I don't even like chicken it sounds crazy I know but no one can ever cook chicken the way I need a cooked apart from these guys... Did every time you're a little bit longer than I would like but perfection can't be rushed.... The chips are absolutely brilliant they're not soggy they're not over down they're just that right amount of crispy..they cook chicken however you like it me for instance I like my chicken skin crispy they clearly cook it a little bit longer for me skins always crispy but the chickens like nice and moist still.. they do the best spicy wings ever... Not as good as buffalo wings but as far as spicy wings go then the best in southend... Not to mention their drivers are always very friendly.... They need to get the new Ben & Jerry's lemon ice cream

Trust me when I say this pizza is 'The One' like Neo from The Matrix. Pepperoni Lover, double cheese more like double creme de la creme. My mate said trust me get this pizza and I had a look at the shop from outside and thought it looks alright...this is why the saying 'Dont judge a book by it's cover' exists. You might think I'm going over the top, but as soon as you try it, you'll be a Justin Belieber.

Poisonous kebab, not recommended

I always get a pizza from here on its own but thought I’ll get a meal for 1 the nuggets are absolutely delicious they are crispy and fluffy the stuffed crust on the pizza is beautiful it melts in your mouth please check this place out

Delicious food , love it , staff very friendly and helpful

Ordered a selection of pizzas, garlic bread, chips and chicken strips for a work training lunch. Very easy to organise the order over the phone and food arrived as planned, on time and piping hot. Food was all tasty and well received and made a nice change to the usual sandwich lunches we’ve had previously.

If I ask is it halal? I expect a simple answer yes or point me to a certificate I may have missed! Not do we not look Muslim 🤦‍♀️ I came there I didn’t look Muslim I’m sure as woman with locs! Is it salted- yes pre salted!! it should not be!!! health wise u do not define how much salt intake others can have! Give that option! We are having more people whose health is affected nowadays or in emergency for various reasons! So respectfully improve the service

Ordered BBQ wings, tasted like it melted in your mouth with absolutely zero texture. It was obviously old and most likely gone off and the guy on the phone kept saying it was fresh. Alongside that the spaghetti was crunchy and old again. Most things tasted old and off

Absolutely the worst service you will ever have the misfortune of receiving! Please save your money and avoid this absolute joke of an establishment. Not only do they deliver your food over an hour late, they don’t pick up their phone so you can’t even get an update on where your food is! Presumably because they would be inundated with complaints. AVOID AVOID AVOID

My husband came in for chips. They were switching between meat items and veggie items without washing their hands. No thought about cross contamination. They were sorting out the kabab and then flattening out the pizza dough with bare hands. Would not recommend this place.

Person didn't wash their hands between handling the doner, making a pizza and making chips. Never coming back here again.

Absolutely love their Pizza and wings.

Was really excited to try this square pizza, they were really nice in the shop and it was made really quickly, the food was cooked really well but I dunno what’s up with the ingredients as it tasted really bad. The garlic pizza bread flavour was massively let down by the cheese, it tasted like it was either off or old and dry, really ruined the flavour. The bbq chicken had way to much bbq sauce and again the cheese was vile, £25 spent and we threw it away. My daughter also got a kids meal deal of donner meat and chips, the donner meat was a bit dry but good flavour and chips were good but soggy and chewy. I won’t be coming here again as it’s insulting to my taste buds which is a shame as it’s such a good idea.

We normally order from here all the time, today we ordered and a new guy answered the phone. He was rude I called about the quality of food and how we asked for ingredients that were missing and he called me a liar. It’s disappointing as for the price it is good but he let it down

Order took an hour for chicken strips and burger, burger was cold and the bun was soggy chips was cold driver was rude ordered loads off them but not again.

Usually come here for a kebab. However the last time I ordered, was left waiting for an hour when it claimed it would take 30 mins for my order to arrive. Along side that food was missing and cold.

kebab was amazing ..Hot ...Fresh .Good quality meat and portion size and very tasty ,,delivery time was as expected and a very friendly service all round ..would recommend again .

The pizza was slightly pricy but I t was really nice. Service was average speed , the pizza sizes were very small compared to what I would have wanted. But you should try it out if you're looking for pizza and are nearby.

Food was absolutely disgusting my Chicken wings when I bit into them was black I didn’t eat them didn’t eat my chips as was ice cold and the pizza wasn’t great only good thing was the garlic bread and when I called to complain he was very rude and put the phone down on me what a disgrace

Disappointed, delivery arrived over an hour early so I asked for it to be delivered later at the correct time, I thought the pizza would have been freshly cooked for the correct time but it didn’t seem as if it did. The pizza turned up barely warm and the portion of chips was horrendous, £3.49!! Bigger portions at Mc Donald’s.

