pizza topping was stuck to the roof of box. driver obviously hasn’t kept box flat pizza has bland taste chicken was soggy never read comments i made in order box disappointing

I order from Snappys quite a lot through the phone or in just eat and my order always comes the same but this time I felt I paid a half job. No garlic Mayo like they normally put on chips etc even tho I ask for garlic Mayo. Won’t be ordering again

Garlic bread had no taste, the chips weren’t great and the burgers weren’t great either. Feel like money wasted! And we’ve all been up most of the night already back and forth as it’s upset our stomachs 😒

first time using the service and live 15-20 mins away, only negative was food was only warm when delivered however if this could be improved it would improve service and merit a better rating.

Pizza used to be square and filled the whole box. Chilli sauce on the donner kebab was a mix of chicken with sliced onion mixed with a bit of red sauce, rather strange.

Quality food and service, the chicken shish kebab in particular was the best I've tasted anywhere in Elgin

Garlic bread was dry and not very garlicky at all. Pizza and onion rings were fine.

Fairly enjoyable however. We did not receive the kids puddings. We did try to make connection via phone call but we aren't able to get through. Id not normally say anything but we paying for stuff we weren't given. So a refund or the pudding would be fantastic. Thanking you

Perfect great fast delivery . Food was great and hot love it. Chips usually don’t have a lot of crisp in them when delivered in the at polystyrene box. These chips were all other food great,overall great service.

Really quick service along with really awesome pizza and the dessert was also really surprisingly big and amasingly good as well! Awful service!!! Rang after and hour to be lied to saying food had left. Tried calling back no answer. Its now been an hour and a half still no food 🤣 Save yourself the bother and order a Dominos! We were going to then thought we should support a smaller chain during Covid.....thought wrong.

Just received my order late. Totally wrong food. I ordered 2 half pounders, onion rings, and wedges. Received chips, chicken, coke and nuggets. Dreadful service and not happy

Items were missing from order and the pizzas were wrong its so wrong. We tried phoning to sort this got hung up on after 25 minutes on phone. To just eat service is atrocious

No can came with kids meal, bacon cheese burger had no bacon on and the hot herbie pizza didn't have jalapeños on... and it was 45 minutes late and cold

Food was beautifully cooked, very very tasty. Chips perfect and the burgers were beautiful. Only issue was unfortunately the burger with tomato sauce has salad when I asked for no salad on both, but not angry as human error is a thing and it was only some lettuce so wasn't a major issue. Thank you very much and we will be ordering again.

Cold burger and tasteless pizza

Ordered regular kebabs and they were huge with nice salad. Delivered still nice and hot and alot earlier than stated. Very happy.

All the food was clearly fresh and the kebab I ordered was nice and hot. The chili sauce was good as well. Also my OCD appreciated how everything was neatly placed. Loved the cake too. My only criticism would be is its a shame they don't do nan bread.

Asked for doorbell to be rang and food left on doorstep for contactless handover. They did leave it on the doorstep but no one informed us, food was stone cold by the time we knew where it was.

Great food as usual. Just a pity only got 1 fudge cake instead of 2, as ordered, but as we got our Monday free pizza, no drama.

Wasn't overly impressed, the pizza had next to no tomato sauce on it so was very rubbery and tasteless. I've never complained about the pizzas from here before, they're usually great but must've been having an off night

The food was good but I deliberately asked for no sauce and it was smothered in ketchup when I got it so I couldn't eat most of it. I would like a refund for that item but can't see how to request a refund on this app. I won't be ordering again. Shame as it would have been nice without the mistake with the sauce

Gorgeous food best garlic dip I’ve ever tasted and the garlic bread was amazing
