Shelbourne Bakery and Restaurant in Newry and Mourne

Myself and my wife went for lunch, yesterday the 7th July. We both had the fish supper meal and found it to be the best we ever had. So many restaurants, hotel's,cafe and carry outs tell you it's Cold,so many times we have been disappointed so we vote with our feet and don't go back are order something else This was diffently Cod at it's best. We sat in the front of the cafe beside bakery,the girl who served us was excellent,so nice to see someone who are pleasent and professional,also noted a young guy servicing and he was also excellent. No doubt next time in Newry we will return and will have no hesitation in recommending The Shelbourne. Keep up the good work. Chris & Jackie Bleary Portadown S

There’s no denying the food is delicious but the price of the bakery is now extortionate. 1 little (literally) gingerbread man will sent you back over £1.00. I cannot see how that is justified especially as a business that is constantly upping their prices every few months. The restaurant food as always is delicious to eat but again on the pricey side. However the quantity of it does make it worth it. Beautiful inside and friendly staff make it worth a trip.

Got a seat quickly enough. Lady who took our order was very rude, made me feel uncomfortable felted like she was looking down at me and my family and I don't know why? Her name was Jacqueline she needs to be retrained in manners. Waited about 30 mins before we got food and the place wasn't busy. Loads of staff stood around chatting, but most of them were friendly apart from Jacqueline. The food was ok, ordered curry wasn't that nice wouldn't order it again. Wouldn't return, I advise go somewhere else.

Decided to dine here for breakfast. Breakfast was ok. The sausages were tasteless . Everything was ok. Wasnt greasy or anything.

Called last Thursday for something to eat. As usual, service is very good. Ordered the fry, which arrived freshly prepared and overall was very tasty. Reason for dropping a point to 4 star review was because of the sausages. Please, for the sake of a few pence more, use good quality butchers sausages instead of tasteless catering sausages. Whilst sausages were well cooked, I only eat 1 and left the other, as being easily identifiable as catering sausages they are tastless. Otherwise, loved everything else. Will definitely revisit.

It was a bit old and stuffy. They're often very busy, if you want a quick takeaway breakfast, your order goes into the queue for the restaurant so you could end up waiting 40 minutes like me at peak times. The staff are nice enough but not well trained, sometimes just standing around doing nothing while you're waiting for service. Even though they've got a huge selection of cakes and breads, none of them are particularly standout. Very bland and boring I struggled to find one thing I liked the look of.

We came in this cafe on our way going to the airport, the food was ok but for the price you hardly got any, I ordered the large breakfast which at least 1/4 of the plate was soda bread and a latte, can’t fault the waitress she was very polite. We also went into the bakery next door which was very reasonably priced and tasty.

A short review, but wanted to raise the green positive flag to this simple but effective local bakery and restaurant. We popped in for a lunch as an alternative to the very poor hotel food served where we were, in close proximity to the Shelbourne. The Bakery is the frontage and it opens out to a restaurant at the back, comfortable, but busy, so be warned if you like quaint and quiet. It ain't. However, if you want an honest meal, well prepared, good value and reflective of traditional local flavors and ingredients, nothing lost to try something here. I had the excellent cod and chips, with a side of gravy (no comments please). I can say that the fish was well cooked, batter was crispy, fries were hot and tasty. Any extra asked for was brought promptly and efficiently. We had Apple pie and Ice Cream for dessert, again simple but tasty. We have eaten several meals here now, including breakfast and I would highly recommend it as an alternative to the more expensive hotel breakfasts in the neighbourhood. Try the gravy with the fries. It's a game changer.

We expect to be relaxed at lunch but this was far from relaxing. The staff ran around the restaurant and the noise was unreal. The food was OK but the atmosphere was awful.

