Wow!!! Fantastic service went after night out got home still piping hot. Omdz I had the philli cheese sub so nice great flavours. Washed it down with a pink lemonade which was refreshing. The gentleman who served us was very pleasant and couldn't do enough for us too. Great experience will definitely go there again.

Walked in wanted a meal where I can be very self-indulgent, I that’s what I got!! Burger was amazing, fries portion were massive and the quality was great!! Also, very clean seating and serving area. Front of house member of staff was ace as well, very friendly and approachable whilst making conversation. Overall, great experience :)

Absolutely fantastic...ordered chips just before closing and Sebastian was very helpful and explained he would do these although they were due to shut...he said he would be busy cleaning the restaurant but would do them for us so really went above and beyond, could have told us no but was polite and a very nice chap...asset to your company and chips were lovely...5 stars on food and customer service. 😀

Went towards the end of the shift to get some food and the staff were great! I had a burger with fries and some spicy chicken strips, they were absolutely amazing! It's been a while since I had such a juicy burger and the strips... OMG, they were yummy and just perfect!! Definitely recommend this place!

Brilliant, ordered twice for takeaway now & really like the food, excellent branded packaging arrived hot & very tasty, really liked the sealed wipes to clean your fingers with a great idea. Highly recommended & will order from again.

First visit was great! The chicken wrap was juicy & tasty. Also, the eating area was spotless and toilet was clean. Seb was really friendly and helpful.

The burger was so tasty and the fries were crispy. Seb, our server, was friendly and incredibly attentive. This will quickly become my new regular place.

We were served by a fabulous team member called Seb who helped us to choose a delicious meal, he was very attentive and so happy which makes a real difference to the experience. A great asset to the business. The food was also a solid 10/10, hot and delicious. Our recommendation is the dirty burger with curly fries.

Not one to write reviews at all, but after my recent experience, I think otherwise. We thought we would give this restaurant a second try after a very poor first visit. first off, there was an issue with the ordering system where it took the payment out my bank but then appeared to say I haven’t paid I understand this may not be down to the restaurant but I find it rude that the staff were hinting that we were lying after the long wait for our food (we were the only customers in the building) we were then surprised to find out they hadn’t even prepared our food properly and just given us plain chicken and fries overall the experience was absolutely dreadful the food was cheap and bland you would think otherwise with the prices you pay to any others thinking of trying this place I wouldn’t be deceived by the amazing looks and marketing they put out it’s all just the same frozen stuff as your 1-star kebab shop down the road

Experienced a homophobic attack inside the store, staff did nothing and refused to ring the police because "management dont allow it" customer was taking digs at me and my friend (female) who he thought was my partner, she stated i was gay as its not obvious and all hell broke loose with other customers having block his way to me. I get its not the staffs fault however this happened on the premises and they refused to do anything about it. Myself being a manger having multiple staff and a large customer base to protect daily the way they handled the situation was frankly disguisting and when called out on it they had the audacity to say they felt threatened by us. (We wernt raising our voices at them just disputing why they wernt ringing the police) in the end we had to ring the police and physically baracade the door with our body weight from the inside to stop him from physically reaching us. We wont be returning and if i were you i wouldnt risk coming here knowing your safety is the least of their priority. And management you need to seriously overhall your policies and retrain your staff if they "arnt allowed to ring the police" over public safety concerns!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I was verbally attacked by a guy in this place, which I understand isn’t the staffs fault, however, when I had to put my foot in the door to prevent myself from being physically attacked they refused to call the police or provide any help at all. They were just running around saying they weren’t allowed to call the police. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

Disgusting management and can not handle aggressive situations at all. Seems asthough they do not care about their customers at all and are willing to leave them in dangerous situations where they are being verbally attacked and having to defend themselves. No sympathy whatsoever and did not offer any support.

Although the food is generally very good, I have had two occasions where another customer's order was delivered to me. Wrong order twice causing me stress and frustration when trying to solve the problem as it was always unsuccessful. It’s a shame but I can’t recommend it for delivery anymore.

We went for dinner here after a busy day at Alton Towers with our toddler. It was easy to find parking outside. When placing our order, we were given recommendations of things to try from the menu as there was so much choice. The food came out quite quickly and we were not disappointed. The food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. We ordered a dirty burger, an original burger, chicken loaded fries, chicken bites meal for our toddler, a milkshake, and a dessert with croissant and toppings. The portion size was fantastic considering we hadn't much all day and it tasted amazing. The atmosphere in the store was chilled and relaxing, parking was not an issue and the customer service was impeccable. Really friendly, and helpful. Have been wanting to try this place for a while as seen on social media - we were down from Scotland. Definitely need to open a Smash on Glasgow!

