Great food and very good service! Had one of the best steak sandwiches ever! My husband had a burger which he thought was fantastic!

Great quality food and good options. On the smaller side for some main courses and also on the more expensive side of things but I would definitely go back.

Had the spice box very nice too but could've eat more lol my wife had the curry said it was really good too will be back

Have eaten here many times but on the last occasion the service was terrible. Really long delay (20mins) between the first person in our group of 4 getting served and the last person. The waitress then came to clear the plates away while those who were served late were still eating 🤬. (I did leave feedback directly to them). The food was very tasty despite this.

We visited salt during the week since then have moved premises and had a delicious breakfast. We were served by Neill who was most welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back.

First time here yesterday. Was an unplanned stop , me and my husband were dressed like teams as we’d been up all night with our son and were starving so just went on out lol. Staff were lovely and treated us well, food is great. The Ulster fry was perfect. Lovely place. Hopefully we’ll go back soon.

Small portions, Overpriced for the quality of food served. Chicken so salty and clearly coated in MSG. Beer came down in a can, charging £4.50 for an appletiser. Not great over all for the prices. Can’t complain about the staff

Worst brisket sandwich I ever had. Dry, small, underfilled, tasteless, hard to think something worse. I ate because I was hungry... Told the waitress that it was bad, she couldn't care less. Also expensive.

Warmly welcomed and catered for- on a busy day. Situated in a business park, but don't hold that against it, food is very fresh, tasty and wholesome. Seating was great too, we were given a light-filled, comfy spot for the seven of us. Menu is broad and varied.

Moved but just as nice as before

Had a great meal here. Only thing that shocked me was £3 for a tiny pot of gravy for my child's meal. Hopefully something they might consider looking at.

Absolutely delicious food. Only had starters and desserts, but oh so tasty. Bit pricey, but the food was worth it. Would love yo try a main course next time.

Update to my review. Salt Kitchen moved premises to a larger location. And with that a larger bill. Recently had a delicious meal with wife and daughter. Which effectively was 3x burger and chips and one side and cost nearly £90. So it's now a place I will only go on special occasions and not for quick meal. Easily the best burgers in the town, and amongst the best I've ever had. Can't recall a bad meal in the place no matter what time of day.

Service staff are excellent, food was lovely, lost a star because i felt 3.95 for a sprint was a bit extreme.

Went for lunch today , expectations were high to justify the prices, unfortunately it wasn’t something to rave about. Scampi was very greasy , overall we wouldn’t comeback as its too overpriced for what you getting.

Not impressed. The food was okay, but very overpriced for what you get. You can find better value elsewhere—even in Banbridge centre, you get more for your money. I understand that the restaurant business is tough, especially when your income relies on food sales, but there are things that can be done to improve. The place looked busy and chaotic, with very few staff. One girl was working hard at the bar while everyone else was rushing around, and there were no happy faces.

Staff Dinner A great experience! Every person we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Created amazing atmosphere with jokes and laughs! The salted chiken with side salads and chips was truly delicious and massive portions! The pica was done from scratch and very tasty! Pasta dish again was very delicious! Also, good balance between quality and price . Strongly recommend 👌

This is their new premises, they've just moved into. Food and staff excellent. Very friendly atmosphere. Very very clean. Background music just a little bit loud for me, found it difficult for conversation but not too bad. Definitely would recommend it for lunch.

Food really good, staff were very professional and friendly, service was fast and the restaurant was very clean. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was due to the temperature. Absolutely freezing - had to keep our coats on for duration of meal and went somewhere warmer for coffee. Such a shame.

Fabulous food. I got the bang bang chicken and my mam got the supreme chicken. Service was brilliant, staff were so friendly. Food was super tasty would highly recommend the bang bang chicken. Will be back again

Stopped for lunch and had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Delicious!! The staff were lovely and friendly. Service was quick and food was great.

Love the service. Feel so welcoming and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and attentive. Good coffee 5/5. Food is probably 4/5, they are good, just could be more flavorful for my personal preference. I will come back again! 😊

Hi guys my review isn't really based on the food this time more so wait staff. Our food wasn't bad we had nachos for starter which where really tasty however we had half a plate of nachos left and our mains was shoved under us by one of the female wait staff. The even bigger annoyance around this was that our actual waiter who was very nice had asked us 2 mins before hand if we where finished with our starter and we had told him no. The girl that brought our mains out could clearly see we where still eating and that there was no room for the mains on our table but decided she would stand and hold the food until we made room for them which meant I was left holding plates. At this point our initial waiter ran over to take the plates off us we where left holding. We aren't the type to cause a fuss but really wish we had of been like actually no take that back we are no where near ready for that but we didn't and as a result never finished our mains. Very annoying and shows poor service.

Enjoy my food here, it was my first time in this restaurant. Will go back.

Lamb burger and sweet potato fries were top notch. The boss had the lobster and steak burger, also looked delicious. The whole restaurant was full for this service.

Shame they changed the menu. Ice berg lettuce in the burger was excellent. No soya milk available

Met for family lunch. Staff couldn't have been nicer, friendly and helpful with queries about the menu. They were attentive to our group throughout the time of our lunch and food was excellent. Will definitely be back -)

Stopped off here on the way up to Belfast Saturday last week. I ordered a pizza, unfortunately it was possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I know it’s not a pizza house renowned for pizza, but this was very poor. For £16 ouch. Was with family and kids, so didn’t complain. They weren’t overly impressed with food either. Staff otherwise very nice and professional with everything.

