Yesterday i took some food awww, chicken burger was literally bang on , biggest burger with very cheap price , chicken wings was superb soft and tasty, staff was very polite and cooperative, everything look like very clean, service was absolutely fast , will definitely go back again, highly highly highly recommended!!!

Heard good things about this place and tbh it didn't disappoint. The spicy chicken burger was good, but not that spicy, decent portion. Smash burger was tasty. Good size portion of chips but bit overcooked for my liking. Good for the price. Pretty clean seating area and modern deco. 👌 Tried the Munch Box. Asked for medium spice level got given house style, but not sure what that means.... Staff was kind enough to swap wings with strips. Tbh I Didn't like the gravy.... it doesn't look great with the shreds and bits dispersed in it, taste wise it was bland definitely something missing. Tenders were nice. Fries ok. The burger was messy and the house style spicy dip was more on the too spicy for me to enjoy... Not sure why but not as good as last time.

the quality has gone downhill. the wings are so stale seems like they use the same ones as the day before. chips are soggy taste undercooked.

Service is so ridiculously slow, take ridiculously long to serve anyone and god forbid there’s a small line (which there almost always is) then you’ll easily be waiting at least 30-40 minutes. Apart from the terrible service, the food is great and the burgers are tasty. The staff and service is just extremely slow you’d think the staff are serving up the plates and decorating them.

The burgers are so juicy and packed with flavour—definitely not your average fast food. I tried their classic spicy chicken burger, and it was cooked just right, with all the fresh toppings you could want. The vibe of the place is super chill, perfect for hanging out with friends. The staff were really friendly, too, which always makes a difference. And those fries? Crispy and addictive! Plus, I couldn't resist grabbing a drink to wash it all down. Overall, if you're craving a good burger, this spot is definitely worth checking out!

I came this evening and visited shakebees and the burger was delicious. I previously came on a weekend where it wasn’t as good. I love coming at night as they seem to be the best made burgers.

Ordered 2 Burger meals, 4 Wings (one spicy and one normal) . Got home with the order and there was no chips with either of the meals. Rang up to relay this and the phone was hung up on me. Not good enough at all.

We visited Shake Bee in Birmingham for the first time, and the experience was amazing! The food was delicious, with the burger being so nice and fresh. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back soon. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal.

Took 1hr30 mins to deliver, was stale cold, and I ordered chips which never arrived. Awful.

I ordered online from Uber eat.. my order was buy one get one free on burger . I have ordered 2X and I rang them up to confirm my order, they keep saying you only having 2 burgers and sorry we CANT help 😄 and put the phone down 🤒😱order it's not even left the place . Anyway first time and last time to order will claim the cost from Ubereat..

I had ordered something else and what i received is something else. Please see the attached receipt and what is received. Worst service. When i called them back they didn't want to change and informed that if you want to change come to the shop and change it.

Don’t go for the chicken, the chicken strips are dry and red not cooked properly. The skin is tough it feels like I’m chewing on bones.

Burger is good however there is no consistency with the spice level. Sometimes it’s too much. Wings are never fresh (❌). The seating environment is okay. Overall service is also okay. Price is reasonable (✅️).

Don’t order from here. If i could give it 0 stars i would. There phone number doesn’t even go through so i wasn’t able to make a direct complaint. The food was completely cold and it wasn’t fresh. My order was completely wrong too. The wings had just looked like they’ve been sitting there and they just picked and packed it for my delivery. I asked for spicy and they didn’t even make it spicy and i asked for bbq wings which i didn’t receive at all. I paid for a portion of chips too that i didn’t receive. I told them i was allergic to mayonnaise and to not put it in my burger and they still put it in my burger putting my life at risk. I always check before i eat my burger. If i hadn’t checked and ate the burger my life would’ve been at risk. I wasn’t refunded for any of this and the food had just gone to waste just like that. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

The burger, wings and chicken pieces were all fantastic, the standards at this branch are very high and so is the quality, I can’t recall the last time I properly enjoyed a chicken shop and the value for money is great!

They take too long to give the food you wait around 2 hours

Got the dip burgers and wings. The order came after 1 hour, and that was okay, but I received half my order. I did not receive my 2 orders of wings and fries meal, and it was embarrassing for me as I had guests. Burgers were good, but the fries that came with the burgers were soggy and cold.

Always fresh food, fries are class. Highly recommend it.

Missing chicken strip meal I ordered for a child so the child didn’t get to eat it ( still raising dispute with uber eats about it) when I called the take away twice they don’t pick up the phone so what is the point of having a phone line. I made a £49 order and all the food was cold because it took over an hour for the person on a bike to come. I feel sorry for the person who was on a bike carrying a £48 order so I don’t blame him at all but what a joke of a service that I paid just under £50 on an order and they got someone to bring it on a bike. I made the order at 3:42 and they gave me the wrong milkshake, food was cold and they didn’t give me the strip meal. The food came at 4:50 :O I have proof I called the take away after the food came and they didn’t pick up the phone. I have no picture of the missing strip meal this is so wrong that I’m not getting a refund. It was 3.90 but it’s the principle of the matter. DO NOT BE tempted to make big order here because they don’t care. They will miss out some of your food. Plus I spent £6 on a milkshake and it was a plane milkshake even tho I ordered the baller shake!. I have no reason to lie. The burgers tasted good but I saw a review where I guy found a fly. Mine didn’t have fly’s but like I said it was crap service. Save your money and order from dixys because shakesbee burgers taste like dixy burgers and at least dixys or another reliable chicken place . This place don’t pick up the phone and send bike riders for £50 orders. I’m never ordered from here again. I’m going to call uber when I have a day off and see how the issue is resolved. I don’t enjoy making bad reviews but this was appalling and I don’t want anyone else to go through it when spending hard earned money on crap service.

Came here today! Served with great service in a lovely speaking and behaviour manner. Listened carefully to what I wanted and didn't rush me into anything. Clean atmosphere.