Would not use again or recommend! 3 hour wait for a delivery! Every time I called they told me delivery driver was round the corner! Then stopped answering the phone. Absolutely shocking service!

Very very disappointed in this establishment, I did ask for a non stodgy base and it was delivered with the base thick and stodgy which stuck to the roof of the mouth the cheese and Jalapeno bites was like a hand grenade. 3 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza was a joke. Just appalling, 35p for a service charge and £1.00 delivery. When I called them up and explained he said there was nothing he could do as the boss wasn't there and he'd call me,(26 hours later still no call back) it's good my friend works for the environmental health and took it home tonight as after 1 slice of the stodgy pizza and a horrid cheese Jalapeno bite I've had a bad stomach. I don't recommend this place at all. As you can see nothing written on the box about special requirements.

Ordered quite a few times in the past from here, usually really good but tonight I ordered a hot and spicy pizza and when it arrived there were no toppings at all, only cheese! And not a phone call or text to tell me if there was an issue or not. Food is normally good but I wouldn't recommend taking the gamble on whether or not you'll actually get what you paid for.

I gave 2 stars because the pizza was WARM the garlic bread and nuggets were barely warm. The chips tasted reheated. The delivery was 45mins late — this is 2nd time I’ve used them. They were late before but I ordered again today as thought the previous late delivery was a fluke. It’s a shame as I won’t use them again. They had come highly recommended. But I can’t abide cold food and VERY late delivery

Delivery was incredibly late over 45 minutes in fact over there estimated time of 55 minutes. I ordered the meal for one, mostly everything was luke warm, the pizza was probably the wamest item but still not great. The garlic bread and nuggets were cold and the chips were under cooked and cold. I am not far for the restaurant so no idea why it took so long. Also the pizza had good toppings but lacked a lot on the tomato sauce in the pizza. Generally wouldn't order here again.

First time we used this fast food pizza,did come highly reccomend but NOT VERY IMPRESSED to say the least over 2 hours to be delivered once our food arrived it was all cold pizza,garlic bread,wedges I sent it all back and rang the shop they were very helpfull and resent new food

This is a great local takeaway. The pizza is so tasty and being square you get more for your money. They do great chips and their Donner meat is savoury and well seasoned. Highly recommended.

Square pizza is economical, delicious food. There is some combo meal offers for chips, chicken,drink.

They sell square pizza. No one else does this! Think of the empty space you get with a round pizza. None of that nonsense with these guys

Got my order completely wrong cause they’re too busy chatting, was very rude when we complained and blamed it on us, very unprofessional and unorganised, they don’t pay to their customers, food was cold when we eventually got it never again

Friend staff and good value for money food

Web order failed, Google says that they’re closed today (and they are not) and so I phoned and his phone is rubbish so he couldn’t hear anything. Soooo Drop that idea then.....

I ordered a veggie but a spicy chilli one came instead. Ate some but too hot and not what I ordered : (

Don't touch this place unless you want cold food that arrives 45 minutes after stated time. And then to be lied to! After every excuse under the sun offer a20% discount off next order! Won't be taking them up on that offer!!!!

Pizza was ok kebab meat was dry and hard, chips were horrible and ordered pizz garlic bread which came with cheese, don't think I'll order from here again.

**I've had to give 1 star as I couldn't post otherwise!** What a joke!! Ordered at 8pm and eventually turns up at 10pm! Was told would be given a discount because of the time it took, a discount of £2.45 was given and then once settled down with our food we realise some of our order was missing! So in fact no discount was given at all! I thought I was ordering from Sutton Road Southend Square Pizza as menu says that but in actual fact it came from North Road!! Avoid at all cost unless you want it Next day delivery!!

Just ordered yesterday a pizza. It's better to have bread, butter and some vegetables on the top of the bread. Totally tasteless

Placed an order for delivery paying by card I gave correct address and postcode even spent time explaining where I was. I spent over minimum delivery amount and was told it would be an hour I can live with that. 50 minutes later a call from delivery driver stating he will not come to me as it's to far. I rang the shop asking for a refund to be put on my card and was told that they had made the order so it needed to be paid for and that id given wrong information which is not correct . I ended up going to shop to claim my refund with the threat of police involvement.

Ordered kids pizza and burgers 637pm they turned up at 750pm! I tried to contact them to find out how long and they took their phone off the hook for ten minutes not using these people again waste of time especially when there are around 10 pizza places within my area that will deliver faster and nicer food. You got to up your game

Ordered at 7:20 it's now 9:10 and still no delivery !
