Never in the last 16 years Shahi naan or its staff has shown this behaviour in the past. Something has seriously gone wrong. Shahi naan owners should be taking Action !! Mohammad is abusive to customers - the proper office should be checking if he has got the correct visa to work in the country with this attitude. He is aggressive and shows his weight in the place to dissuade the customers.

Terribly over priced and below average food. Expect over cooked chips at double the normal prices, your order arrives in instalments without cutlery or napkins .

The employee saw us and did not take the order. There were three people behind me waiting to order. There were already 2-3 people in the kitchen cooking but this guy was also going in and out a lot. But good food.

This is NOT I REPEAT NOT the Orginal Shaahi Naan Bridge Walleh they moved from 2020 to their other place which is near the southall park! So y'all ignorant people out there that are complaining about the original Shahi naan after 2020 ...get your facts straight before putting such reviews! I went with my son to order takeaway, we ordered kebabs and chicken tikka rolls, in Nan and paratha. The sight that presented itself to me when opening the containers completely shocked me! I have never seen food like this ever! If I could give zero stars I would! The kebabs were burnt to a cinder but inside were raw. The nans were ok- paratha mediocre. Chicken tikka was burnt and dry. Portion sizes were minuscule. How they can serve food like this is beyond me! It’s absolutely disgraceful. I have tried calling them to complain but the phone is constantly busy, taken off the hook no doubt. They actually need to be shutdown. How are they still in business? The Food standards authority need to visit and shut them down. I am livid because they don’t care about the food they serve so why are they open? Just to take people’s money. Shame on you Shahi Nan Kebab. There’s nothing “shahi” (royal) about your food, in fact if you served food like that to royalty you would be behind bars!

Terrible service kept waiting for takeaway food. Got home and discovered mouse droppings in the bag not sure if they were on the food collected or at the bottom of bag. Had to throw all food away what a waste of money. Shame I had to even give One star rating to alert you all. Avoid the shp like the plague. Not what they use to be. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PLEASE BE SURE TO EXMINE FOOD BEFORE CONSUMPTION

I took my family here as I used to love the food from when this was still a small shack opposite the Stn, it's nothing like that anymore. The kebabs are half the size they used to be, red sauce is terrible, the lamb pieces are fatty and chewy. Never again will I come here.

Terrible service they rob u they dont even give u what u paid for as I found out when I got home when I phoned them they refuse to listen half my family couldn't eat we also had visitors so embarrassing but more disappointed than anythg else

We only order kebabs from Shahi Nan and have done for years and years. This would be from when they started off in a small shack on the hill (opposite the station) and they do the best, tastiest and well cooked kebabs. Even the chutney which go with the kebabs cannot be found anywhere else. This was always on our menu at family gatherings at home and even midweek treats. I am not keen on eating in as it's not the best of places to sit down for a meal but the food is just divine. We don't live close by but we will drive 45 minutes to an hour for Shai Nan.

Been a regular customer of Shahi Nan for the past 37yrs, recently we’ve been ordering from this place, once or twice being bad tastes could forgiven, it’s constant and it seems this has no taste similarities to the original Shahi Nan (if it’s the same franchise - shameful). On all 4 occasions never received the right order and it takes ages to get your food Never again 😩

Eid day after midnight we went to the shop order 2 kebabs take away and we waiting more then 40 min even it’s wasn’t busy . when we arrive at home start eating they both kebabs are off and smelly we couldn’t eat at all and I have to order something else online . And we start calling to shop no body answer our call I can say I just put my money in bin and waste my time never ever in my life any more this kebabs.

My dad has been coming here since he was young, and now it is a place we enjoy together. Whenever I am home from university, this place is always my number 1 stop. Amazing and tender chicken, spicy paneer and the sauces are amazing!

Very disappointed for them to charge for the sauces. It’s ridiculous, since the bridge Shahi nan closed, and the uncle that ran it, this new place the guy at the till with glasses is very rude, and price is expensive, they hide tissues and count the salad and sauce. What a joke. 60p for a tiny tub of garlic sauce. What’s next? £1 to use the toilets

We have been coming here for a few years now. We are not big meat eaters but ever so often we’ll pop in mainly because they open late!We were so disappointed on this occasion to the extent that we will never return!It was late on Sunday (after 9pm) so wasn’t particularly busy yet we were presented with under cooked kebabs (so much that the inside of the kebab was raw). They’ve started doing chips which initially I was happy about but they were rock hard! Normally when you get kebab you’re asked would you like chilli sauce/garlic sauce/salad. Now they are charging 60p for garlic sauce! This place was already very expensive! This is pure greed! I’ve never known any kebab place to charge for garlic sauce! When I asked to speak to the manager to give my feedback I was told he wasn’t around!!!!I never use the toilets or hand cleaning facilities as they are disgusting!!!

