Four work colleagues visited on a Tuesday evening and we had starter and mains along with some sundries. All of the food was delicious and the cost was great value and we all enjoyed the experience. We would definitely recommend this place and we will consider the team visiting for a meal at some point in the future.

Although the restaurant was full and one side of the room was taken up by a single birthday party. The service was very attentive, we were regularly asked if the food was ok and if we wanted any more drinks. The food was also excellent. The only minor negative was that our bill had errors on. However this was addressed quickly with no fuss. Also appreciated that there was no ‘discretionary’ tip automatically added to the bill, so we of course added what we felt was appropriate.

We came here as part of a party of 21. Food excellent really good choice, nice atmosphere Sahid was brilliant with everyone. Mo had a good singing voice when he brought out the cake. Will be returning to The Sapphire

We use Sapphire often - both dine-in and takeaway. Every time the food is amazing and we have never had a bad meal. The staff are very welcoming and attentive, and go the extra mile with our son and make him feel welcome too. Would highly recommend to anybody in the area for a date night or a family meal out.

Always flavoursome food at this restaurant, new modern contemporary decor, parking right outside, full interesting menu, no artificial colourings, top quality food, ice cold draught beer, great service and good price, what more could you ask for. This is our now go to restaurant in Cannock area.

Ordered a takeaway for the family and the food was top quality. The butter chicken and vindaloo were particularly good. Everything arrived on time and the driver was also very polite and friendly. Will definitely order from here in future.

After moving from Birmingham three years ago, we’ve really struggled to find a curry house in Cannock that lives up to the high standards we were used to. We’ve tried several places, but nothing compared to the quality and flavor of the Indian/Bangladeshi food we enjoyed in Birmingham. It honestly put us off ordering curry for almost a year. However, after seeing Sapphire Restaurant on the Cannock Eats app and taking advantage of a 20% discount, we decided to give it another go — and we're so glad we did! The delivery was impressively quick, and the food quality was outstanding. The curry had a rich, thick texture and was packed with flavor. We're now excited to visit the restaurant in person for our next meal. If you’re looking for top-notch curry in Cannock, we highly recommend Sapphire Restaurant

Great food always good portions, always look after you!

Had takeout and was pretty disappointed. Weirdest texture bhuna and balti I've ever had and they were so greasy. Hunt the meat amongst the sauce. Chips were undercooked, so was the Sag Aloo Really nice Naan and Onion Bhajis. When you've paid £90 for a takeaway you really don't want to hear that the poppadoms and salad were the best bit. Not recommended.

We had our first takeaway from here last night and it was nothing but DELICIOUS. The best indian takeaway we have tried in the area and will now be definite regulars. The food was piping hot, every dish full of flavour and tasting individual and they added complimentary extras! Even the cabbage salad was a delight. We ordered: Aroma masala (a spicer version take on the classic chicken tikka masala; which was bang on), moza chicken tikka, mushroom fried rice (one of the most flavourful mushroom rices i’ve ever had from an indian), paneer saag (10/10) and cheese keema naan!

Very nice - new little gaff - fresh good portion - and found it on my travels - If you local defo worth a try. 👍🏼😎💪🏼

I Tried Sapphire twice now and I am very happy with all the attentions (I received several little extras) the food is superb and the staff very friendly. I did not eat in so I can't really comment on the atmosphere..

Just collected (& eaten) our takeaway of Lamb rogan Josh & Naga chicken Tikka. Absolutely superb!!! The food from here is always great and is the service! Well done!

What can I say second time we have orderd a takeaway from here. lhad north indian garlic chilli chicken and my wife had red chicken ticka massala with pula rice cheese nan and massala chips,absolutely amazing highly recommended

2nd take away we have had from sapphire & again it didn't disappoint, chicken tikka massala, North Indian garlic chilli chicken, cheese nan, massala chips & poppadoms, was absolutely beautiful big portions, quick delivery by a young girl ,was lovely & pleasant definitely recommend

Very nice food if not a little more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for. Friendly and helpful staff when wanting to try something new also, and they serve alcohol as well. I have eaten in and had a takeaway which did not disappoint. With food and drinks for 2 with no starters but poppadoms, 3 sides and 2 mains, 2 pop, 2 draft beer £48, eat in but all very good. Takeaway for 1 and was given 2 poppadoms and source included which was a bonus, with a pint of beer while waiting £16.

The only possible downside to this place, as some may see it, is the price. But for me, the food more than makes up for the cost. Easily the best Indian in our area.

Wonderful food, you can't take your own drinks but that's not a problem as the madri larger was excellent and I don't like lagar😂 Now I found this place I have two excellent restaurants to choose from.

Had a takeaway it was awful chicken tika pieces of what looked liked chicken but not sure if it was in a cube sauce was like a tin of tomato soup if I had had this meal in the restaurant would have sent it back it was so bad worst curry I've ever had will not be using this restaurant again and definitely would not recommend don't even want to give it one star really
