Absolutely the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten, and 10 mins late. Don’t order from these folk.

Worse ever takeaway . I didn’t know if it was chicken or beef., or a shoe…………………never again. I cook better noodles.

Food had zero flavour, would not order again and hope I spent my money elsewhere as none of the food was eaten. Terrible.

Food was cold. Charged me for prawn toast but it wasn’t included. Food was done in a rush, looked disgusting, looked like left overs. Personally I think it needs to be refunded.

Order:Singapore prawn noodle, chicken fried rice, prawn sesame toasts, prawn crackers, curry sauce and veg spring rolls. Prawn toasts were questionable but edible. However the rest was delicious! Would really recommend the Singapore prawn noodles and the chicken fried rice. Really fresh, tasty food considering we ordered at 3am as a hangover meal! I would order again :)

Sweet & Sour Chicken tasted like they’d poured in a tin of Del Monte fruit cocktail. Not sure I’d order again from here.

The food here is horrible save your money they squirted some hot sauce over the wings that was clearly out of a squeaky bottle and wasn’t fully covered in sauce the squid I ordered IN sweet and sour sauce was half covered as well

Even taking the time to write this is traumatic and disturbing. This is the worst Chinese food I have experienced in my entire life. I had more flavour in my mouth before I tasted the food. Beyond disappointed. I am perplexed, upset and generally a little less hopeful about humanity.

The fried rice and curry was great! The prawn toast was so wet and mushy in the middle though but overall great!

Spring rolls smelt and tasted gone off.. (like gone off vegetables/vinegary) couldn’t eat had to throw.. basically the only thing that was good was prawn crackers and vegetable chow mien.. normally food is great from here but last night wasn’t.. really disappointed.

Delivery was fine but the food was horrible. The spring rolls were tastless, the vegetables inside seemed really off. The Sweet & Sour Chicken was really bad too - super water, the chicken was super soft like tofu. I could not eat these items. Rice was ok. I would like a 50% refund if possible.

cold food, satay tastes like chicken curry,definatley not satay, the chefs special fried prawns are not fried ,cold ,mushy prawns that are not even fresh, so you get 4 small prawns on a bed of cucumber and pineapple with watery pineapple juice poured into the tub disgusting food, its all going in the bin.

The staff went over and above for me. I highly recommend.

Second time I've ordered thinking the first time might have just been a bad day. But the food smelt and tasted very bad again.

The worse food I’ve ever eaten. This has put me off chinese. I had to order food again from another restraunt. It was that awful. Had to it little bits It was the worse food I’ve eaten overall don’t order from here. No care on the food oinons just slapped on there was no fork given. Horrible food

Small portions for your money and gave us chicken not beef for one of our dishes but came on time

honestly just don't bother. if you think you want a few chicken balls, go elsewhere. i ordered the mixed ones, they came in something that is best described as red sticky slime, you do not get a bag of balls and a side of sweet and sour sauce like everywhere else, you get soggy, slimy guck, not even my dog will eat it. the curry tasted like it had been microwaved, badly, with a thick layer of oil on top i had to literally drain off before i could even get to the thick gloopy mess they call a curry. the egg fried rice was fine if somewhat a strange colour and the prawn crackers were good, so at least we had something to eat, the rest went in the bin.

Not value for money . The food was cold . The curry sauce was very greasy. The sweet n sour chicken balls (7 only ) which tasted like pork . Not nice . My noodles were better cold the next day . That’s the best I can say about the food which was just under £30 and I gave the delivery man £5 tip .

You will eat onions and sticky overflowing sauce instead of meat. The fried rice is a small serving for 5 quid. Shocking! This is the first amd will not order again.

we were missing an item of our order, the curry sauce was oily and inedible, the BBQ sauce did not taste nice and the special fried rice had hard pieces in. we could not finish the meal and ordered from another establishment.

Our king prawn fried rice was awful. It was bland, flavourless, the rice was undercooked. I don't recommend ordering from here!! Very disappointed

Worst chinese i've had to behonest and i dont know how they serve this to people as even edible....I ordered 2x chicken balls and a single chicken chow mein and they were all abysmal....The chicken balls were drowned in sweet sour sauce which wasnt even sweet and sour it was more like coloured water, the chicken inside the balls was hard to chew....overall just a really bad experience and wont be ordering from here again.

the food was amazing as usual, and they also give me some extra snack: prawn crackers! and the chilli oil tastes delicious with fruit inside. i would order from them again

i really like their food, especially brocolli with beef in oyster sauce, i order 2 portions of that! also their customer service is excellent, and they are very quick, thumbs up!

Super fast delivery and SUPER friendly driver. I was so impressed that I ordered here two days in a row, and he remembered my preferences. Food was delivered very early but tasted super greasy and blunt. Would rather they have taken a bit of time to make sure food was edible. Crispy beef was spongy and sauces was terrible. First time ever I saw a someone that can mess up Crispy shreddy beef. Sizzling duck tasted like stir fried rubber. Chicken Sweetcorn Soup was ok, still below average, no seasoning whatsoever! I have to say I was surprised they had the gut to deliver those food to customers!

Chicken balls?? No it was chicken in a sauce which was far too sweet. The curry was a mixed up mish-mash of what can only be described as powder and glue and the 'chop-suey' was basically a portion of bean sprouts with pieces of chicken. All in all, bland, tasteless over priced and not as described. You've been warned. Don't waste your money or your time.

The customer service was excellent. Quick to acknowledge the order, they called to confirm my items, and they delivered earlier than expected. But sadly the food wasn’t great. The chilli beef itself was ok but there was an electric pink coloured syrup that it came as the sauce, that was super sweet and synthetic tasting. Secondly, the chicken balls came with chopped celery. I don’t know why. The box had about 6 chicken balls and the rest of the order was about 250g of celery. I spent a while picking out the celery - I don’t know why a sweet and sour dish would contain so much stripped celery. Finally, the beef and black bean: my wife and I chewed our pieces of beef for a while then looked at each other and threw the rest in the bin. We both laughed st the same time when we couldn’t get the beef to breakdown in our mouths. We chewed and chewed. Out it went!

Probably the worst Chinese food in London so far. The veg noodles especially bad and was discarded immediatly, the other two (chicken s&s + pork noodles) were of poor quality and were scraped halfway as well. Will not recommend.

the shredded crispy is soggy and there is too much batter on the chicken. the chicken is thin and the batter is huge. the chow mein is great though.

Service is good, staff on the phone helpful and nice. Food arrived fast even after change of address. However, food was poor it lacked flavour, texture of the shredded chicken and beef was awful. I'm not sure if the beef was even beef. Would not recommend them (sorry)

My apologies 2 the delivery driver thought £20 niotes stuck 2gether thn I shouted on the fone at him only 2 find it on my way dwn the hallway otherwise food hot tasty and il defo order again if the delivery drivers cool wiv that ?x 1 other thing almost £25 spent n u didn’t put in prawn crackers so I hope they r included in my orders nxt time