I did not understand the hype about the original location, because when I did try it, the food was not nice; the food in the new location is ok but there are much better options on Southall Broadway and the serving is quite small, even for a large portion. This a basic restaurant with seating, food served in paper plates and food served in a busy way; it is suitable for a family visit.

One of the rubbish place in Southall Are used to be a very good place but now is hundred percent rubbish expensive kebab they sell to you every single thing eg garlic sauce chills sauce very less quantity of chicken donor very small piece of nan bread ripping off people please don’t go to that restaurant

This outlet was previously across the road from the station and is always busy in the evenings. Their kebabs are small but very succulent and meaty with a good blend of spices. The chicken wings, tikka and doner are also very good. All with fresh nan make it the perfect quick tasty meal.

If you want the best kebabs and shish, this is tue place. The chili sauce is legendary. The food exemplary. This isnt the type of place for fantatsic table service. Its self service. But it's all about the food.

Heard about this restaurant from a friend so decided to give it a try. In order to avoid delay upon collection decided to order in advance. The person over the telephone had no customer service skill at all. He put the phone down before me even completing the order, giving my name or telling them that I would like the food in 20 mins time. Tried to call back several times en route to the restaurant however no one answered the phone. Upon arrival I was given food which was cold. When I complained, I was given the option of either take it or leave it. The guy serving behind the counter was extremely rude and ill mannered. People like that should not be allowed to serve customers. The cooking area was not clean. Once at home, we regretted the decision of not leaving the food. The chicken and lamb tikka were burnt and tasted disgusting. The kebabs were the worst I have tasted and the paratha was tough like leather. The salad and sauces were mediocre. Do not go to this restaurant and avoid at all costs. Even tell your friends and family not to bother wasting their money. There are much better restaurants in Southall which serve better food and are much cheaper.

Absolutely terrible! Worst ever restaurant I have been too and this is meant to be one of the best places to eat. All staff were rude and didn't care about customer satisfaction also treated the kitchen like it was their toilet, I also witnessed the chef pick his nose multiple times which is disgusting. The so called famous kebabs were appalling had no flavour (looked like a black turd on a plate) and burnt to no return (don't get me started on the other food) I had horrible stomach pains and visited the toilet countless times. Fly's were all over the place and the place had no hygiene I honestly don't know how this shop is still opened it was a complete joke. I really hope no one will visit this place after reading this because it is the complete truth, I still have relatives running to the toilet which is an absolute joke. Food took over an hour to be cooked and had to collect it ourselves even after spending over £100. Really disappointed in this shop.

Went to the new South Road branch last Sunday evening. Ok yes I understand that they're busy but there was just 1 guy taking orders. The queue was long with about 10-15 people in from of us. It took about 45 minutes for us to reach the getting and place our order. On top of this a guy who had come into collect a take-away order was also waiting in line with its purely because of the length if time it was taking to get served by this one member of staff.

My family have been going to Shai Naan since the 70's across various locations and I make it a point to go here if in the area as you just do not get better Sheekh Kebabs anywhere else! The new revamped look is brilliant and welcoming and clean so should hopefully attract newbies to this magnificent eatery too. The staple for me is always a plate of Sheekh Kebab and some chicken and lamb tikkas if I have room after and you can go to plush eateries and banqueting places and pay more but you will not find better and the famous sauce cannot be bettered by any other venue! Go try this gem if a place! You wont regret it.

There seems to be two restaurants in the southall with the same name. This is the original one.

My father and friends discovered the original shop / shack opposite Southall BR station in the 60's they claim the chutney has almost never changed, the first time I remember going there was about 1978. I have eaten in the other shahi nan restaurants that were in Southall and in Wembley their best restaurant I alway felt was the one opposite Southall Pol Stn. Throughout the years the size of the kebabs have changed but the taste on average is still the best I have had kebabs in PIB colony, Bunns Rd , in Manchester Birmingham and Leicester but nothing normally beats these and the chutney. Got really excited yesterday when I saw that they are now marketing their chutney and doing deliveries phoned them straight up and was told they were not starting until August!
