Unfortunately the place has went down hill was a regular, got my meals cooked by the owners and the food quality was awful me and my wife got sore stomachs with the amount of grease in the food. I ordered duck and had a piece of chicken mixed into my food as well so very concerning that food contamination is present.

It's authentic as it can be compared to HK roasts dishes. Service is fantastic, food is delicious, although wonton was quite dry and not enough fat and the thin noodles with it was unsuitable for soup more for fried and as we ordered takeaway, there was more vegetables than noodles on both the main, hence the one star off. Nevertheless, it hasn't put me off, would definitely try the Thai dishes next time.

Delicious Hong Kong-style barbecue restaurant. The owner and staff are very amiable. I like this sense of intimacy very much.

Walked a long way but did not open, there is so sign on the restaurant also no information on Facebook.

We are from Scotland, we feel back home with their superb service and food. High quality of food and even their smile would bring me back there If you are keen on Hong Kong dishes, would regret if you havent been there Well done ladies :-)

Really good Hong Kong style siu mei. You can have the same taste as in Hong Kong. I won't say it is the best but you can't ask for more when you are in UK. If you always try those UK-HongKong style food, you should come and taste what Hong Kong style should be. Most recommend is siu mei. For Hongkonger, I really recommend ice lemon tea, which taste like Hong Kong too.

I found my memory of best taste in Hong Kong. Must come back again!

Not the usual extremely bland, extremely boring Cantonese style that predominates in UK Chinese food. Very hearty meat-centred dishes (e.g., bbq pork & duck) combined with your choice of a wide range of noodles and 'noodle soups'. Gluten-free options but forget it if you're vegetarian. Lively atmosphere. Clientele is approx 95% Chinese; most seem to be university students or student age, with a scattering of tough-looking guys fond of shades 😎 & sharp suits. Started as a hole in the wall but has now more than doubled its seating capacity.

Probably the best place for delicious Hong Kong styled barbecued meat (char siu and pork belly), roast duck and chicken in town. Home made soup very nice too and Staff all friendly. Will definitely come back for more goodies in future. Update: their bubble tea is very nice too 👍

I was regular customer to this place..till 3 months ago went there to get hainan rice with chicken and pork belly. The food were cold. I asked one of staff to reheat but still cold when serve. Staff weren't as friendly as before either. Didn't bother to go back there.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They gave the wrong order but trying to blame the customer and indirectly wished us to not come back again. the food (soup noodle with pork) was tasteless as well. I would prefer and recommend Madame Pho instead.

I had the best meal of my life last night from here! My partner picked me up some food and they didn’t have what he recommended as it was late so i had duck and soya chicken over steamed rice and when i tell you i INHALED this food. It was so delicious and authentic. I will be back many more times. HIGHLY recommend the duck.

One of the best places for authentic Chinese food in Balfast.

There is ample seating on 2 floors (ground floor and first floor). It wasn't crowded when i went. Food is quite standard and portions are large. It isn't really cheap tho.

This place mostly attracts members of the Chinese community which to me is a sign of great Chinese food. Customer service isn't their main concern, good food quickly is. The 3 meat combo is my favourite with duck, char Sui pork and crispy pork belly. Everything IV had here is lovely. Be confident when ordering , but don't expect sweet and sour chicken balls or chicken curry as this is more authentic than your local takeaway. * Update... Been in the newly expanded shop and retract my previous comment about customer service... The ladies who work here are lovely, and there was no rush to order, finish or leave, while the food is still perfect. £5 per bottle BYO is a bit steep, but stick to the Chinese tea. Probably the best authentic Chinese food in Northern Ireland.

Newly extended very nice food and great staff.

I loved the fried rice so much. It was so delicious 🤤. The chicken tasted really good but it would have been better with some sauce. The soup was so perfect and hot and spicy. It was perfect for the cold weather. The waitresses were so kind.

I am a huge fan of roast pork belly and chat siu. I love tossed noodles more than rice. Customer service is great. I saw some low ratings many years ago for bad service but now at least for couple of times I ate in, all of them are nice. Two of them left me a deep impression for their warm smile. Hope my comment can bring more clients so everyone knows staff are nice now : )

A very humble restaurant. The portion is very generous. Had the best wonto noodle soup there for £10 and it came with a big portion and for someone with big belly to fill, I'm satisfied with the portion. If you come here, make sure to bring enough cash with you as they accept cash only.

I went with my family for the first time as they really love eating in this place, staff is very friendly and I have to say the food is excellent and they have my favourite vegetable called morning glory in which many Chinese restaurants always don’t have even if it’s in their menu. A very authentic Hongkong Chinese food and great service.Definitely be back.

