Ordered my bundle over a week ago with £7 shipping!! No response from calls, emails, live chat & messages on social media!

Ordered in November, nothing has ever arrived, they have replied twice to hundreds of messages but nothing ever gets done. Clearly trying to restart for 2022 and mislead a load of new customers. Don't trust them they will let you down and steal your money.

Terrible service from scran, I made 2 large orders from them and neither turned up, nearly impossible to get in contact with occasionaly get a reply on Facebook saying they’ll follow up but still nothing received. I bought from them couple years ago and the food is great and cheapest on market, if only they actually delivered all the time

Worst service that doesn't learn from mistakes. Ordered twice now and both times the food never arrived. It's impossible to get in touch as nobody answers emails, messages or phone calls. It's a shame as the food it good but would not recommend at all due to the poor service.

Don't get your order wrong online, good food but this company has the world worse contact information. Have an issue with an order, attempted the two phone during opening hours, no answer, email no reply, messages no reply, online chat no reply. There is no way of contacting them for any issues or allergy dietery information.

We ordered a burns night dinner from Scran and the food was amazing. Good sized portions lots of flavours and really tasty. Would 100% recommend the food is really good every time.

Ordered over a month ago, and while asking for an update 3 times (!) through 3 different email addresses provided on the website, no reply. Couldn't reach them through the phone either. They care more about their image than satisfied customer. Would absolutely not recommend; plenty of alternatives to choose from.

Had heard good things about this place but never tried it. I saw a voucher on Itson for 3 meals at a reduced price so thought I’d finally give it a shot - thank god I did! Food was absolutely delicious and really fresh - you can sort of see into the kitchen and you can tell the young chefs are cooking each order as it’s placed. I went for the spicy rice with beef & veg (x2) and my partner went for the sweet potato mash, fajita chicken and coleslaw. Everything absolutely spot on and the girls out front were lovely. I’ve been back a few times since and have just placed an order for the meal plans that they do! About time Dundee opened somewhere that was fresh food instead of all the other crap that’s opening!

100% fresh wholesome foods. I shop here on a weekly basis always had great service and each meal is always top Scran! Delivery to the door is ideal for busy and active lifestyles 💪 Thanks Scran!

We came here by chance on our way to Edinburgh and grabbed some lunch. My husband had chicken, Cajun potatoes and slaw and I have halloumi, spicy rice and veg. It was really good - fresh, quick and simple food. Will definitely come back again

Great for lunch, there is limited seating so essentially it is just a takeaway, but with a difference! Its healthy, would not normally be my first choice, but what I did have was superb, never had chicken like it, was brilliant!

It's great to see a place selling fresh, healthy food. It's affordable, tasty and 100% worth the money. I tried the chargrill chicken with mash and slaw but will be back and even considering buying the bulk pre prepped meals for when I go back to work. Fantastic food, great to see in Dundee, can't wait to go back.
