Food is average. Service is pathetic.

Changed alot since 2015 days the food we love hasn’t though! 2 for £2 is now £6 mon-friday or 7.50 guess that’s not bad for inflation staff are friendly

It is very good place, I did enjoy my food. It is exceeded my expectation. I love the dips very delicious 😋 I highly recommend it!

Fried chicken is always tasty. Strips need to be bigger I believe and fresher salad. 40% off is a great deal. We enjoyed our food 👍🏻 would definitely order again

Food was hot, & cooked well. Wraps & chicken burgers very basic and thrown together but tasted good. Chips were piping hot and tasted fresh not re heated like some places.. will use again in future thank you.

the chicken was extremely bland and the batter on it was kind of soggy. The loaded fries had way too much powdery seasoning on. I love spice but this was just a mess of too many flavours that didn't go together. the bottle of tango that was delivered goes out of date this month and tastes very strange, guessing it's been sat in the back of a cupboard for years. very disappointed and won't be ordering again 😭

Please provide real life evidence how the food items will turn out to be on your menus through UberEats, otherwise we will continue to receive poor management and misleading information from your unbothered chefs/business. It’s truly an embarrassment to avoid such evidence. I have ordered “crispy” chicken wrap, as mentioned in the description and also selected “sweet chilli mayonnaise”, but was just technically mayonnaise and unfinished process with the chicken strips. I have also ordered “blaze burger” which the description also had mentioned “coated in spicy marinade”…?! Your restaurant needs to shut down, unfortunately in this horrendous situation. (Ordered through UberEats)

The delivery driver rang my phone once which I missed because I was in the bathroom, and didn’t even try to come to the door at all. If he had tried, my dog would have barked. They sent the order back after doing the bare minimum. They would not send him back out with my food. It was a treat for my daughter’s birthday. Annoyed and frustrated isn’t the word

It was okay. The fries were soft but still tasted nice. The burger was a little dry and there wasn’t much seasoning to the chicken on the burger. The wings had a bit more flavour but I would say it was quite average. The packaging was okay but the box deal meant the wings and chips and burger were all together and I think it meant it didn’t travel well. I wouldn’t go out my way to go to this one again as there are other better options.

Although the order was delivered quicker than the estimated time, the food wasn’t great. The chips were soggy and cold, the burgers and chicken strips were dry and the sauce tasted of vinegar straight from the bottle. Won’t be ordering again unfortunately as most was thrown in the bin.

We ordered 3 blaze burgers and spicy wings, the wings were still pink in the middle, the blaze burgers were half empty it looked like they’d used a chicken select and the fries were stale like they’d been out for hours

I recently visited Sam's Chicken Shop, and it was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The customer service was absolutely appalling—rude, unhelpful, and downright unprofessional. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers, and when they did, it was with a terrible attitude. What made the experience even worse was the shocking revelation from one of the employees who casually mentioned that the chicken being sold had been sitting out for more than three hours! It’s no surprise that the food was cold, stale, and tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. This is a serious health concern, and I’m honestly surprised this place hasn’t been shut down by health inspectors. To top it all off, there was an incident of violence that occurred during my visit. A disagreement between a customer and one of the staff members escalated into a physical altercation right in the middle of the shop. It was terrifying to witness, and it left me and other customers feeling extremely unsafe. Overall, my visit to Sam’s Chicken Shop was a complete disaster. Poor service, questionable food safety, and a hostile environment make this place one to avoid at all costs. Save your time, money, and health by going somewhere else.

says spicy chicken absolutely appalling no taste at all, on the burger i asked for sams special sauce I got a smelly mayo that tasted sour, left the lot chips were soggy and we'll not enable, very disgusting 😑

Twice I have ordered the steak burgers & twice you have delivered chicken burgers. Not sure if it’s a issue with the online menu or a mistake your end but very frustrating when trying to orde for kids.

food was awful I ordered a blaze box meal which contains a spicy burger a d two spicy wings. the burger was bland no flavour at all and the wings weren't even spicy KFC has more spicy kick to it. I would even feed this food to my cat. wste of money please avoid and you can thank me later. only good thing they manage to do was come on time and that's it. keep the money I don't want a refund but I won't be ordering from you again.

We ordered a meal deal plus extras and only fries were delivered. We told the driver on delivery who went back to get the rest of the food. He then just delivered chips again. When I called to complain I was told they had no drivers so I’ll have to wait an hour for the rest of the food (it had already been over an hour waiting at this point!!). Do not order if you want to actually receive your food.

This is the new KFC, forget KFC, this is the new stuff. I have never went there ever and I saw the Devil's box which was 3 wings, a massive chicken burger and it has massive chicken in there and chips and a drink. The burger chicken was so massive it kept falling and I kept eating them after I even had some left over for when I got back, the staff are helpful and funny, also before I went to eat a kind women cleaned the table and chair for me. Definitely go there and if you see the Devil's box definitely order it!

Food was estimated to be delivered between 5.40pm and 6pm, when the food hadn't arrived by 6.15pm I phoned the shop and there was no answer at all. Tried again 10 mins later and was told the driver was on the way....finally arriving at 6.40pm, food was cold and uneatable really, rang the shop to complain but no one answered. I will never order food from this business again

This is actually the best place to get burger. I’m not a big burger fan but this one is worth every bite. The chicken is very tasty too. Not too oily and the right portion of salt

If you’re thinking about ordering from here, I suggest you do best food around prices have gone up quite a lot recently however it’s still cheaper than KFC and you get more portions than KFC Highly recommend the box meals they will definitely fill you up
