The best Caribbean takeaway I have ever been to. The food is scrumptious, the portion size is great, the price suits me, but most of all the hospitality is spot on. The customer service no doubt is one of the best I have witnessed in a Caribbean restaurant.

I love Satta’s Kitchen! I’ve always been scared to try Jamaican food, if it’s not cooked at home, but Satta’s never disappoints. The woman at the counter is lovely! Great customer service!

I decided to order a stew chicken with rice and peas to takeaway. The meat was burnt and definitely from the bottom end of the pot and it had an awful scent to it. As for the rice and peas!!!! That was definitely stale. Yuck I’m through eating from these establishments. 🙄 OH and I’ve just realised how they trick us out of a proper portion of food… ok when you order a large meal… they base the container with a heap of rice, then if you’ve ordered say, oxtail or whatever they put it on top of the rice, leaving you with a truck load of rice and a little bit of oxtail. It’s ridiculous It tastes like their chicken soup has an odd thickener in it too. Wasn’t nice at all. AND their prices are extortionate I’m done with this place.

First time ordering and I was not disappointed! Beef patty was very tasty, nice light pastry and well seasoned meat. Oxtail fell off the bone and the mutton was delicious. Will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend the food.

The food today was not good it went in the bin. the mac/cheese was hard like bullets and rubber not good at all. The chicken was stale 4 or 5 day's old and the coleslaw didn't smell right. normally the food from sattas kitchen is good but not today it wasn't good at all we threw it in the bin. Susan Herbert

Trish is very friendly and welcoming Santa’s food is proper home cooked food, fried fish is excellent, the mutton good quality no scraps of meat!! and not over peppered so you can’t taste the food or the food is never to salty !

Cheesy beef patty always tastes good, mutton soup is authentic and tasty with plenty of flavour. Friendly staff, which makes all the difference. Good portion sizes too.

The pasties here are amazing, tried the chicken and beef & cheese. I also got the jerk chicken with rice and peas, flavours were insane got to be the best Jamaican food in north west London. Lady who works there is also so friendly.

The best Caribbean food I have tasted so far in northwest london (Big up the Chef). Very good portion size and the cost of food is very reasonable. In addition, the service is always top class with a smile and welcoming vibe. Would recommend this restaurant 100% (The delivery service I can’t fault). P.S. I Love the patty, peas soup, stew chicken, curry chicken and cow foot.

Never had a bad meal here...one of the very few West Indian restaurants that give you value for money with good portions...Staff are very friendly and hospital and with the right customers there having a meal you always have a laugh listening to their banter 😂

Great portions, well seasoned and good pieces of meat. Arrived on time, well packaged so the food was still hot. We had the curry mutton, oxtail, festival and coleslaw with hard food (banana, dumplings, yam) and rice n peas. The meat dishes also include some plantain, which was a nice addition. Lovely meal 🫶🏾

I went especially to try the red peas soup on a Wednesday and it was delicious! The meat was nice and tender and there were plenty of veggies and dumplings in there as well. The beef and cheese patty was also really tasty and nicely cooked and the pastry had that homemade flakiness. The lady who served me was lovely and friendly, as well. Planning to work my way through the rest of the menu in the next few weeks!

Oxtail fried chicken rice and peas lovely as always, I got a call saying that they had forgotten to put one of my items I ordered for delivery in the bag and as the driver had already left somebody will drop it off for me. Within 15 minutes It was dropped off by a member of staff Now that’s what you call good customer service 👌👌

I’ve had many patties in my life and many patties that claimed to be beef and cheese but THIS PATTY! Wow, I was so stunned I went back the same day to purchase two more. The flavours in the patty is astounding and honestly breathtaking. Not only that but the service provided to me by Trisha is why I will keep going back. I throughly enjoyed my patties
