To put it simply, this family run restaurant is an absolute gem. The food is incredible, the service is just as amazing as they are so attentive and the atmosphere is always so lovely. Depika especially makes the experience. One of the best restaurants and I would highly recommend to anyone.

My partner and I eat food at Sir and Madam regularly, either as a takeaway or in the restaurant; and it never fails to disappoint. The staff are great and the food is delicious.

Fabulous service from start to finish by Delika, so attentive, and delicious food, cannot recommend enough.

Very poor service and quality, disappointing all round. Takeaways flying out the door and customers in the restaurant being looked after by one staff member. I heard 4 customers complain in less than one hour, too few staff and too much focus on the takeaways.

We visited on a Wednesday night so there was only one other couple in the restaurant. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food was fine - I’d say the stir fry tofu, vegetable and cashew nut dish was light on cashews and vegetables but plenty of tofu. Food service was quite slow but I think they had lots of takeaways/deliveries to deal with. Music was extremely odd. It sounded like someone was FaceTiming and it was coming through the speakers, with heavy Asian accents. We did query it at one point but nothing changed. Overall, waitress was pleasant but the atmosphere was lacking and food was average so we wouldn’t return.

Lovely meal. Delicious fresh ingredients. We weren’t keen on the sticky rice (very stodgy) but it was quickly replaced with an alternative and we weren’t charged. Excellent service from Dipikpa. We were not rushed at all and the meal felt relaxed. Would recommend.

Lovely food. We had salt and pepper squid and dim sum for starters fabulous. For mains, we had pad Thai chicken, sweet-and-sour chicken and sticky rice. I can’t fault this. It was great. Our waitress was really attentive. So nice. We were in really early, so it was quite quiet, but don’t let that stop you visiting.

Food was delicious - we had the Dim Sum and Prawn Toast for starter, then the Massaman Curry and the Pad Thai Spicy for mains which were both lovely, 10/10. Drinks were tasty and service was prompt. No room to complain.

They are ridiculous about food. Staff behaviour not professional. We paid money for this? They dont know how to treat with customer. Before the lady work on front desk was very kind and well presented but now they have useless staff to deal with customers. I ordered food over phone and they said deliver cold food to me . I suggest to everyone don’t go there as they have no class anymore

"Absolutely Amazing Thai Experience!" I recently dined at @sir&madam, and it was hands down one of the best Thai meals I've ever had! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with beautiful decor and traditional Thai elements that set the mood perfectly.

Hi, we have been coming to Sir and Madam for 20 years probably and the food has always been great. We had a takeaway this evening that turned up 40 mins early, the starters were cold and the mains were nowhere as good as they used to be, very disappointing

Unfortunately it appears that there are new owners here now so the quality has dropped considerably. Service was poor and disorganised. Servers eating crackers while serving food. Servers wearing cleaning gloves while taking orders. Shambolic. Food was poor. Poorly presented, overcooked and below average. Wanted to leave a review so people are aware this is no longer the same Sir and Madams as it once was.

This place and the staff was the best, i had a great time, and the food made me stuffed aswell! Love it here. Thank you everyone !!

We used this place for more than 2 years and always supported this business. However my other half was charged double the last time he went there and also he collected the visits to earn a complimentary meal as a bonus - but they ignored this totally. What’s the point of your loyalty scheme then? We are not ordering from them anymore.

We’ve been going to this restaurant and getting takeaways from it for 15 years. It’s always been authentic and excellent until this evening. We had a takeaway that was very disappointing. Most of the food was very overcooked and much of it looked and tasted like it had come out of a jar/packet. I wonder whether it’s changed owners recently.

Takeaway ordered for delivery on JustEat. Panang curry, massaman lamb and yellow curry. All absolutely spot on. Thought we’d ordered way too much but ate the lot. Easy 5 stars.

Take away via Uber eats. Really poor. I eat in regularly and it’s always good but this was so poor and expensive I really wish I hadn’t. Soup was water with chilli. Powder no curry Thai read curry sauce on dish as description. Nothing but a greasy oil … why on earth would you waist your good reputation with rubbish like this.

I eat in your restaurant and recommend it regularly. But Take away . via Uber eats. I don’t know if they use a different kitchen and chef for take away the Royal thing seems a bit odd ? Soup meant to be clear, if was chilly powder in water with a few bits thrown in . Very Greasy noodles dish . Fried chicken “covered in a thick sauce “ had nothing but a bit of frying oil on some chicken, but no sauce?? Over £42.00 badly spent.

Today I am very happy because today was a beautiful day in my life it was my birthday.. not to mention time to chat with friends due to busyness I went to sir & Madam and their service is to much splendid veespecially the interior design was very amazing ❤️ sir & madam lots of items delicious specially panang curry and sir and madam pad thai to much yummies 😋they’re interior design mind attractive 🤗 when i get free time I'm continue going there for my dinner or lunch..thq sir and madam team for great service 🙂

Food was great but unhappy about the portion size of the honey chicken usually it’s much bigger.

Poor food. Ordered from here tonight for delivery and felt compelled to leave a review because the food was really not good. Starters were OK but arrived freezing cold. Not even slightly tepid - stone cold. The worst part was my Pad Thai which literally tasted of nothing but egg/flour from the noodles. No sauce, all stodgy & clumped together with no flavour whatsoever. Incredibly disappointing. My husbands green curry also was pretty flavourless compared with other Thai Green curry’s we’ve tried & it had hardly any sauce so was not really like a curry. Overall just really poor food especially for the prices charged & you can have far better locally. TT in Weybridge is 1000x better.

