Sicily Made in City of London, Westminster

Durante il mio soggiorno a Londra ho provato abbastanza caffè ma che, purtroppo, non mi hanno soddisfatto. L’ultimo giorno, trovandoci a fare un giro nei pressi di Victoria Station e di Westminster Cathedral, ci venne voglia di caffè e, sentendo la nostalgia del buon caffè italiano, provammo a entrare in questo bar, bevemmo il caffè che era buonissimo: qualità molto alta. Il locale in sé è piccolino ma è arredato con buon gusto ed è accogliente. Questo caffè, sinceramente, per me, è assolutamente meglio di quello che, solitamente, bevo a Milano. Il personale simpaticissimo e molto gentile. Consigliato a chiunque si trovi vicino a Victoria Station e voglia prendersi un buon caffè.

Indubbiamente il miglior caffè bevuto a Londra , meglio anche di tanti bar italiani ; d’ altra parte l’ insegna attrae chi conosce il caffè . Posto piccolo ma pieno di delicatesse sicule , e il caffè è fatto ad arte . Vale il viaggio a Victoria station per la colazione.

Son passato di fronte a questa caffetteria per caso e così mi sono fermato per bere un cappuccino. Il locale di persè è molto piccolo ma arredato con gusto è molto accogliente. Vincenzo mi ha servito un ottimo cappuccino super cremoso con tanto di decorazione ed è stato veramente piacevole poter conversare con lui . Ottimo posto per chi vuole sentirsi come a casa .

Qué pequeña joya este lugar es pequeño pero muy cálido y acogedor. Preciosa decoración peculiar (las luces del techo son fabulosas) y el personal muy acogedor. Un montón de delicias sicilianas como Arancini y Canoli para tomar con el café y el chocolate caliente es delicioso! ! Definitivamente volveremos . . . . ¡Muy pronto!

Terminamos aquí para la cena como una compra combinada de la cena más boletos de Wicked. El piso de arriba, donde estábamos sentados, era muy agradable, nuestro servidor atento. La comida también era muy buena. Terminamos tomando vino con la cena, compartimos un aperitivo, un postre compartido (Tiramisú, muy recomendable). Fue sólo un corto paseo hasta el Apolo, entonces. Me gustaría visitar allí de nuevo.

Finally a great coffee - double shot - in London and not at a ‘chain’ store. Delightful cafe with friendly barista & host who even knew how to speak Australian - thanks mate!

Popped in on a whim as we walked past one morning and bought a pistachio arrancini and a cannoli. Absolutely the best ones I've tasted and I wanted to eat one of everything behind the counter! Friendly service and I bet the coffees great too.

Was changing coaches at Victoria with some time to spare before next leg of the journey, stumbled upon this lovely little spot just outside the coach arrivals terminal. The staff were welcoming, helpful, cheerful and very prompt. The food was DELICIOUS! Not wanting to have a heavy meal before jumping on a long coach ride, my friend & I opted to go for their 3 for £12 on small dishes and a coffee each. An amazing deal! We ordered and it was brought to us fresh and hot within 10-15 mins! Outstanding service! The pizza bread was warm and fresh! The beef meatballs were wonderful! Tender and flavourful, with a rich but light marinade with it. We also got the Siciliana Caponata - a little unsure of what it was at first but when we took a first bite, best choice! Aubergine, with onions, green olives and what tasted like a marinade with a small amount of tapenade. The coffee was incredible (have come across far too many that burn the coffee badly) - but here, you could actually taste the flavour of the roast. Fabulous!! Highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be going there again!

I go to Sicily Made a few times per week for my cappuccino and chocolate croissant, which is made in-house. The coffee is delicious, the croissants are even better and I could stand and chat to the Vincenzio and his lovely staff for hours. Definitely get your coffee and treats here if you're around Victoria!

Una bella sorpresa, intanto caffè espresso come Dio comanda, poi arancini spaziali cotti al forno che non hanno niente da invidiare a quelli fritti, cannoli fatti al momento e belle brioche. Di fronte all’Apollo Victoria Theatre. Quando vi sarete stufati delle solite cose tutte uguali.

Está cerca de la estación Victoria así que si tienes que esperar o ya te urge comer es una buena opción. Hay menús del día que lo hacen más barato sin demeritar la calidad de los alimentos.
