As a Turkish household, my mum comes here regularly as prices are significantly cheaper than other supermarkets with Turkish products. I visited today and had a good experience. I knocked one star as I think they could do better with cleanliness, especially the baskets and trolley which were so sticky to hold - I'm not a germaphobe, but it was uncomfortable even to me. In terms of customer service, I can see some people were disgruntled. Look, I love great customer service but the reality is that this place is not somewhere you go for this. You go there for variety and a very good price point. I saw how the gentlemen interacted with Turkish and non-Turkish customers and from what I saw, they were great with both. They have always been helpful to my mum and she has no complaints either. If you want a wide variety of Turkish supplies and a fantastic price point, this place is the one to go to.

This used to be one of my favorite Turkish shops, where I shopped weekly. Sadly, under new management, the quality has significantly dropped. The customer service is grumpy, many products are out of date, and there is a strange smell in the store.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in the world. You go in there and two freaky men start following you and watching your steps. They stop nearby and anything you touch or move they take and get it back on the shelf. The shop is full of security cameras, they could just sit and watch you from a distance, but they rather scare you. They were rude to my children trying to freak them out. They think that everyone is a thief or a shop lifter, shame on you. I'll never visit this freaky scary guys and I don't recommend them.

Sama food is one of the biggest Turkish grocery store around the london. Prices are so reasonable of you compare with other Turkish off licences. They have a small free parking.

Stay away from this market, recently I've bought an oven and it was faulty I took it back next day and the owner has told me any electrical comes from Turkey has no guarantee and he refused to refund or exchange it. So just be very careful when you buy any electrical items. I would rather buy from John Lewis or Currys at least if something goes wrong they will refund or change it and they normally give 5 years warranty.
