Lovely family run restaurant, which adds to the experience and authenticity. Great food at affordable prices. Service very good. We enjoyed the lamb and chicken. Enjoyed the bring your own drinks. Desserts also very nice. Well worth a visit.

I love this place because it's so welcoming to families. It's one of them places where you can fill the table with food, with everyone catching up and talking with the kids moving around your own table going between your seats talking to different generations of the family. It's what real family food is all about. The food makes it even better. It's really authentic made with care by the family that run the restaurant. The price is really decent too, especially if you bring your own wine (There's a small corkage fee to cover the charge of removal of the empty drinks bottles). It's well worth going it's really authentic, friendly and it's easy on the wallet.

We went for a relaxed meal after work, and it was delicious! I have a nut allergy so asked Samir if there was anything to avoid, he explained he makes everything fresh so can make anything on the menu without nuts. We all really enjoyed the meal and will definitely be returning.

Me and my friend went there and we order chicken wings ice cream and bread we really enjoyed it the food was a 10/10 the customer service was a 10/10 and we really enjoyed over all

Four of us visited this family run restaurant last night & every meal was delicious, we shared 4 starters & Samir kindly added a 5th on the house, vine leaves, the humous is the best I’ve ever tasted, we had the plain & another with meat, not had humous like this before but it was so tasty, For mains 2 shared the meat platter & I had a chicken dish with rice, all the meals were beautifully presented & we all enjoyed every meal. We brought our own alcohol as they have no license, the food was served by Samir’s teenage son who is a credit to the family. First time visiting here but it won’t be our last.

Found this place after Sahara in Hale shut down, it's a bit of a drive from Altrincham but well worth it. Very friendly service and you can tell the food is 'home cooked,' in our opinion better than Yara for those who know it. It's truely family run and the food is delicious. There's no bar so you need to take your own alcohol, great value, can't fault it. Samirs deserves to be more popular, if we lived in Urmston we would visit more regularly. Parking on the main road can be difficult at times but it is well worth visting, some of the best middle eastern food we have had, try it.

What an amazing evening. Samir couldn't have done more to ensure the starters flowed for all 14 of uhs. The food was very fresh and so tasty, I honestly didn't realise that this was just the starters!! I would definitely recommend this family run restaurant.

This place is amazing! The food is traditional, fresh and so tasty. The owners are very family friends, my children love it. Samir goes out of his way to ensure you are all happy and his waiter son is always there to help definitely be back.

Not much to look at but full of surprises! Some of the best Middle Eastern food I’ve had in the UK, simply magnificent! Shared various starters and a few mains, all of them bursting with flavour and totally fresh (you can see the meals being prepped as you pass the kitchen)! Very laid-back atmosphere but the staff are attentive, polite and happy. If you are able to visit, you must. Casual dining. BYOB.

Home cooking... you can't beat it! Everything was brilliant at this family run restaurant from mum and dad in the kitchen to their very polite and helpful son who took our order. We'll definitely be back!

Food was absolutely delicious, excellent choice. We had a Buffett with many different varieties of meat, hummus, bread, rice, potatoes. We will definitely return.

First time visit to this family run Middle Eastern Cuisine Restaurant, mainly based on TA Reviews. It was a lovely warm early summer Saturday evening, we booked before arriving to find hardly anyone there. For the record, the Tapas & Curry Restaurants in the same block were rammed. Having reviewed the somewhat limited & to us unknown menu, we took the safety options of choosing dishes we were familiar with. Started with a sharing plate of Hummus/Pitta Bread, which we enjoyed, though surprised that the bread(definitely fresh from the oven) came as a warm balloon shaped item rather than sliced portions, as in most Restaurants. I chose Shoqaf(cubed Lamb Skewer), my wife Sheesh Tawook(cubed Chicken Skewer), both were tasty & good portions, but nothing better than we'd had elsewhere. The service from I assume the owners children was good & courteous & the prices reasonable. AS the place is not licensed, you can bring your own drinks, but there is a small corkage charge. Overall no complaints, but no plaudits either. We have now tried both Urmston based Middle Eastern Restaurants, and found neither provide us with thje dining experience we enjoy, though based on previous Reviews, we are out of kilter with many. I wish the family well in their catering endeavours, but wonder whether Urmston has room for 2 Restaurants of such limited appeal. During our 1.5 hours there only 2 other customers joined us (ie 7.30 - 9.00pm)

Another fabulous meal tonight for my birthday. 13 of us went and all really enjoyed are meals. The gran children loved it as they played with the owners twins. A lovely family and 1 st class food.

Visited the restaurant for the first time tonight and we were very impressed with the family that own and run the restaurant. The food was first class, it is all made fresh and was so flavoursome , the prices are excellent, great value for money, great portion sizes and we will definitely be back. Don't be put off by the slightly outdated decor, it's well worth a visit.
