Very slow service does not care how long customer have to wait their priority is UBER and other online orders as it counts towards the performance and physical customers do not impact the ratings and Asian community do not bother about feedbacks, taste nice 10/10 thank you bye bye thats it, they do not care how they are being treated.

Ordered many times now from Smash Cheetham Hill Road. The spicy dip burger is excellent. Food is always consistently good. Orders always correct and well packaged. Highly recommended.

It’s good cosy place with very good staff always ready to help, the food is always nice the Muddled up is the winner but the peri peri burger has no 2nd chance. The peri peri full chicken is wonderful with lots of taste in it. Thanks for offering good milk shakes. Only issue is the CASH ONLy option they should think about touch payment now.

Besttttt burger and chips everrrrr. The burger was soooooo big that it sticks out of the box and was soooooo juicy and tasty I could go for seconds but half a burger can fill you up so I would recommend try the spicy dip fillet burger. The workers were sooooook nice that I decided to give them a tip of £0.01 and they were sooooo grateful. The atmosphere was veryyyyyy cool and yellow and was also clean. Thank youuuuuu smash official keep up the good work and never close down plzzzzzzzzzzzz

Tried there new and improved spicy fillet burger meal and was pleasantly surprised The burger was huge and they now use regular seeded burger which I prefer over the horrible brioche ones that squish into pancakes ,the mayo quality was nice and spicy sauce was decent id prefer it to be slightly more spicer. The chips were super fresh with a nice amount of peri salt just wish they had some complimentary sauces ONLY for when dining in like other shops do Nice selection of drinks The mango wings were nice too They do both fried or grilled wings in this sauce so you need to tell them. Only downside about the wings are there tiny nibblets but there social media pictures shows 2 piece scissors wings so slightly disappointed with that however all things considered I still giving them 4 stars Menu uploaded Nov 2024

Every time I've been here, I've always been served fresh, no matter the cashier and no matter the amount of customers. It's always consistent - the spicy dip burger meal for £5.50 is my go-to, and I've never been let down once. The interiors are modern and fresh, and the staff are very friendly.

I used to go Philadelphia but their burgers have gone expensive so not worth it anymore. This place has the best mouth watering juicy burgers and the Matilda cake is just so delicious.

The woman at the till was very racist it was my third time coming to the restaurant I always get food but whenever I do she gives me a take away bag for me to leave but then I was like it’s fine it’s not a big deal then one day I bought something was about to eat in just because I am black even though I’m Muslim alhamdulilah she was telling me to eat out because apparently I made a mess last with my friends and it was the fist time I came with my friends I always come alone and I always clean the table after eating everywhere I go that’s just how I was taught.

Awful packaging of dips, every time the sauce dips fall in the bag please make sure you properly close the lids and package them well not happy with this kind of service and expecting a free dip with my next order

I've been here 3 times since it's open and if you love your burgers smothered in mayo then this is the place for you! Compared to other burger joint on cheetham hill this place by far is the least good I have asked the dear sister behind the till to double dip the fillet and put less mayo on my wrap however she did the complete opposite and now I have a very mayoye wrap. You want a good burger go to Philadelphia fried chicken or even Golden fried chicken

Some people will say it's only chicken but I assure you it's so much more. I had the standard chicken burger meal and a portion of dipped chicken strips. WOW!!!! I've had many chicken burgers in many different countries and locations but in my opinion this was the best I've ever had. The chicken was succulent, tender, juicy and crispy at the same time. It was so full of flavour that I was smiling whilst eating it. The dipped chicken strips were just the right amount of spice. Enough to give your tongue a little tingle, but again, so tasty. I don't think I'll be able to eat fried chicken from anywhere else after Smash. I look forward to my weekly trip to Manchester so I can eat it again. Try it. You won't regret it

Smash official on cheetham hill road huge thumbs up from me. The spicy dip burger is legit in my opinion one of the best in manchester. The meal which also comes with a drink an fries is on a special offer at £5.99 at the moment. Doesnt even need any sauce with it as all the flavours ooze out from their own in house sauce. Pizza deals are great got the 2 12 inch for around a tenner and both pizzas the meaty feast an smash official special were amazing and fresh. Price wise very affordable and simply another great addition to the ever growing amazing take out joints on the busy cheetham hill road. This place is brilliant an in'sha'allah will definately be back.

It’s decent, not special, not something to return for, just decent One of the better smash burgers you can get, good house sauce, burger well seasoned and it was juicy Disappointed that the loaded fries is just nacho cheese sauce on fries, so cheesy fries Need proper loaded fries beef or chicken on fries, some peppers, jalapeños, onions and house+peri sauce with cheese (nacho or american or even grated cheese) and you have proper loaded fries, would return for that!

Looks better than it is. I was lured by "limited time £5.5 burger meal". It's serviceable, but meat, bun, and chips are the lowest quality out there. Don't expect anything beyond this.

Can’t speak for the atmosphere as I ordered a delivery. Food was okay at best. Portion sizes for fries and burgers were small so I hope that improves. For the price of some items it has to be better if you want to compete with other places in MCR. Not really an innovative place in terms of menu but a decent standard if you’re close by and not sure what to get.