I ordered a cake for my husband’s 50th Birthday having perused their website and deciding on a cake in the shape of the number 50 to mark this momentous occasion. The girl that took my order asked for a message and knowing that space would be limited, I decided on a short message. She asked me whether I wanted a photo which I had not considered due to the design of the cake but then decided to add this also. I paid for the cake. I collected the cake today and to my horror it was simply just a square cake with no 50! This was supposed to be presented at a surprise party tomorrow- I was so upset and shaking on the verge of tears after all my planning and more than two weeks notice. The staff only made excuses, like the person who took the order would not get things wrong, they didn’t do digits anymore, and there was not enough bakers, yet this was on their website and I had given clear instructions- a square cake could be ordered from anywhere- I was also told that digit cakes were much more expensive and could cost around £70??? I told them that I was willing to pay the costs- buying a cake for an important occasion was not a price problem- I was offered icing of 5 and 0 to be placed on either side of the photo and some cheap number candles. I told them I already had a topper and sparklers which were supposed to go on each of the digits- really disappointed with the service and poor excuses- The cake was supposed to be the centrepiece at the party but the order was not fulfilled-

This place proves you may have money but it don’t buy class. For many years we’ve ordered our Christmas desserts - the pavlova is quite good, the sponge cake is excellent and the lemon meringue pie is truly awful rubbish apart from the meringue topping. All the dessert, cake and pastry prices really are really top dollar for what is largely industrially processed, cheap fat and cheap sugar - no butter in sight in most pastries. Their butter shortbread at £4 has butter but M&S is far better quality, less ingredients and far cheaper - a local bakery should be able to beat M&S on prices hands down. We had stopped buying their flaky mince pies a few years ago as they are margarine based cheap fat with an unpleasant aftertaste while again M&S offer much more tasty butter flaky pastry at half the price. And for my observation about class well it’s this: Like many others we collect our goods on Christmas Eve and with Wu flu the queue outside on a bitterly cold winter morning with a sharp wind was very long indeed. We were in the queue 40 minutes and noted others queuing comment on why the management weren’t offering those queuing and freezing a complimentary tea to warm them up. Goodwill is missing here. Fact is tea is a nominal cost and on a bitter winter day it’s the human thing to do. As I said ya might have brass but it don’t buy ya class.

Went here today for breakfast. It’s always our go to place if we want a nice breakfast. Staff always polite and helpful. Food not over priced. Food always arrives in good time. My partner had a large fry and couldn’t fault it. I had an omelette and also couldn’t fault it. I’ve had deserts previously from here and they are always delicious. Good variety of drinks. They do a lovely hot chocolate. Overall a very nice place to go and eat.

We have been long-standing customers of this bakery and restaurant and have always had great things to say about the staff and their delicious cakes. We have always dealt with the bakery manager Marie and even got our wedding cake from here. Last week I ordered a gluten free Hey Duggee Victoria sponge cake for my son’s second birthday party. The cake was nicely decorated and looked perfect from the outside but when I cut it there was no jam in the cake at all and the sponge seemed raw. It was tasteless and doughy. A lot of people at the party pointed this out to me. I was disappointed as it had been expensive and we expected it to be nice. I was embarrassed complaining but thought it best to give feedback. I called on Monday and spoke to Shannon who was lovely and very apologetic. I said I would drop the cake in for them to look at it that afternoon. They said they would ring me when they showed it to the manager and bakery staff. I did not receive a call at all. This morning (4 days later) I called myself. I spoke to Shannon again who told me the baker had said that’s the way their gluten free cakes are and that’s it. I am very disappointed as we all felt the cake was well below standard. It shouldn’t matter that it is a gluten free cake. We have had them before and they’ve been fine. The Corn Dolly do beautiful gluten free cakes and I’m sorry we ever went near the Shelbourne now. It’s not about the cake as such it’s more about the lack of engagement when I made a complaint. We will not be back and I would not recommend any of their gluten or dairy free products. In this day and age It is not acceptable for people with food intolerances to be served substandard food.

visited my sister in Newry with my grandaugher last week and went here for lunch, was very busy had to wait about 15mins for table and before we ordered we were told we would have to wait approximately 30 mins. Food was excellent as was the staff they were so pleasant and rushed off their feed. Would definitely recommend it.

Myself and my wife called for lunch, food was delicious and staff friendly however there were absolutely no safety guidelines being followed. The tables were very close together, menus salt and pepper and sauces were being reused after each customer with no sanitizing and staff were not wearing masks. The place was packed with no staff supervising each entry, and customers leaving had to push past those standing inside the door of both bakery and restaurant. These current times i know are hard for local business's but I was extremely concerned as the risks were so high, there was no room for social distancing as the place was so busy and believe this to be extremely irresponsibly.

We called in here for lunch. It was about 3pm and even then, well after the lunchtime rush it was pretty busy. We have eaten here many times before. The food we ordered was fine. There was a lot of staff who all seemed to be busy but were always polite and attentive.We enjoyed our meal and we will be back.

