Hands down the best curry house I've ever been to, I kid you not. This is better than restaurant food. Each meal tastes special if you don't believe me try for yourself. Was a regular at Alifs until I tried Shaplas, now Alifs is a memory. There is history behind this place, check it out.

Quite literally the best quality takeaway curry in the UK for me. I travel for work and have tried various places. The chicken tikka biriani is amazing, fluffy tasty rice, plenty of chicken perfectly cooked. The madras sauce is full of natural ingredients and flavour. I really can't speak highly enough of Shapla, the staff are friendly and polite plus the food is off the scale high quality. A must try if you are in the area, you really won't be disappointed.

We have been customers at Shapla for approximately 30 years, living in the village, and Rahim and his staff are tireless in their efforts to please the customer and his recipes are consistent over decades! 10/10 never disappoints. 👍👍

Had a lamb danshak and pilau rice and they were both lovely, the lamb was cooked perfectly and no fatty bits! Nicest ones I've had in a while, the staff were great and really friendly :-)

Really delicious food. Great service. Tandoori chicken is so tasty!

Food was 30 minutes later than we were told to collect. Mango chutney was like mango water sauce. Curry was very watery To top it all off, a dish was missing from the order for 6 people. Deffo off the list of places to go.

Regularly visit this Indian take away, they make the best curry. Offering a varied menu with speciality dishes, it really is a treat. As a fan of hot curry, they get the spice level right, but more importantly the food is absolutely bursting with flavour. The portions are plenty, in fact, I'm already looking forward to a curry breakfast thanks to the king sized leftovers from the chilli massala.

Absolutely the best Indian take out food for miles around. Food is always so fresh and tasty, we have enjoyed everything we've ever ordered. The boys cooking the food are lovely and there is parking outside or round the back. Highly recommended!

Father and son service that has been with us for over 3 decades. They are very helpful when wanting something ‘off menu’ and have suggested several Indian dishes to our tastes recently. Food always cooked from scratch so expect to wait a little.

First time coming here. Great customer, staff where very polite, very friendly. I liked how they had proper kitchen clothes on almost like uniform and the place was exceptionally clean. Got home and on to the food. Well i wont be going anywhere else for a takeaway from now on. If i could give 6, 7, 8 or even 10 stars. Thoroughly impressed and excellent all round.