We had a lovely evening at the restaurant this past weekend, the food was delicious and just the right amount. There isn’t much for a child but my boy was satisfied with chicken satay dish and rice. He also got extra special ice cream which he got treated to by the manager/ owner free of charge. Lovely gesture 👌🏼

Wonderful Delivery service on our 12th Wedding anniversary

We were at Sir and Madam on Saturday night (27th April) for a joint birthday dinner for my husband and myself. We were a large group - party of 17 and we pre ordered the food as recommended by the restaurant’s efficient manager Johnny. All the dishes from starters to mains were incredibly delicious and served in large portions. We didn’t order any desserts as we had 2 huge birthday cakes waiting for us at home but Johnny insisted on giving us free ice cream which we thought was a kind gesture. We were also impressed with the waiting staff who always had a ready smile and were quick to give us everything we asked for - more prawn crackers/drinks/rice, extra cutlery/serviettes, etc. Our compliments to the chef and special thanks to the entire staff for an absolutely superb evening at Sir and Madam. We will be back!

I have me been a huge fan of Sir and Madam since Guildford and later on when they had a takeaway in Woking but the times we ordered from West Byfleet have always been bad and today was no difference. First the positive. We ordered food at 9:45pm and the driver was at our door 10pm which is super quick but also a major red flag. The food was not cooked, raw chicken in the penang curry and the papaya salad smelled and had clearly gone off a long time ago and the ribs had also gone off and was smelling. STAY AWAY !!!

Have used this restaurant over the last 25 years and always had fabulous flavourful authentic Thai dishes. Sadly something has massively gone wrong here. Ordered a Chicken Green curry and 2 Massaman curries. Green was totally tasteless. No flavour of coconut, lemon grass, kaffir leaves, galangal or coriander ALL the basic ingredients were missing. Think it was cooked with just a spoonful of green Thai curry paste and a few bean shoots were thrown in. The Lamb Massaman fared no better.! Just fried up meat with Massaman curry paste. No taste of coconut, and none of the warm spices, typical of this dish - cardamom, cinnamon, cumin to name but a few & importantly there were no peanuts. None of the traditional garnishes or any taste in either dish. Whoever cooked our food cannot possibly be a chef. Truly awful experience.

This used to be by far the best takeaway in the area but ever since it reopened after a few weeks of being shut late last year the prices went up and quality went down. Orders get lost or forgotten without explanation. I’m guessing the business has changed management and chef however they don’t seem to be listening to feedback and seem to be just looking to maximise profit at their customers expense. I can’t imagine I will order from here again after being a frequent visitor for a long time.

Went on a Saturday night. Moderately busy, fairly quiet not a lot of atmosphere. Waited 40 minutes for a very average starter. Then waited another 30 min for the mains. Main dishes were lovely. They did apologise for the good wait as apparently kitchen was very busy, however not really an excuse for a half filled restaurant on a Saturday night. 2 other tables left before they got their food. Empty dishes not cleared from tables quickly. Not terrible but wouldn't come back.

Have ordered takeaways from Sir & Madame for many years but since they’ve opened after closing for several weeks 2023 the quality of the food has gone down they use to be the best Thai restaurant food wise recently had 2 takeaways and very disappointed with both will not be ordering again. New owners/chefs?

Over 2 hours for a takeaway delivery, I used to love this little restaurant, friendly people and the food was always excellent. I'm not sure what has happened over the last few weeks but it has been closed a few times. I managed to order today but it has been over 2 hours and still no sign of food..

Flavourful food and great service, with attentive staff.

Just had a meal in here with 3 others. The service was friendly and fast, the food was well cooked and flavoured and came out in good time.

Normally I can't go wrong with Thai but the last 2 times here I have felt let down by the food. Hasn't tasted authentic. Shame because the service and staff are excellent.

Home Delivery included a salad that was off. The smell was awful as soon as opened so I have no idea how it was missed. I requested no mushrooms as I have an intolerance but all dishes contained large (obvious) mushrooms. Staff were helpful once contacted via the phone, a refund was promised however I have not received this and have had no further response from the restaurant after reaching out. Mistakes do happen but to serve food well past its best is too dangerous to ignore. After posting this a refund was promptly received

I believe this place has been open for a while and that is always a good indication that the food will be good, and it was. Would definitely go there again. Big and tasty portions.

We believe they must of changed the chefs . The last time we visited the food wasn’t bad but this time the food was over flavoured . So much fish sauce in every dish . Sliced crispy pork was very salty . Pad Thai was too sweet . I have had Thai food before but this time round Iam afraid it was too much for our taste 👅 buds

Some people may count the restaurant a bit simple or plain. I really liked this place. The friends we were with I could hear them speak not like most places these days wit constant music or singing that is too loud. The food tasted really good. I'm a bit traditional and went for a green curry. There was no problem having to search for the chicken, there was plenty. It was great to sit at a table and be able to see my food . Again I find to often you go to restaurants and you fell you need to ask for a torch(flashlight) just so you can see what you are eating. If I had a complaint I do think the price is on the high side. Saying that we went on a Wednesday and they were doing alright for sure in customers. Would I go again definitely. I had no alcohol just a soft drink.

I have ordered from Sir and Madam a couple of times and usually my experience has been good but unfortunately my most recent experience left me with chronic food poisoning. I am highly confident that this was due to the cooking and/or storage of the Thai sticky rice (bacillus cereus - which is due to cooked rice being left at room temperature too long). I hope this prompts the chefs to be more careful with their food preparation and hope for the sake of the business, and other customers, that this was just a one-off.

I recommend to try the train station fried rice with chicken. It's delicious with big portion.👍
