The cafe is under the new name of Vanilla Bean (Bakery & Tea Garden) now. The cafe still has a chilled out relaxed atmosphere and service is friendly although a little slow but that could have been because of the prep. of the coffee. Plenty of cup cakes and other goodies on display and by the look of several customers coming in and out of the cafe in quick succession they do a roaring trade in large cakes. Only had a cappuccino here but the cups are a good size and by the looks of another customer eating a scone the owners are very generous with the cream and jam. Would i return, yes, very much so. Wi-Fi here too.

Been here a few times and received really friendly service. Although the menu is a little limited, this is a reflection of the freshness of the home-made fayre. Lovely surroundings including the gift shop and nice to watch the world go by outside. Good food and reasonably priced.

Lovely food and great service. The ham toastie had thick, 'proper' ham and the leek and potato soup was very tasty. Well recommended by us!

Excellant hospitality and light refreshment. Home made soup was delicious. Warm baguette and full plate of salad. A little out of town but worth it

The secret garden is one of my favourite summer spots in Denbigh, with an extensive garden for relaxing along with many furry friends to meet the Secret Garden is perfect for families. Can't wait to spend a few afternoons there this summer!

Not easy to find but lok for a gift shop and it's part of that set up. Directly acros the road from a small car park. Lunch here on a cold blowy and wet day. At first I said I'd like soup and a sandwich but was advised to see how I felt after the soup. The home made vegetable soup arrived...a huge dish filled with the most lovely soup. Would never have managed a sandwich afterwards though we did find room for a homemade eccles cake......divine. No menus but they'll prepare most snack type foods if you ask. Great little place. Because of the lack of menu I gave it 4 but it's not really a big deal.

Nicely tucked away off Vale street which is the main street in town, you have to look for it as it can easily be missed. Great in the summer for ice cream etc, it's also a small garden centre too. Car parking close by.

Called and booked a table and informed over the phone we would have a dog with us, person who took our booking was very pleasant, asking what time we wanted to book so that they could ensure we were seated as far away as possible from other tables who were also bringing their dogs. Very friendly welcome from Emma, who looked after us as soon as we walked through the door. Due to a change of chef, there was a slightly limited menu, until new one is released for next season, but when asked for an adjustment to a listed item, they were more than happy to oblige. The food was tasty and the portions were generous. The Bass cask ale was clear as a bell, tasted great and held it's head all the way down the glass. Music was great, not sure if there was a jukebox or piped in but a pleasant change to the usual options of chart 'bangers' or generic muzak. After a previous disappointing meal in a larger venue earlier in the week, this visit was a delight and would be more than happy to come back next time we are in the area.

I visit here quite regular. They do so many choices and it's so tasty. Made to tour choice and they are a very reasonable price. Would never go to another sandwich bar. My personal favourite is Chinese chicken.
