Shake Bee in Manchester

Don’t go for the chicken, the chicken strips are dry and red not cooked properly. The skin is tough it feels like I’m chewing on bones.

I’ve been ti so many restaurants here but this is the only one who serve a fresh meat 😉 And trust me you need spicy wings as well

The food was so good had a lovely taste . Burger had a good amount of spice . The wings were so delicious you have to try this place out . Even though it was so busy got my food in 5 mins with 4 people in front of me . Such a leng chicken shop you cant go wrong .

Burger is good however there is no consistency with the spice level. Sometimes it’s too much. Wings are never fresh (❌). The seating environment is okay. Overall service is also okay. Price is reasonable (✅️).

Don’t order from here. If i could give it 0 stars i would. There phone number doesn’t even go through so i wasn’t able to make a direct complaint. The food was completely cold and it wasn’t fresh. My order was completely wrong too. The wings had just looked like they’ve been sitting there and they just picked and packed it for my delivery. I asked for spicy and they didn’t even make it spicy and i asked for bbq wings which i didn’t receive at all. I paid for a portion of chips too that i didn’t receive. I told them i was allergic to mayonnaise and to not put it in my burger and they still put it in my burger putting my life at risk. I always check before i eat my burger. If i hadn’t checked and ate the burger my life would’ve been at risk. I wasn’t refunded for any of this and the food had just gone to waste just like that. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

The burger, wings and chicken pieces were all fantastic, the standards at this branch are very high and so is the quality, I can’t recall the last time I properly enjoyed a chicken shop and the value for money is great!

They take too long to give the food you wait around 2 hours

Got the dip burgers and wings. The order came after 1 hour, and that was okay, but I received half my order. I did not receive my 2 orders of wings and fries meal, and it was embarrassing for me as I had guests. Burgers were good, but the fries that came with the burgers were soggy and cold.

Always fresh food, fries are class. Highly recommend it.

Missing chicken strip meal I ordered for a child so the child didn’t get to eat it ( still raising dispute with uber eats about it) when I called the take away twice they don’t pick up the phone so what is the point of having a phone line. I made a £49 order and all the food was cold because it took over an hour for the person on a bike to come. I feel sorry for the person who was on a bike carrying a £48 order so I don’t blame him at all but what a joke of a service that I paid just under £50 on an order and they got someone to bring it on a bike. I made the order at 3:42 and they gave me the wrong milkshake, food was cold and they didn’t give me the strip meal. The food came at 4:50 :O I have proof I called the take away after the food came and they didn’t pick up the phone. I have no picture of the missing strip meal this is so wrong that I’m not getting a refund. It was 3.90 but it’s the principle of the matter. DO NOT BE tempted to make big order here because they don’t care. They will miss out some of your food. Plus I spent £6 on a milkshake and it was a plane milkshake even tho I ordered the baller shake!. I have no reason to lie. The burgers tasted good but I saw a review where I guy found a fly. Mine didn’t have fly’s but like I said it was crap service. Save your money and order from dixys because shakesbee burgers taste like dixy burgers and at least dixys or another reliable chicken place . This place don’t pick up the phone and send bike riders for £50 orders. I’m never ordered from here again. I’m going to call uber when I have a day off and see how the issue is resolved. I don’t enjoy making bad reviews but this was appalling and I don’t want anyone else to go through it when spending hard earned money on crap service.

Came here today! Served with great service in a lovely speaking and behaviour manner. Listened carefully to what I wanted and didn't rush me into anything. Clean atmosphere.

I've mentioned 10 times about less mayo but always come with a lot of cheap mayo and greasy chicken. Won't order again.

Coming from London I chose going to here over Miami Crispy because Miami apparently don’t take care which is crazy during this time as I use card payment for everything. The food was great here, I’ve seen some videos of spicy dip burgers where it breaks apart which I was hoping won’t happen. And this didn’t happen as the burger held up really well, and was very tasty. I also got fried chicken dipped in the sauce which was tasty too. The staff also were very nice and friendly.

Purchased, spicy chicken burger meal, plus non spicy meal, plus spicy chicken wings, Spicy chicken burger is massive, fresh, spicy dip sauce perfect , slightly better than Miami's as sauce not as vinegary, Non spicy chicken burger same as Miami's, amazing, fresh Wings are the game changer, best wings I have had period Service is 10 times better than Miami's, food served within 20 mins, they take card which is a massive plus over Miami's. Service plus wings this beats Miami's

Today was the worst Drive from south Manchester made my order my fault for not checking but how can you not get an order right given complete wrong order and missing chicken strips basically paid more and got less kids went hungry! Tried calling no one answers the phone absolute joke. Always make sure you check your order at this place people can't be trusted!

Food is decent. Chips are nice. Staff however seemed a bit unprofessional. Singing loudly and having large banter.

Ordered food from this place, missing Spicy Wings meal for one of my nieces. This has happened like few times. Seems like they just never learn to double check to make sure every item is there. When you bloody ring the take away the phone just rings and no one seems to answer. Poor service, will never order for home delivery from here. Such a bad experience.

Went there today the area round there is a scum dirt everywhere rats rubbish and stuff anyways went inside order food once ordered my girlfriend told me look is that a cockroad next to the fryer. It was a cockroach believe me if i had time would take a pic but it fell in the fries box straight away told the guy to pay me back and cancelled the order never going back.

Visited on numerous occassions and on average you have to wait 10 - 15 minutes. Service is quite abrupt and to hang fire for your order with people going in and out can make the eatery a tad wee intimidating for those not accustomed to the area. The spicy chicken burger is very good and it is very reasonably priced.

Food was alright but the foil i got my wrap in had those microplastics ALL over my hand I couldn't even enjoy the wrap because it made me sick having it all over the food Genuine shame

Ordered via Deliveroo and had they missed off items and there were incorrect items. Not the best start. Wings, chips and burger all way way too salty. Chips were massively overcooked and bordering on burnt. Burger bread tasted cheap. Burger was okay, nice flavour & decent size but again way too salty. If you want a proper spicy chicken burger place I'd stick to Miami or BRD!!

Spicy dipped burger here is one of the best, very flavourful and a good size too. Fries are also great, big portion with their peri salt on top. Be prepared to wait a bit though, my order took around 20 minutes.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken burgers, peri fries and drinks. Also ordered 8 bbq wings The spicy burgers are definitely spicy! Very juicy chicken, saucy and soft buns. The fries were regular peri fries, soft. The wings I was a bit disappointed with as they didn’t really taste of bbq? Just spicy/coated in the same sauce as the burger. Their dips are standard spicy sauce and mayo. Gave plenty of cutlery and wipes as well were taking out the food to eat elsewhere.

Spicy chicken burger was a little too spicy for me. And too messy. Taste good. Worth a try.