It's my favourite place to eat in Belfast. The duck and char sui are magic. It seems to be getting a refurb atm though. Someone tell me there opening up again.

The crispy pork belly is a must!!! Small space, enough for quick 30 min lunch. Nice staff but only taking cash.

A very authentic, well priced, great tasting restaurant. Love their soup and noodles. Wonderful roast pork and duck. Always served woth nice warm tea. Small and cozy but I believe they are expending the premises.

I have been here many times and have always enjoyed their food. Their roasties are always delicious but my favourite is the Thai chicken feet which has to be the best I have tasted from the whole of UK. I have lived all over UK over the past 10 years or so and still no other restaurant has beaten this place. Shame I am only visiting Belfast or I would definitely be a regular here.

Hard to find a great Chinese restaurant in Belfast but this one is amazing. The beef shin noodles are fantastic

A nice place but it's a bit annoying that they only take cash. The staff is very friendly though and food is nice enough. I got the dish with 3 types of meat for £11.50. For me it's on the expensive side, and the Chinese leaves was very bland. The sauce that came with it was very nice though. You can get cheaper food here too but I wanted the dish with 3 meats. Overall, would recommend.

Quite an extensive menu for such a small basic restaurant. Probably only seating for 15 or so customers. They do have an upstairs but I haven’t seen customers going upstairs recentlyVery popular with the locals. Prices are on par with bigger and plusher restaurant. BBQs are their main specialty. We normally have belly pork and char siu on a plate. They do same in a bowl, which is cheaper. Cash only.

El precio está bien para un tazón de chuleta de cerdo suficiente para llenar tu barriga a la hora del almuerzo, la mía era de 8. Solo toman efectivo, lo que frunce el ceño. ¿Están evitando los impuestos? ¿Pagar a trabajadores chinos ilegales allí?

Shouting in their language for not ordering fast. Staff doesn't smile. They look so cross we felt so uncomfortable sitting there. Never again. I think it's a good place to go if you are from their country. We felt so unwelcome. Bye

Para aquellos que anhelan un excelente cerdo asado con corteza crujiente, un pato asado jugoso con piel crujiente y char siu bien veteado, no busque más que el "restaurante Happy Happy" ubicado en el área de Chinatown de Belfast.Con una fachada que solo puede describirse caritativamente como indescriptible, solo aquellos que están al tanto se aventurarían a comer. Pero estarán magníficamente sorprendidos por la autenticidad de la comida que prepara una cocina atendida por un chef tailandés y de Hong Kong. El personal de servicio es de Hong Kong pero ha vivido en Belfast durante veinte años.El servicio fue educado y servicial. Además de los artículos mencionados anteriormente, también pedimos la sopa diaria (que era costillas de cerdo y vegetales en conserva) y fideos wuntun. Tanto buenas interpretaciones y sabroso.No se sirven postres y cierran a las 830 pm, lo cual es sorprendentemente temprano para un restaurante chino.Definitivamente iré de nuevo.

Nous sommes tombées un peu par hasard, c'est un restaurant asiatique typique avec des produits frais et très goûteux. Beaucoup de locaux semblent y venir, les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviables.

We came across it a bit by chance, it's a typical Asian restaurant with fresh and very tasty products. Lots of locals seem to come there, the owners are very nice and helpful.

Mi segunda vez y nunca volveré. Para una barra fina de 6 tiras de cerdo, q y 6 pequeños siomai en un fideo de huevo seco (que acaba de remojarse en agua hervida) 14, y cubos de carne muy básicos (como 4 - 6 cubos) en una sopa acuosa de fideos de huevo 10. Para un lugar básico de comer muy rápido como este, como personas esperando para obtener su turno en su asiento. Eso es, creo, una estafa. Puedo obtener una sopa más sabrosa de mejor calidad en el centro de la ciudad por un precio mucho más barato y sin apresurarte para salir a buscar al próximo cliente.

Food was edible but mediochre, nothing special about it at all. The ribcage wasnt removed from the duck which made the meal picky to say the least. Also we ordered 2 main courses and mine came WAY before the other, so much so i had practically finished before my wifes got to the table. The sign says thai food and thai.it wasnt. More like Chinese

He estado yendo a Same Happy por más de 8 años y he estado encantado con mi experiencia en general. . Fui allí dos días consecutivamente. Pato asado y asado de cerdo era bueno y rico. Fideos fritos era buena. No es grasosa y poner unas verduras haciendo sabroso. La sopa de bolas de pescado era un poco me decepcionó. Pero Pollo Sa Té era agradable. No tuve otra comida tailandesa, sin embargo, tendrá la próxima vez, porque sabe que allí era chef tailandés y se puede saborear la verdadera cocina tailandesa en el restaurante chino.
