San Marzano in Camden

Llegué a Londres, bastante retrasado y, a pesar del hecho de que todos a mi alrededor estaban almorzando, no estaba seguro de poder soportarlo. Entré en este restaurante y el amable caballero detrás del mostrador se ofreció a hacerme una pizza que se veía genial, pero no era lo que realmente quería, así que le pregunté si había un lugar donde aún pudiera pedir el desayuno. Me recomendó un lugar cercano y le agradecí y prometí volver a cenar. Logré regresar a la noche siguiente y había una joven encantadora allí. Pedí una pizza sustituyendo el pollo por jamón y pedí aceitunas extra. Me entregó un pastel glorioso, equilibrado y cargado con una gran dosis de aceitunas. La corteza es de masa madre y ligera, delgada y crujiente. Una de las mejores pizzas que he comido y vengo de Toronto, Canadá.

La mejor pizza, buen precio. El restaurante es pequeño, es mejor para llevar, pero ocasionalmente hay un lugar para sentarse. A principios de año comenzaron a hacer panini y también son geniales.

I'm Italian e I've been eating pizza for over 30 years. I can honestly say that for me this is the best place in London. The quality of the ingredients is superb.I won't be having pizza from any other place.I'm glad I live 5 minutes away.

Came for lunch, they do an amazing medium sized pizza for £5 and you honestly can't go wrong. Cooked while you wait, the base is prepared fresh every day and delicious and crispy with loads of different and tasty toppings and great service. Can't fault it and if you're near Euston/Kings Cross/Russell Square it's definitely worth a short detour for.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. It is quite small and difficult to find but his pizza is a genuine italian pizza and highly recommended

Great value and friendly staff, ideal for quick bite to eat, eat in or take out. Went with kids we all enjoyed, quick and tasty.

Great little pizza place. Excellent crust and creative toppings choices. Don’t miss the pumpkin and scamorza, with or without pancetta. Daily specials are worth looking out for, too.

Went whilst waiting to meet someone, got hungry and stopped off at SAN Marzano. Great location and right down the road from Russel Square tube station. Authentic Italian pizza, the Italian owners/Chefs are really welcoming and know their craft. The pizza is very reasonably priced, great value for money - and most of all, amazing! I’m not the type of guy to write reviews online but I felt they really deserve one, would strongly recommend visiting.

I was straying overnight before taking the trip on the Eurostar. I had a small roasted vegetable pizza. I paid £8 for the pizza and a can of coke. This size was just right and very tasty. Service was very friendly and you felt very welcome. I noticed there were lunchtime specials. Definitely worth checking out!

Really excellent takeaway with a small number of tables. The pizzas are delicious, plenty to choose from and very reasonably priced. The lunchtime offer at £5 for a good sized pizza is amazing value. The bases and topping are very authentic and the staff are friendly and attentive.