I called in here to buy some cakes a few days ago. The restaurant part is closed down as an ongoing requirement of ‘lockdown’ so most of the staff are laid off. They have a small window open, at the front of store, from which to serve take-away coffees and as usual the serving staff are a friendly bunch. There was a table just inside the front door for customers to spray hand sanitizer and plastic gloves were also provided but these were only medium size so of no use for me. I was taken aback to see that the staff working behind the counter were practically side by side. It seems madness to me to feign social distancing for customers when simultaneously having staff literally rubbing shoulders. The owner was also behind the counter on the phone seemingly oblivious to the fact that he and his staff were completely ignoring any concept of social distancing.

This family owned business has the best food and best customer service in Newry. Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch and the bakery is outstanding. 5*

We dropped in to the Shelbourne for brunch recently & have to say the staff were very friendly, welcoming & efficient as we were no time waiting. The food was excellent with plenty of choice & the surroundings very pleasant. We would definitely drop in again when in the area.

Fabulous brunch served by such friendly and attentive staff. The slims were yummy! Even able to have a pint a while later as we nattered the time away with our friend. As for the cakes.......I was very privileged to have a selection of little cakes which were all delicious. Just as well as I’d still be sitting there trying to decide on just one!An amazingly friendly restaurant, professional and efficient whilst focusing on the attention to detail which delivers the whole package. With much thanks to the staff for making our visit with our friend that extra bit special.

Stopped for coffee and fruit scone on business trip to Newry.Amazed at kindness of Shelbourne young wiaitresses to senior citizens and their patience with folks well into the 80s and even 90s. These young people are hospitality professionals and decient human beings in a city not famied for its kindess to strangers.At rthe till Sinead Campbell, I think, went the extra mile in reminding pre occupited me to take some butter and jam to go with the scone, which, at her suggestion was heated.This place deserves the success it enjoys.Hope the owners appreciate the gems waiting at table?

Waited 20mins for a soup & a sandwich to arrive, seen people receive food who arrived after me. When arrived, wrong soup! And the reason for the delay was that they ran out of bread...in a bakery!However, the staff were friendly and apologetic, and provided a free tea and biscuits. The food was pretty nice at the end of the day... Just don't go at lunchtime if you are in a hurry!

This has got to be the best restaurant in ireland for an Ulster fry! Amazing food and service. I have visited several times wheni am backhome and it’s always fantastic.and what a bakery 🧁 A must do if you are ever In Newry.

We were driving from Newcastle to Dublin and we stopped in Newry for lunch. We popped into the Shelbourne. What a great menu. There is something for everyone! Our waiter Niall couldn't have been friendlier or nicer. We told him we were heading to Dublin and he recommended the Shelbourne Hotel for afternoon tea. That was the best thing we did in Dublin so thank you Niall! The food was delicious, large portions and friendly service. We left happy and content!

Ate here at the weekend. Had the steak sandwich and it was brilliant. Excellent value at only 10.95. The steak itself was more like sirloin you could eat it on its own. Too often with a steak sandwich restaurants serve stringy bits and you never know how much steak or fat is there. Not the case with the shelbourne. Also the chips are lovely. For finishing....we had the Pride Cupcake! Kudos to the chef who made us 3 when we were having our meal as they were all sold out behind the counter

Always a great place to eat. This place is always busy with customers from early morning but there is enough staff to tend to every table. The staff are always polite and attentive and once the order is given the wait for food is minimal. The food is always excellent. My only complaint would be the limited amount of gluten free food available. In saying that, this restaurant probably has a better range than most others in the town.

We had one full turkey and ham dinner with all the trimmings and one burger with onions and side salad . This was exactly what we were needing and served perfectly and at a reasonable price. Have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

We decided to go on a shopping day to Newry. First we decided on a breakfast before we start. We went to the Shelbourne. We had 2 big breakfasts, which were fab. Pastries for desert which were even better. Our waiter was called Niall, and can honestly say I've never received such good service anywhere!! He was friendly, efficient, ensured our tea/coffee was topped up & gave me a tour of the pastry counter. He is a credit to The Shelbourne!! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Came in to have lunch with my husband, we had passed by a few time but this time we decided to go in. What a wonderful surprise awaited us the interior was beautiful and homely the staff were lovely and attentive, now onto the food, after we ordered we didn’t have long to wait and when it arrived it was hot delicious and judging by the amount of people inside I’m not alone in thinking that. The bakery itself was well stocked with some amazing looking cakes and buns although after lunch we were too stuffed to try any of them. Will definitely be back to try them cakes with a nice cuppa, keep up the good work girls and boys your the reason why this is a great place to visit

Nice plAce and friendly staff, Vegan options are extremely poor. It is fine if you want to eat a baked potato with beans, salad or veggies, or lucky enough to find the soup is veggie on the day, or chips and beans etc. etc. But apart from that thereis no other choice.