We just had a dinner in that restaurant, the "Sharing Meet plater" £35. It was all fried in the frier, even the sweetcorn. You can clearly see the oil it was cooked in wasn't fresh. The salad was awful with the dirty partly rotten leaves. I think we won't return there again.

First time today, 15th Aug 2024, for a family catch up, excellent food, the Ruben sandwich was superb, I forgot to take a photo alas, the service staff were very attentive to my wife's allergies and the kids had a ball. We will return again. A very good menu and a nice setting

Stopped into the Salt Kitchen after doing the Game of Thrones tour, and it did not disappoint. Staff were lovely, and the food was amazing. Will be back the next time we are in the area.

Just had an amazing time at salt kitchen. The food is amazing. There was a party of 5 and everyone of us really enjoyed our meal. I had the maple chilli chicken and the chicken just melted in my mouth. The atmosphere was so relaxed and the staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend

The food was fine. It wasn’t great but definitely not worth the price. We had the chicken honey burger thing and not an ounce of goats cheese to be had. It was more just mayo - it was pretty much a like a KFC burger. My partner had the lobster burger which was also ok.

I was here on Sunday with my wife and was disappointed with their service and food. They have all students serving, and not one of them has been trained to any degree of proficiency. Our starter was great, bbq wings. The mains were a different story. Who ever puts a tomato flavour of anything into a ceaser salad? That was just mine.

Disappointing for the price of food, 2 chicken tacos £17, 2 cold bland soft shells, and cold salad topped with generic shredded chicken. Could have been done with tangy slaw and fried tacos, except tasted like a warm salad wrap. Sweet potato fries are as every other restaurant serves. Dessert was more depressing than the soggy oreo on the cheesecake and at 7.50 a slice depressing

Food and service was 1st class highly recommended

Ordered Nachos @£16.95 for that price you’d expect a little bit of toppings since their Nachos are store bought and not baked by the restaurant. Even though the food was not great, their staff was good.

We (my teen daughter and I) were so hungry on the day, and we picked up Salt Kitchen without knowing much about it! It is located on the far left of the shopping centre, it is a quiet spot and this was lovely because the centre was very noisy. It was a nice day, and the restaurant had an outside area that, luckily, had a table for 2 available. We got served fast, and we waited approximately a min for our drinks: a coffee and a sprite and a maximum of 15 min or less for our food. The portions are big: I went for chicken burrito and my daughter for crispy chicken. We loved the staff - very nice and efficient, they smiled and talked to us and answered every question about the food as we couldn't make up our minds on what to order. The staff deserves 100 stars! Food - tasty and nicely served. Large portions, but we ate it all! Facilities- clean and the option to eat outside add value. Distance from nike or Adidas shops - 5 min slow walk. We loved it , thank you, Salt Kitchen, for the pleasant experience.

Portions make no sense unfortunately. Fish, chips, curry sauce, tarter sauce and mushy peas costing £20 should be a decent size. Incredibly small fish, small bowl of chips and three shot glasses for the rest. Certainly no value for money unfortunately.

I was surprised by this Mall location that the food was so good. I'm usually not a fan of food joints next to malls. The food was great and portions were as well. They had a great staff just walking around checking on people's needs the entire time.

The staff here are what really stands out. Went this evening with my adult kids and the staff were fantastic. Had a cake for my son and they discreetly took it off me on the way in and brought it out with candles after our meal. They even sang Happy Birthday (I did gesture to sing low though because my son was a little mortified 😄). Most young people get a terrible rap a lot of the time and it's usually unwarranted, these guys were lovely, cheerful and very helpful, what a great bonus to this restaurant! The food was lovely, great vegan options albeit limited. Risotto was fab. The chunky chips were undercooked although hunger meant they were eaten! I did mention it when asked about our meal at the till & the the guy took off the price of dessert which I thought was very kind considering we didn't actually ask for new chips. Overall, a great experience with lovely young, polite staff who gave us a great service. We will definitely be back, it's such a nice chilled atmosphere, a great contemporary vibe without being pretentious. Thanks guys.

Great food and perfect for business lunch

Very busy so get there early also very warm in there if a sunny day. Food took over 40 mins but was nice from when we ordered. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent food, very tasty. Staff were 1st class. We needed to sit outside as we had our dog with us but the seats were very wet due to rain. The staff dried our seats and provided blankets for us to sit on as well. Excellent customer service.

I’ve eaten at the Salt Kitchen a few times and it never disappoints. The squid tacos are excellent and the kids menu portions are very generous. Can’t fault the service either!

Had a really nice breakfast here, top class. Food was good, service was excellent and the staff were excellent as well. Would recommend!

Frustratingly slow and disorganised service. Took an age for kids to be served, they brought food for two and the third waited a further 10 minutes and adults ten minutes after that. Pizza didn't seem very freshly made. We had to call wait staff over for every interaction. Advised wait staff one of the toilets had no toilet paper. A while later my daughter went to another cubicle and it had no toilet paper... surely you'd replenish all of the cubicles and not just one. My daughter's roast chicken was delicious. Oh and £1 for a glass of cordial is daylight robbery.

Food was great. Nothing to get excited on the menu. But their daily specials are bang on. Celebrated our sons bday, Checked with the manager for a cake. He said he will take care of it and surprised us. So thoughtful… overall great spot if you are in Boulevard.

Great menu, including GF options too. Friendly, helpful staff and nice environment to enjoy your food.
