Used uber eats. The food was inedible and went straight in the bin. Pizza was stuck to the box, and the pizza that wasn't stuck- the cheese wasn't even melted. Caesar salad was warm and barely had any lettuce. The pasta dishes were over salted. No one could eat it. We ended up getting Wendy's.

Amazing! Lots of places make arancini now, of various and weird types in some cases, but these are by far the best and most authentic I’ve had in the U.K. and are even better than a fair few places in Sicily. Highly highly recommended!! Grazie chef per i ricordi di Messina.

The Semolino is an absolute find. Real authentic Italian home cooked food. Fabio the chef is brilliant and will alter any orders for dietary requirements. Tiny spaces indoors for eating in or try the takeaway options. This place is so fabulous but don't expect pizza (it's only slices) it's not a pizzeria. It's what you would see in a family run Italian restaurant in Italy. I can't sing highly enough of this place even though I want to keep the best Italian in Leeds a secret!! 😁 We have tried most of the Italian restaurants in Leeds (I live with an Italian) and this beats them all by a country mile.

So just checked out Semolino. What a find. It's a very rare treat to find a truly authentic Italian eatery which gives such gastronomic pleasure. Tiny spaces to eat or order to take out. Fabio, the fantastic chef cooks fresh to order. The freshest milanase, and chicken ala Romana. The portions are enormous, with perfect seasoning. I can't quite believe we have found such a little treasure. If you like Italian home cooked food this is definitely one to visit. Perfecto!

Lovely arancini tartufo and Spaghetti Amatriciana. I took my family to Semolino recently and had the soup of the day with canellini. It was delicious!

The panini's here are really nice, especially the truffle chicken and the service is really friendly

Ordered through Uber eats, opened the bag and I could smell something funky. The pizza slices was wrapped in paper and the cheese ended up sticking to the paper and when I went to smell it I gagged. All I could smell was wet dog. I also had the carbonara and it was so dry. I’ve never made a complaint before but this was so under par.

Nice and very clean place. I went with my family and we ate very well. I highly recommend the soup, the tagliatelle alla boscaiola are fantastic, scallops 😋 in short, excellent. The owner? Very helpful . Well I recommend it.

A gem. The chef has been ambitious to create real Italian food made with heart ❤️ at this location. Its the realdeal in an unlikely spot. Very happy to have discovered this on our doorstep. My three and a half Yr and I ate in and thoroughly enjoyed our pizza slices and salads but enjoyed hearing about Italy from a native even more.

Best in North Leeds, the mushroom risotto is delicious, the arancini and the mozzarella in carozza are amazing, I love his pizza slices… in fact it’s all good and he’s a really nice bloke. There’s parking right outside, you can take out or eat in if it’s not busy.

Have only ordered via deliveroo, but the food is always sublime. I’m definitely going to come into the restaurant one day very soon. As an aside, please increase dessert offering 😩. However I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ordered thus far, favourite Italian in the U.K.

A very cosy traditional Italian restaurant. It is a very small shop, the owner makes everything fresh with his Italian heart. I’m very recommend it :)

First time trying this small Italian restaurant and it delivered in every aspect. The man behind the till was polite and helpful and the food was made fresh in under 10 minutes. I ordered the penne Arrabiata and it was delicious probably the best pasta dish I have ever eaten. Will definitely be recommending and eating this again and will be eating the chicken pasta next time!

Absolutely delicious incredible authentic Italian food at its best. I would eat there everyday if possible as you feel like you're on holiday But the food travels with such freshness too that other eateries just cannot compare.The takeaway leaves you full and happy every single portion You will not be disappointed

Lovely little place. Got a couple of squares of pizza for about £1.30 each which is spectacularly good value. Delicious food, lovely service and a real authentic Italian experience in the Leeds suburbs. Hugely recommend.

WOW. I finished my meal from Semolino and I can genuinely say that I haven’t had a meal like that outside of Italy. The chef is so friendly and does a phenomenal job. What a gem this place is!

Food is amazing! Fresh and authentic. My sister keeps telling me about it so I went today and had a slice of pizza and a pistachio cannoli. It was so nice omg… I’ll go again to try the pasta. Service was also amazing the owner is so lovely! I wish him all the best success.

We thought we’d give this a try based on great reviews & it’s a stone’s throw from my house… my husband decided to order enough food for 4 people, to ‘try a few things’. Luckily we weren’t disappointed! We agreed that this was probably the best Italian food we’d had in Leeds, including much more expensive restaurants. The chef was polite & very keen to impress. We even texted him to tell him how great it all was. We will definitely be back & happy to highly recommend this little gem of a takeaway 🇮🇹

Great place to stop by. The chef is a traditional Italian native who was polite and happy to answer all of my questions about the menu. For the food I had a dish of Pasta and meatballs, two slices of pizza and a can of San Pellegrino Orange. I got all that food for just £10. I think that is really good value for eating out. Semolino is one of the best places to eat in North Leeds if you are looking for authentic Italian food. Highly recommended

I Tried Semolino yesterday for the first time. Initially popped in during the day on the way home from town and tried a single slice of pizza which I ate in the car. It was so delicious, the tomatoe sauce so exquisite, I ended up ordering eight more that night! You won't find a better tasting pizza in Leeds! The menu also looks great so looking forward to trying the pasta dishes which I hear are also top notch. Cannot recommend this place Highly enough!!

So I was really craving a pasta dish and came across Semolino so I gave it ago and they did not disappoint it has to be the best Spaghetti con pollster Di carne I have ever had delivered to my door I will 100% be ordering again Keep it up. 👍🏽

Lovely new addition with great pizzas by the slice and cannoli. Staff/owners are friendly and considerate of the fact some people won't want meat and veggie pizza slices in the same box.

OMG! Why have we not tried here sooner. Just finished one of the best Italian take outs in Leeds, I cannot wait to dive into the menu and see what other delights this place has to offer. Highly recommend the lasagne, the prawn started and bruschetta. Fanbloodytastic

I’ve ordered delivery from Semolino twice already as I loved it so much the first time (and just as much the second time!) I absolutely adored the lovely truffle ravioli both times.