We visit Shelbourne bakery at least once a week with work - Have never had a bad breakfast - great food and great service!!! Their bakery is super too - maybe a tad expensive - but as they say 'you get what you pay for'!! You will not be disappointed with any of their items

A long established eatery in Newry centre. Great for a quick coffee to a 3 course meal or anything in between. Fresh bakery products at one end and two large seating areas. Good service, good food and good value. There are also some paintings by local artists for sale on occasions.

Delicious food! Very loyal customer here and have been coming here for years, just love their burgers and great portion size! All the staff are so friendly and quick! One of the best places to eat in the town 👍

Very busy but we eventually got seated. Some of my friends wanted to swap or change items within their all day breakfast meal but the waitress said they would be charged extra if they requested this. Waitress was lovely and did ask if we wanted more tea. Not much privacy as you can hear a lot of conversations but I suppose they are trying to get as many people in. Nonetheless the food was good. Going to pay for meal we had to walk to another till further away for some reason (we walked pass a till). Some items a bit dearer than other town establishments. Good.

First visit to Shelbourne, 1st waitress was very welcoming, food was nice until i asked about pastries, i asked waiter did they have pastries, he said yes and looked at me , i said what do you have, he said go to bakery section and have a look, ( I didn't no there was a bakery section) he took me to it, i picked out German biscuits, he brought jam coconut biscuits, i said it was the German biscuits not these, he said i asked you was it number 11, I didn't here him say anything about number 11, he said thats what you asked for, with a bit of indifference, they were changed, his attitude was rude, for a first time visitor my impression was nil . I won't be back . Were has the saying gone

We always had lunch here when in the town and always enjoyed it. It seems to be under new management now and is not the same. It was always expensive but the food and staff made it worthwhile. Now the friendly service is gone and portions seem much smaller.

The shelbourne can be quite dear so I only go in occasionally but when I do i always get their chicken curry it is very very tasty. The service is great and the portions are large.

Very disappointed, would of always used to go to shelbourne. Won't be back again. I took my mother out for a lunch, we queued for the counter of the restaurant. Choosing lasanga and chips, and a bowl of stew. We sat down and it took 25 minutes for them to bring our food round, we actually had to remind them about it. When we eventually got the food it was cold, and they had forgotten our drinks! My lasanga was seriously burnt and hard. They had clearly covered the burnt on the top layer with cheese. Not impressed. The stew was flavourless, lumpy and cold. They also didnt provide any butter for the wheaten bread. Staff were snappy and seemed to blantanly ignore us. Total experience was ridiculous, and we are just very angry.

Cakes and bakery goods are over priced and everything is very dry trust me am a chef if you want a better cake there's better places in Newry

Where do I start with The Shelbourne...? I often meet friends here for lunch or pick up a few treats at the bakery and the food alongside the service is simply fantastic. The attentive and friendly staff compliment the delicious food and make for a great experience. The baked goods are truly amazing and I would highly recommend ordering a cake for that next special occasion as you will be decidedly satisfied!! Whether it's a bakery or restaurant you are looking for you can't get better than The Shelbourne.

I would, and could not ever eat in a place where I witness staff being bullied. The manageress needs to learn how to treat her staff better.

I've been a customer in the Shelbourne for many years and never had a bad meal in it.Their food is excellent and such a varied menu to choose from.And their staff are lovely and so helpful. They know how to treat their customers and are so friendly.I would have no problem in recommending The Shebourne in Newry to anyone .My own family go there now,and love it too...Also their bakery is brilliant too.

Went for lunch. Staff helpful, friendly and efficient. The stir fry was a good idea full of vegetables and chicken, great value for money. Eton mess with what I can only imagine is homemade meringue, top class. I will definitely be back for more.

