with cheese slapped all over it, half the pizza was burnt and the other half was soggy because of the cheese and on it and on how thin this thing was’ I’ll definitely not be ordering here again my first time and definitely my last time

Never experienced such poor food from here before, garlic nans were disgusting and soggy, poppadoms were sprinkled with I believe curry powder and chips with Chasni sauce was cold and tasted of chemicals! Straight in the bin, very surprised normally ok!

Meat was hard and tough in the Tandoori mixed grill. i could hardly chew it. They must pre-cook the meat on the grill then heat it up when you order food later at night. I've been ordering from Spice of Life for over 20 years. They need to up their game.

ordered a super king munchy box costs over 22 quid. opened it up to find half is filled with chips, other half is filled with pakora. great amount of pakora but then find a tiny box filled with donner meat that would be enough to fill a small kebab. got a bottle of coke instead of one can which is fine but ridiculous youre paying 22 quid for half a 16 inch pizza box full of chips and a tiny amount of donner. called to complain about it and was told donner meat cost 6 quid end of. won't be back
