Delivered to wrong address and I had to go outside to talk to the driver as he was living the area 😠

unfortunately pizza was messy, probably because of poor handling by the delivery person.

the Aloo Tikki chaat is very good and other iteams are very good

I like their parathas and pizzas. Parathas are freshly made..very crisp served with dollop of fresh butter

I visited this place today and a very professional and friendly young lady called Raicha ( I hope I am spelling this correctly!) served me, she was extremely helpful, guided me to find the right food, for all the items I was looking for, including vegetarian meals. I was so pleasantly surprised to see Asian food items in this burger/pizza place! When I asked if I will be able to curry everything, as I was ordering for many people, she went further and asked the kitchen to packed my items in a way that was easy to carry. The food was delicious and the price was great. Highly recommended place.

Horrible custoner service. The woman who is servicing does not a clue. Loves to deceive and lie to customer. Does not know how to take a order. Does not know what allergies are... Will never go back.

Food is good if you actually get what you ordered and I've had the misfortune of now several times how hard is plain chicken stripes and chips ... Girl behind the counter unhelpful and short when asking questions . I give up won't be going back

visited flamingo flames for dinner and was pleasantly surprised with some fresh, delicious food. we ordered loaded fries, louisiana wrap, pizza, half chicken and spicy rice, the food arrived significantly quickly alongside our mango lassi which was flavourful and refreshing. the pizza (we ordered texas BBQ) was also decent and tasty at a standard price. there was a children's birthday party being hosted upstairs and near the end of the meal it became annoyingly noisy and chaotic but the staff eventually had it under control. overall good service & great food definitely will be back 💫

I went your restaurant before I glad to say that you staff brilliantly deal to all customer and most delighted you food service specially yours pizza and chat that I ever like in yours restaurant.

Let's begin by the reason i was incited to write this mildly scathing review: weaponised incompetence fronting with language barriers. The two women dealing with front of house on sat 18.7.24 @ 4pm - put simply, they are massively incompetent and unable to take orders. Having placed a simple order for two pizzas they proceeded to mix up the order and then when asked to exchange it for the correct order they flat out refused. Their solutions: 1) make me pay extra for the substitute (as if it's my fault they took my order wrong and twisted it), 2) agree to give me a smaller sized pizza (let's see a small pizza feed a family of four; two growing teenagers and two adults - im sure they know best what we can survive on) 3) exchange it for the correct order (omg THE ORIGINAL SOLUTION WANTED!) but only after she spent 5 minutes running circles around me trying to give me an alternative solution to the original one proposed to get it over with after FIRMLY DENYING her ability to make the order right and exchange it. I refuse to name and shame but these women were untrained and are in no position to represent the business. They lack resolution skills, have appallingly bad listening skills and think customers are stupid. Well not me. Management needs to do better because why did the lady tell me her manager is not on site to help with my concerns and neither was any form of senior management. This has not been the first time it's happened to us. Do better or i will take this higher up the chain of management.

Such a great place to visit, Food is sooo delicious and at very reasonable price. Their pizza's I tried was soo good. I'll recommend it to all and definetly visit it again.

Food is good but, Only the worst part of this restaurant is they ll charge extra £50p if you ask extra glass . They ll charge £30p for extra ketchup .. they ll charge £60p for extra mouneese. Paying extra is okay but indirectly this ll hurt customers.. Customers are spending already min £15 to £20 for eating in or take away orders . So can't the restaurant afford £30p for a single extra cup or for extra ketchup.. I am sorry 😞.. I am not happy with the way they respond with price tag £30p,£40p,£50p when the customer asks for any extra paper glass ketchup Thank you

Bought chicken fillet burger double and wings, was expecting a better taste but disappointed. I would not recommend if you are looking for chicken fillet burger or wings.

We ordered a large pizza for 3 people with cool drinks, it was good and enough for 3 people And they offer family meals with large pizza or full chicken for 18.99

An absolute gem in this area. I recently had some lunch here couple of days ago and absolutely loved it. Staff is friendly kind and very welcoming. Nice cosy place. They have a variety of options in the menu. From fast food like Pizza, Burgers, Sandwiches, Fries to Indian chaats, Paranthas and Grilled Chicken too. Tried their Garlic Chicken Parantha and it was mind blowing. So much flavours and it was a soulful meal for me. I would highly recommend this dish. Their Chai is also a must try. A perfect Masala Chai, less sugary. Perfect for a cold day. Prices are really reasonable too. I’m definitely gonna visit soon and would recommend everyone to give this place a try.

3 stars for the food as usually good today however very unprofessional and rude staff they got the pizza wrong after waiting 15 mins. Served others in front of several other customers no apology and when the lady behind the counter tried to tell the kitchen she had to say to him the simple order 4 more times this is crazy. Nearly 30 mins wait for a simple small pizza Really gone down hill in the last 2 months

First time to try their rice and it was Amazing! I never thought that the curry rice could be eaten with Mayonnaise and they've got some spicy sauce too which is Amazing and fits me too well as i Love spicy stuff. Not too expensive and the place smells so good. I would love to come back to it anytime. The Chicken was so nice too.

We enjoy dining at Flamingo Feltham, especially the pizza, samosas with tea, and parathas. We celebrated my daughter's birthday here with her school pals and ordered takeaway for our office party. Prices are fair, and the quality is excellent. Service is excellent as always, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is courteous. I would suggest to anyone searching Feltham for excellent dining.

Aloo tikki chaat was tasty . The peri rice nice as Well . The peri peri wings we ordered extra spicy and medium spicy . The salt on the wings were extreme ! I did ask if this was normal to the hostess , she did say this is normal . No offer of replacement, nothing ! My tongue feels coated in salt ! Seriously I’m not exaggerating. The hostess was very happily chatting to her mate on the phone whilst I waited to ask her something! Customer not good at all .

The first part of the order was delivered over an hour after placing the order when that finally arrived it was missing half of the order as of writing this now over two hours after placing the order i am still waiting for half of my order the driver told us he would go back and get them the items that were missing were 2 pizzas when the first lot of food finally arrived it was stone cold

Quality dropped a bit tonight. One of the chickens was completely dry (even the sauce on it! Completely dry). The other one was better, but neither was their usual juicy goodness unfortunately. Still our favourite piri piri place for now though, this one time is not a problem - but this message is just an FYI from regulars that like this place. 😀