We eat out in Newry every Friday,while visiting family. The Shelbourne is by far the best place around! Garlic mushrooms are to die for..egg mayonnaise,wonderful...all day breakfast.delicious.everything is fresh,tasty and delicious.The staff are very friendly, great value for money..top marks always! The staff badly let this little bakery down, food is homemade but average. buns and bakery are very good. The staff are rude and unhelpful service is extremely slow.

I called in here last week for a cup of tea. I ended up having a bowl of soup with beautiful wheaten bread. Then a tea and a beautiful bun. The menu looks brilliant a huge range of items on it. A very busy place, great service and friendly staff. I also took some things home from the bakery everything was delish.

Excellent lunch as always with my daughter. Beautiful food, beautiful surroundings and the waiter Niall was extremely particular about his standards. Lovely to see in the heart of Newry. Beautiful pastries available too in the bakery.

Took my mum here for her birthday lunch on one of the busiest days of the year 22nd December and it was delicious. The service and food were fab even though the restaurant was packed to capacity staff were extremely pleasant and courteous as always and food was delicious.

Surviving for so long on its reputation for good home cooked food and friendly staff this bakery and restaurant will not let you down. Situated on Hill Street not far from the Town Hall this business constantly serves up beautiful cakes, pastries and breads beside the restaurant that caters for breakfasts, snacks and lunch. Recommended for a visit

Went for lunch here as had been before many times and always found it to be very good. Staff are courteous, friendly and efficient and the food is very nice and wholesome and at a reasonable price. They have a bakery and a deli all serving a great variety of fresh produce.

While staying in Newry for a short break we came across the Shelbourne. So glad we did! We sat in and had a coffee and buns. Service was fantastic and we had a very pleasant and attentive waitress serve us. We will definitely be back here on our next trip.

After visiting Newry and the surrounding area, it was recommended that we try The Shelbourne and we were certainly not disappointed. Entering, we were warmly welcomed and shown to a table, and even although there were 8 of us, it did not cause a problem. Straight away, we were given menus and our drinks order was taken, bread and butter put on the table. After giving us enough time to ponder, Niall, our server, took our order. My niece is vegan, and again, this was not a problem, offering options and suggesting variations to suit. When the food arrived, it was incredible. The Chicken goujons are definitely not to be missed. Cod goujons, peppered sirloin steak pieces both served with a generous portion of freshly made chips, Irish stew and beef burger all first class and highly recommended. Tea pot refilled without asking and drinks refilled when required, all part of the exceptional service we received in The Shelbourne. A special mention to our server Niall who took a genuine interest in our holiday and took the time to chat, even though they were closing. Would give the Shelbourne 10 stars if possible.

Recently visited this wonderful restaurant for the first time. Staff were very efficient and customer service was polite and professional.Great selection of food and beverages on the menu. Good value for money in my opinion. Hope to visit this establishment in the future, and based upon my visit, I would be happy to do so again.

Long standing customer ordered a coffee and almost choked with glass in it. EHO confirmed it was glass, owner did not even apologise, CCTV conveniently wiped owner said he did not know he was required back up footage. Toilers filthy, avoid this two bit dump.

i am from liverpool and visit family in newry few times a year and the shelbourne is first stop! breakfast are amazing and staff always make us feel welcome, can't wait to get back in august ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited The Shelbourne yesterday with friends. Needless to say I was once again blown away by the high level of customer service from the staff.I ordered the well known 'Shelbourne Fry' and it sure did not disappoint. My friend ordered a Cajun chicken pitta which looked and tasted amazing while the other went for soup and sandwich combo equally as good and WOW what a sandwich.Can't fault this place at all! It has everything from breakfast, lunches, daily specials or just that cheeky coffee and bun.. Well worth a visit.

We went in for breakfast and found the prices had risen considerably - certainly hiked by 25% or more - since our last visit with no change in the food offerings or the food quality. The meats, like the plastic skinned pork sausage and bacon remain at the cheap end. The coffee is also at the cheaper end yet priced at top end. While the service is always ace friendly and fairly quick I really dislike being ripped off and I know that I am being ripped off at these prices. The management are risking the very loyalty that keeps this place expanding. We won't be remaining loyal. Good luck to them. On the up side there's plenty of competition around with fair pricing and great coffee.

