Batter on the rock was to thick and stodgy the chips were stone cold & hard worst we’ve had from here in a very long time!!!

10/10 as always. Fluffy cod with crispy batter. Chips chunky and soft like those old time fish and chips.

Usually the food is great, but on this occasion there was no salad with burger & pie needed to be heated up in the microwave.

Really bad delivery time. Kept being pushed back on delivery time over and over again.

Driver waited at other places before delivering, drove past the house and went somewhere else first, blamed everyone else and no 'sorry'... Thankfully Seamaster were very good in resolving and sent a replacement (so the food score is based on the second delivery)

No fault of the restaurant but the idiot who sits behind the computer and alter raiders destinations on delivery to take additional orders on their way is the actual culprit. In this case and always the idiots who manage deliveries in Just Eat. AVOID JUST EAT and go for the competitors, teaching these idiots a lesson that what does a cold fish and chip feels like !!! DISGUSTING JUSTEAT !!

Food arrived later than expected and chips were stone cold

we normally buy here in person and the quality is great but this time we ordered a delivery and the quality was disappointing. the amount of batter drowned the fish, it exceeded the fish making you think you had a large fish but it wasn't. it was very very oily and wasn't fluffy as it usual is. the fish wasn't good quality either, it really missed the mark this time. I'm sorry to say that we will not be ordering from here again.

Again I watched the driver drive driver a mile in the opposite direction of my house, food was stone cold not even slightest bit warm

I ordered dinner last night for me and my father, we ordered one regular fish and chips and one cod bites and chips. The fish was dry and didn’t seem fresh. This morning we are both feeling unwell with nausea and vomiting. Do not order from here.

took over 30 minutes to arrive had loads of delivery's before us freezing cold when arrived to us really not happy

Amazing fish and chips and the tartare sauce is incredible very surprised at the quality of the fish and was not expecting it to be this good as Sunbury (imo) has been starved of good fish and chips will definitely be ordering here again

I was advised once food was picked up I would receive at 18:35, received at 18:54 cold fish & trips. I tracked the delivery and it went to Avenue Road 1st then rather dropping off to me went to the other side of Feltham Hanworth Road!

First time trying this place and will not go back! Ordered half chicken - when it came I realised it’s just deep fried chicken no seasoning, no flavour, no sauce just super dry rancid chicken please write it’s just deep fried in the description! The large haddock same again the batter no seasoning no flavour fish was definitely not fresh. Gave two stars for the two delicious items - fish cake and sausage. Thanks but no thanks.

I've always had great food from here, but tonight's food was awful. The chips were cold and tasted like they had been fried numerous of times. The portion size has been greatly reduced to previous offerings. The cod bites should have been the large size but most definitely was not, again these have always been more than fair considering the price. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again. Its definitely gone downhill. Such a shame.

Generous portions. Friendly service. Well worth the Uber from Heathrow for some authentic fish and chips. Chips could use the "double fry" method so that they're more golden brown. Maybe they only have one fryer and it's set to fry fish?

the restaurant is perfect but the first time ive seen delivery driver drop food the say its delivered leave half on floor and go off with rest he threw into his box spend £27 and only get offered 7.80 for meal you didnt get

The saveloy was of and a dark brown colour and smelt awful.

Tasty, freshly cooked and great value. Portions to satisfy the Friday night hunger pangs.

It was alright tbf, the saveloy was a bit cold and the rock was a bit odd. Good portions tho. No option for large curry sauce however. Small was really not enough

Despite the food being only warm,it was nice so would've been lovely hot. The tracker said the driver had my order at about 19.15 but i didnt recieve it till after 19.45.Usually that wouldnt be a problem but the shop is litrally 5 mins up the road (didnt get myself as unwell).The time said 1 min away,then 4 mins away..it kept changing.In the end the driver called as he couldnt find me..im number 61 he was waiting outside 336! I ended up having to go outside and look for the driver,unwell,in my pj's and leaving my child inside.Then he asked if i gave him the right postcode,he read it out twice on the phone and i confirmed it was right. He apologised but i shouldnt have to go out and look for a driver and i ended up with only a warm meal.
