Seats are uncomfortable and small tables to small for three huge table to big for three coffee wasn't the best

Burnt the croque I ordered, hot chocolate had coffee in it & the milkshake I ordered was room temperature. Girl serving had the most vacant look on her face. Now left feeling ill as I can’t have coffee. Avoid.

Ground is a group of coffee shops that are usually found within other stores. They are very popular coffee shops with a good range of food inc sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, sausage rolls, bacon baps also tray bakes. Very relaxing and enjoyable eating places.

Attentive staff and good coffee

Coffee good, however sandwiches dry and curling up at edges. Staff friendly and helpful. Difficult to navigate wheelchair around in places. Tables at entrance can be used but place can be quite busy at times and these aren't always free. Disabled toilet (Tesco's) wheelchair friendly.

Lovely place to go for a relaxing cuppa and catch-up lovely low lying settings to get cosy on

Hit and miss, one day coffee is bitter, next time weak and the next time its good, what is paid for.

Located within Tescos. Decent range of rather expensive tray bakes etc and drink. Tasted fine.

Didn't even have any type of biscuit!!!! Yet, it's inside a tesco food shop!!! Crazy!!! 😞

Last time we were there was fine

It was a quiet Monday... All the tables where either full of dirty dishes or just dirty with crumbs. I sat at a dirty table and none of the staff came out to clean or clear. All the dirty tables were still dirty when I left. I did see one staff member chewing at the counter while checking her phone. The sandwich was surprisingly good... The coffee okay... If only I had somewhere clean to enjoy it.

A little understaffed and therefore not up to the normal level of service or cleanliness. However the one member of staff was very pleasant and apologetic. Coffee and almond slice excellent though.

Absolutely horrible woman that served us, will definitely never ever be back. Wouldn't want to bother her when she clearly doesn't want to be there. All we wanted was a tea!

Another expensive coffee/snack shop, there are so many of these type of outlets out there, located in Tescos Supermarket and a decent atmosphere within it this is a convenient place for refreshments while at Tesco but not going out of your way to visit.

Popped in for a coffee on a Saturday morning. Staff were pleasant and friendly, surroundings were nice. Had a sausage roll which was flavoursome. However much as I would like to support a local coffee chain,my americano was one of the worst I have ever had with a very unpleasant acrid after taste I had to buy a further drink from tesco in an attempt to take the taste away Avoid!!