This is a very very basic bakery. Had a few birthday cake but they were ok, nothing special. Cakes have moved on from the 70s but this bakery has not.

Always visit here while visiting Newry. Beautiful old style diner/restaurant with bakery at the front. The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing, which is why we always return. The bakery has a huge selection and they reduce some items daily so you can get some great bargains. They serve breakfast all day in the restaurant which is handy! The pancakes and maple syrup are beautiful, as are their eggs. Never renovate Shelbourne, you're perfect!!

Visited the Shelbourne mid-afternoon to purchase a birthday cake for my son. Was very cordially greeted by Mairè who, when my requirements were not on the shelf, assured me that my personalised birthday cake would be ready in 6mins. I was amazed by this claim but totally astonished when the desired cake arrived within 3mins of being ordered. Not only that but I also had the pleasure of meeting Tanya who made the cake.I have not been in the Shelbourne for along time but this brought me right back to what good old fashioned customer service is all about. No supermarket can compare with this standard of customer service. Ladies, thank you both very much for making a simple shopping trip into a very memorable experience!Trev.

Regularly eat breakfast in here. Frys are very tasty and not greasy like some. Service excellent and very helpful. Would recommend a visit..

A great option for having a quick bite in Newry. The menu has something for everyone and all reasonably priced . Make sure to round the meal off with a bun .

Food and staff amazing here!We all had something different and none of us had any faults with it! We also ordered are friends 30th birthday cake from here to. Ring over to the canal court with us for our nite away and it was beautiful

the two meals we had were excellent and very tasty staff really look after youthe place was buzzing with happy customers

Among some great bakery items in the shop, the restaurant (extensive) menu has a variety of all day breakfasts.Try the full breakfast. Hot. Great quality and flavours. The bacon is nice tasting and the soda farl to die for.Nice staff.

Guaranteed great food!! We had a few lovely lunches in December And have been many times before. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend! :)

Called for a fry with my wife to kill a bit of time on a cold Wednesday morning waiting on our son doing his Driving theory the food was hot and tasty staff were all very friendly looks like they were doing a bit of building work and I have to say I admire the temporary wall better than most permanent ones, the floor shook a bit from time to time I think it's better to involve your customer with a mood board or plans

I have been to the Shelbourne many times and have never been disappointed. One entrance is mainly for the bakery and soup and sandwiches and the other is waited tables. The salads are excellent and staff very friendly

Well if you are a local you will have no need to read my review as you will already know this place is first class! If you are a visitor to Newry then you won't go far wrong choosing the Shelbourne for your breakfast or lunch. The extent of their menu is second to none and the staff can't be more plesent and helpful, and if you have a sweet tooth try their bakery where you will feel like a little child in a sweetie shop. Enjoy your meal oh and cream donuts ;)

A superb lunch in Newry, service was so friendly and good. Very impressed with everything food was good, service excellent and very good value. However this place does get very busy as it's so popular

Stopped off here this evening for a meal after a busy day shopping. The food was first class (Delicious) and very reasonably priced, you won,t go hungry here. The staff were amazing happy in there job, jolly to customers and each other. Will definitely stop off here again.

This is always a great stop for breakfasts, lunches or snacks. The home bakery is also one of the best.

Always stop here on day trips from Dublin. Food is always excellent & staff friendly & pleasant no matter how busy. Service can be slow when it's packed but that's understandable. Overall a good spot for lunch and/or just coffee and cake. Good value for money always.

Always stop by the Shelbourne for a good breakfast when in Newry. Very traditional service and decor. Ulster fry very well done and a large pot of tea. It is also a bakery, so don't overlook the treats! Recommend parking in the cathedral car park and walking, as parking is very scare in front.

Food is average. Wouldn't be rushing back as menu isn't that very exciting. Food is a bit over priced for what it is. Some staff are pleasant and efficient whilst others aren't so much so. Wouldn't be in any rush back.

Beautiful food and friendly staff only down side was we had to ask for someone to take our order and the noise from roadworks outside was horrendous but that not the shelbourne fault.

great resturant and very clean staff are helpfull snd friendly easy acess from both door and wheelchair friendly caters for couples familys and if you want a quiet coffe thats ur place too

Its a nice place staff are great, food is nice. Just when it comes down to it. A fry and a coffee for two should not come out to be £18~ which can leave me feeling that i did not quite get what i paid for.
