Food is very poor.I always have special fried rice .now the rice is plain boiled rice with a very few peas prawns spam.can hardly find any thing.will not use again

First time ordering from SingWay because of its 5 star hygiene rating and didn’t regret, food was very fresh and very tasty. Will be ordering again thank you Singway

We had a very nice meal at this restaurant we had a bottle wine & a lovely of menu meal , brilliant staff would go back again also have home delivery great 👍

Paid 4.00 for prawn toast but instead of juicy prawns on toast I got a slice of fried bread with sesame on top when I bit into it my mouth was filled with yellow oil i spat it out why have they changed there food used to sell beautiful prawn toast now a 4.00 fried slice yuk

Really friendly staff if you're a regular like us they know what I ordered from the previous time. Would definitely recommend.

This place has gone down hill in the last 5 - 6 years. What's happened! Customer service was polite, friendly... Not anymore. Their food is nice, but not worth the late delivery and bad customer service. Home delivery takes too long 1hour 30mins and they miss the opportunity to redeem themselves with the over the phone customer care or lack of. A few inexpensive changes could make this a company

I ordered food with my friend and it came 1.5 hours later than the expected delivery time. They didn't even call me to let me know it was going to be late. I had to keep calling them to ask them where it was. I eventually spoke to them about what they could do for me since they kept me waiting for so long for the food, and I was put through to the manager after not being ready to accept a measly percentage off my next order. He saw that I had ordered at Singway many many times before, I was a frequent customer, so he assured me that I would get £20 off my next order. I called today to redeem this order, and some extremely unhelpful girl on the phone told me that she could do nothing for me but offer me 20%. She told me that it was unfair for me to want to speak to the manager because it was his 'day off' . She also told me that she couldn't give me any further discount because it would 'come off her own wages'. This is the kind of responsibility this takeaway is prepared to take for itself. Essentially, I waited hungry for my food which arrived 2 hours later, and received absolutely nothing for it apart from a waste of time 25 minute phone call with the most unhelpful woman i've ever had to deal with in customer service ever. All in all, the food here is alright but of the same standard to be honest as any chinese takeaway. Don't order your food here. Go somewhere else where you can get the same quality without a COMPLETE lack of professionalism.

Great value set menu for 2/4 compared to some of the other Chinese takeaways around. Staff are always friendly and delivery times are usually reasonable compared to others. Ability to order online is a bonus. Never had any issues with the portion size. Recommended.

Local chinese....it's cheap and with most dishes you could want! Friendly service and free prawn crackers (over £11)

I've been eating their food on and off for years and it's always hit n miss quality but lately the food has been terrible. I recently had Peking crispy duck where the skin was all soft n soggy and the duck was definitely not crispy and there was barely enough cucumber and spring onion for half the pancakes. Tonight I tried the duck with cashew nut and it was the biggest disappointment ever... It was like a school dinner version and tasteless...I honestly could have knocked this up better myself and it didn't even taste like Chinese food... So sadly that's it for me... Too many misses and lately totally lack lustre food..I will not be wasting my money here again!

Didn't really enjoy it to be honest. The food is average Beef chow fung and special fried rice was too dried. Mixed seafood dish was average. You can't expect too much if you look at the price on the menu. On the plus side, staff in the restaurant are nice.

Delivery and twice told it would be iver an hour despue living 20mins away poor service...Great Wall E15 seems better

Easy to order, I telephoned my order and it was ready within minutes. Cheap, cheerful and delicious with a kitchen rating of 5. What more could you ask for. They take orders on the internet, telephone or just by walking in. Free home delivery also. Enjoy.
