Shake Bee in Manchester

Ordered of Uber eats, items was missing from the order and Uber eats won’t refund. So because if shake bees mistake I am losing out in money. And also, why was I sent cans of disgusting cheap cola with my order instead of real coke?

Food actually tasted good however not hygienic at all, I went there as a group of 4 and we all got food poisoning for the next 3 days. I’ve never had worse experience in terms of my health after having some take out

Decent all round. Roccos is the current number 1 for the spicy dipped burger in Manchester - Easily. Althought Shakebee does it well, I feel a lot of it was social media hype inititially. However, all round decent burger if you don;t want to travel to Phillies, Miami Crispy or Roccos

Gave them 3 chances and each time they get the order wrong. -Paid extra for 2 sauces and they only give one -Ordered 2 dipped and got it plain -Paid extra for cheese, yet no cheese -Dry as anything -Waste of money Do not order for delivery.

Just visited the Blackburn branch and honestly, I’m really disappointed. First off, they said no smash burgers or shakes, which wasn’t a great start, but I get that they’re a new business. Ordered a Spicy Box and a Tower Meal. The Spicy Box had dipped wings, but the burger and tenders weren’t dipped—only the wings. No cheese in the burger either. The coating was soft, soggy, and lacked any real flavour. The Tower Burger was the same—undipped and completely bland. When I ordered, the guy didn’t ask about dips, but I specifically mentioned I wanted it dipped, and he said okay. Drove home (less than 3 minutes away), and by the time I opened the food, it was already lukewarm at best. Not a great first impression. Won’t be returning here—Dixy round the corner is much cheaper, and the food is miles better. Messaged them on Instagram to give them a chance to respond, but they just ignored it. Feel completely ripped off. A bunch of cowboys opening multiple takeaways without a clue how to run them.

Don’t answer the phone. How am I supposed to try the bloody food. Was on hold for 5 mins and then gave up.

Their service and food quality are inconsistent—sometimes they make great food, other times it’s terrible. If you order online, there’s a chance they’ll send you the wrong items.

Yesterday i took some food awww, chicken burger was literally bang on , biggest burger with very cheap price , chicken wings was superb soft and tasty, staff was very polite and cooperative, everything look like very clean, service was absolutely fast , will definitely go back again, highly highly highly recommended!!!

Heard good things about this place and tbh it didn't disappoint. The spicy chicken burger was good, but not that spicy, decent portion. Smash burger was tasty. Good size portion of chips but bit overcooked for my liking. Good for the price. Pretty clean seating area and modern deco. 👌 Tried the Munch Box. Asked for medium spice level got given house style, but not sure what that means.... Staff was kind enough to swap wings with strips. Tbh I Didn't like the gravy.... it doesn't look great with the shreds and bits dispersed in it, taste wise it was bland definitely something missing. Tenders were nice. Fries ok. The burger was messy and the house style spicy dip was more on the too spicy for me to enjoy... Not sure why but not as good as last time.

Service is so ridiculously slow, take ridiculously long to serve anyone and god forbid there’s a small line (which there almost always is) then you’ll easily be waiting at least 30-40 minutes. Apart from the terrible service, the food is great and the burgers are tasty. The staff and service is just extremely slow you’d think the staff are serving up the plates and decorating them.

Ordered 2 Burger meals, 4 Wings (one spicy and one normal) . Got home with the order and there was no chips with either of the meals. Rang up to relay this and the phone was hung up on me. Not good enough at all.

We visited Shake Bee in Birmingham for the first time, and the experience was amazing! The food was delicious, with the burger being so nice and fresh. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back soon. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal.

Took 1hr30 mins to deliver, was stale cold, and I ordered chips which never arrived. Awful.

I ordered online from Uber eat.. my order was buy one get one free on burger . I have ordered 2X and I rang them up to confirm my order, they keep saying you only having 2 burgers and sorry we CANT help 😄 and put the phone down 🤒😱order it's not even left the place . Anyway first time and last time to order will claim the cost from Ubereat..

I had ordered something else and what i received is something else. Please see the attached receipt and what is received. Worst service. When i called them back they didn't want to change and informed that if you want to change come to the shop and change it.

Burger is good however there is no consistency with the spice level. Sometimes it’s too much. Wings are never fresh (❌). The seating environment is okay. Overall service is also okay. Price is reasonable (✅️).

Don’t order from here. If i could give it 0 stars i would. There phone number doesn’t even go through so i wasn’t able to make a direct complaint. The food was completely cold and it wasn’t fresh. My order was completely wrong too. The wings had just looked like they’ve been sitting there and they just picked and packed it for my delivery. I asked for spicy and they didn’t even make it spicy and i asked for bbq wings which i didn’t receive at all. I paid for a portion of chips too that i didn’t receive. I told them i was allergic to mayonnaise and to not put it in my burger and they still put it in my burger putting my life at risk. I always check before i eat my burger. If i hadn’t checked and ate the burger my life would’ve been at risk. I wasn’t refunded for any of this and the food had just gone to waste just like that. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

The burger, wings and chicken pieces were all fantastic, the standards at this branch are very high and so is the quality, I can’t recall the last time I properly enjoyed a chicken shop and the value for money is great!

They take too long to give the food you wait around 2 hours

Got the dip burgers and wings. The order came after 1 hour, and that was okay, but I received half my order. I did not receive my 2 orders of wings and fries meal, and it was embarrassing for me as I had guests. Burgers were good, but the fries that came with the burgers were soggy and cold.

Always fresh food, fries are class. Highly recommend it.