I wish I continued my fast. It was the worst meal I’ve eaten since primary school dinners. I looked outside the window & noticed that even the homeless man was eating better than me. I felt ashamed to even offer him the food.

I was served by Seb, who had great customer service. Serving us with a smile on his face. The food was ordered and served in the matter of minutes. Which Seb then kindly asked us how the food was and how we were getting on. The place is very clean and has a great atmosphere.

Very clean environment, I was served by Seb who was very quick with his service, very polite and came over to check on us once we had our food. He gave us the option to have our drinks before our food arrived and had them made nice and quick for us :-)

Overall a good addition to burslem. Their burgers are good, but I wish they did a meal option so I don't have to buy the chips and drinks individually. The Sundaes are amazing too 👌 I only wish they were open half an hour later!

15 minutes from order to collection, that's pretty rapid! I wouldn't class myself as a foodie but I like what I like. Second time getting food from here. 1st time was a brisket burger which was beautiful! Never had a Brisket before but it was amazing, meat was tender and very flavoursome. Second time I got the dirty burger after one of the reviewers recommended. It was again beautiful! The chicken and Beef managed to work really well together, the sauces and toppings were amazing. Portion size was generous and for the price, its great value. Maybe this is because I'm used to London prices? Definitely coming back.

Mrs is at work wasn't sure what to do for tea for me and my son. Decided to go to smash on Trent. Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had, I know that sounds over the top but man it was deadly in a really good way. Staff are rate nice too, dead friendly and helpful. If your hungry and what a ride on the taste buds most definitely go to smash on Trent.

Sit in trying Smash for the first from the Burslem branch and it doesn’t disappoint! Staff were super lovely and friendly, the food was quick, hot and as always delicious. Good job on the new place, plenty of seating inside too.

This is the best thing to happen to burslem something new and not the same as everything else the smash burgers are very juicy and the skin on fries crispy and the lotus biscoff milkshake are too die for would definitely order again and recommend anyone and everyone to try

The food was AMAZING. I normally don't have mac and cheese out as I find it bland and lacking in flavour, but here it was amazing, full of flavour. I also LOVED their Philli cheese steak fries. Everything we ordered was on point. I Will definitely be going back for more.

The team have spent a long time perfecting their Fenton store, and I'm happy to say that same service has carried over to Burslem too. Food is always top tier, much better than the usual McDonald's / BK.

I couldn't actually wait to try out this new spot! Looks so clean and welcoming!! Staff are happy to assist you decide and recommend, I got the burger and loaded fries not going to lie you get more for your money and it was literally melt in the mouth moment at the first bite this is now my go too!! I usually feel unwell the next day from take aways but I can't complain here you can taste the freshness and quality and I highly recommend especially to friends and family!

Burger was all mushy on the bap never again

Absolutely appalling. Ordered chicken loaded fries as it looked appetising on the menu. However once it came out I noticed it had a seasoning of paprika that's not advertised anywhere. Went up to the till to ask for a remake without the paprika and the kitchen staff comes out and says they can't as they don't have a manager. I've never seen a restaurant or fast food place without a manager ever. The staff member then tells me to try and eat it because "it's not that spicy". everyone has different tolerance and the fact it isn't even advertised is ridiculous. She then followed up saying she can't remake them as it would "mess with the stock" God help anyone with allergies because that is absolutely ridiculous. Couldn't even offer me a refund so I had to take them and throw them away without touching the food at all

The food was absolutely rubbish cold and tasted horrible won't be going there again was like eating microwave food, rather go somewhere else and get better value for money 😝

Went in before the vale game , decided on the dirty burger which is 2 smash patties with chicken strips on top , comes in a brioche bun with salad and sauces . My daughter had the crispy beef which is 3 smash patties with chilli jam and other good stuff that I can’t remember .. we had the skin on fries , pink lemonade and smash cola … the food was delicious and good value for money, the staff were really friendly and polite .. couldn’t really ask for a better experience and will definitely return to try more items from the menu .. really wanted a milkshake as they looked amazing but was too full this time, I’ll make sure to leave some room next time….a great addition to Burslem.
