I arrived in London, quite jet lagged and despite the fact that everyone around me was eating lunch, I was not sure I could stomach that. I went into this restaurant and the friendly gentleman behind the counter offered to make me a pizza which looked great but not what I really wanted so I asked if there was a place I could still order breakfast. He recommended a place close by and I thanked him and promised to return for dinner. I did manage to return the following evening and there was a lovely young lady there. I ordered a pizza substituting the chicken for prosciutto and asked for extra olives. She delivered a glorious pie to me, balanced and laden with a heavy dose of olives. The crust is sourdough and light, thin and crispy. One of the best pizzas I have eaten and I come from Toronto, Canada.

Best pizza, great price. Restaurant is small, it's better for take away but occasionally there is a place to sit. At the beginning of the year they started to do panini and they are great, too.

I'm Italian e I've been eating pizza for over 30 years. I can honestly say that for me this is the best place in London. The quality of the ingredients is superb.I won't be having pizza from any other place.I'm glad I live 5 minutes away.

The best pizza we have ever had. I would be over the moon if they could post me some now and then. Came by this little place on the off chance. Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Pizza base was crispy and light, cant wait for another

Came for lunch, they do an amazing medium sized pizza for £5 and you honestly can't go wrong. Cooked while you wait, the base is prepared fresh every day and delicious and crispy with loads of different and tasty toppings and great service. Can't fault it and if you're near Euston/Kings Cross/Russell Square it's definitely worth a short detour for.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. It is quite small and difficult to find but his pizza is a genuine italian pizza and highly recommended

Great value and friendly staff, ideal for quick bite to eat, eat in or take out. Went with kids we all enjoyed, quick and tasty.

Great little pizza place. Excellent crust and creative toppings choices. Don’t miss the pumpkin and scamorza, with or without pancetta. Daily specials are worth looking out for, too.

Went whilst waiting to meet someone, got hungry and stopped off at SAN Marzano. Great location and right down the road from Russel Square tube station. Authentic Italian pizza, the Italian owners/Chefs are really welcoming and know their craft. The pizza is very reasonably priced, great value for money - and most of all, amazing! I’m not the type of guy to write reviews online but I felt they really deserve one, would strongly recommend visiting.

I was straying overnight before taking the trip on the Eurostar. I had a small roasted vegetable pizza. I paid £8 for the pizza and a can of coke. This size was just right and very tasty. Service was very friendly and you felt very welcome. I noticed there were lunchtime specials. Definitely worth checking out!

Really excellent takeaway with a small number of tables. The pizzas are delicious, plenty to choose from and very reasonably priced. The lunchtime offer at £5 for a good sized pizza is amazing value. The bases and topping are very authentic and the staff are friendly and attentive.
