Slice & Shakes in Preston

Took an 1 hr 45 mins for 2 pizzas, burger and milkshake to arrive. Forced to order 2 pizzas even though we only wanted one and forced to have a sauce on the burger even though we didn’t want one. Not a great ketchup either. Milkshake was good and the delivery driver was very pleasant but certainly would not order from here again. Very short with me on the phone when I called to see where the order was.

Taken over 3hours still not arrived rang up 3 times just kept saying it’s on its way, never use

didn't send the correct order, the food was disgusting the prawns smelt off even the dog wouldn't eat it, the peperoni tasted weird, I'm sure it had human dna in it. the chips were bland and undercooked the cheese was like rubber, the base of the pizza wasn't freshly made, it was a disgrace!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN EVER!!!!

Best thing was the milkshake. Wrap was too spicy, no salad provided, chips where inedible. Also, food came late, waited for ages. Delivery guy was polite though.

I was brave enough to order from this place even tho I should’ve read the reviews before. Food tastes bad and don’t seem or taste edible. Low quality and poor food. Got a burger that wasn’t still frozen in the middle, and a milkshake that was unshaked milk. Don’t recommend at all.

Ordered at around 12am. Was estimated for 12.30 to 1am. Didn’t think that was to bad considering the time. It got to 1.30am I rang the place they said it would be delivered within 10 Minutes another half an hour went by 2am I rang again wondering where my food was. The man who answered the phone said he would ring his delivery driver. What i believe is he put his phone in his pocket as all I could hear was mumbles and rustling I put the phone down after saying hello around 5 time. etc… not good

we ordered a 10" pepperoni and a 10" salami pizza. we received a 10" garlic bread with salami and a 12" garlic bread with salami??? don't really understand how this has even happened.

The shakes & cheesy garlic bread were absolutely great. But we also ordered strawberry cheesecake & we received frozen strawberry gateau, very disappointed with that. Will definitely not be ordering desserts from them again. Otherwise great

worst place ive ordered from in preston, ordered donner chips & milkshake and was charged £14 including delivery charge + £3.50!!! The worst part about it is, the driver turned up an hour and 20 mins after with 3 man deep in the car like it was a mission lol, nothing extra on the house for being late like any other takeaway would, stay away, had me thinking the driver wasn’t gunna pull up any time soon lol

Garlic bread looked so good but was cold,chips were soggy and cold. And the kebab well I don’t even know what that was meant to be. I asked for salad with plenty of garlic sauce and cucumber. I go no salad but 2/3 slices of cucumber the meat. Lamb was just chewy and the chicken I could of snapped my teeth on it. It was so hard and dry. I

The garlic bread tasted like curry and the pizza had a mad taste aswell . Deffo summit strange going on at this place tasted like they been making curry in the pizza trays . Oh well 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ thank f@&k the chips were half ok

From ordering to delivery, the food took 2 hours to come.

Half of order was missing poor service from driver didn’t want to help at all

I usually love this place, pizza says on the menu buy one get one free but the last week or so has been changed to half and half. Please change what it states on the menu as this is leading in customers. I would of bought 2 otherwise. Thank you.

it's increasingly rare to find a place that offers cabbage on a kebab. For me, there's something special about the combo of donner, cabbage and chilli sauce. Top marks for getting this spot on.

Waited 2 hours from ordering and then when it's finally arrived only the chips were hot the wrong pizzas were stuffed crust and wrong sauce in the burger very disappointing as the food looks and tastes amazing minus having to warm it up too

Orderd a can of coke and an ice cream the ice cream was bassically fully melted by time of arrival and didn’t even give me an option to choose what flavour Ben and Jerrys I wanted shocking and useless

Although the food was fine, the delivery man was extremely rude, didn't call me on my phone, and kept ringing the doorbell of my flat because other people were also living there and had ordered food from outside. He also tried to argue with me when I tried to explain the situation to him.

Angelic milkshakes, pizza was fresh but the crust was meady, James still has his coat on after getting harassed by the driver. Random coke popped in for the sh*ts and giggles. Av that for a laugh lid😈

Disgusting service, only 1 thing right on the order, put the phone down on us after saying we will speak to the manager… the only order that was correct was dry and inedible. Would not recommend to anybody

Food never came at all. Extremely disappointed. I expect a full refund otherwise further action will be taken against both the restaurant and just eat.

Milkshake missing an wring drink

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake and got a chocolate gateau.. Vanilla ice cream and got salted Carmel. A strawberry milkshake and it’s covered in chocolate sauce??? What on earth is going on???

Order was over a hour late food was stone cold what a waste will not be ordering again .

Ordered 2 desserts and they came frozen after already waiting 40 mins past expected delivery time so can’t even eat them and I waited up for them.

My Cheesecake arrived frozen and was inedible until it thawed out. The restaurant didn't know where the driver was after he'd be out for 40 mins without delivering my food. And the driver refused to read the instructions that I left in the notes telling him to press the buzzer on arrival.

The order for a pizza and milk shake was made from slice and shakes at through just eat and it was supposed to be delivered by 7.55pm but even after 8.35 pm the food has jot been delivered . Extremely pathetic service

Ordered pepperoni pizza and garlic bread with cheese it tasted so good and I think it's the best pizza in Preston.
