Sabrosa Tacos in Luton

Oh. My. God.... Fantastic. I've been here a couple times now with my dad and every time the food is just beautiful . The staff are always friendly . The sitting area is also really nice and the food is just packed with flavour . I regularly bring my friends here. And I suggest you take yours too! :)

Amazing tacos, I was craving birria and they did not disappointment. Always opt for spicy when they ask! I recommend the quesa with consomme and picante fries. Food was seasoned perfectly and the portions were generous. Great service from Imran and Abdul who were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was cosy and they played on theme music. The restaurant was clean and tidy too. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

This taco restaurant is amazing! The tacos are fresh and full of flavor. Every bite is delicious. They have a great menu with lots of choices. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you love tacos, you have to try this place. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited one of the best halal birria taco places, and I must say the food was absolutely mouthwatering. The atmosphere was amazing, and the staff welcomed us warmly. I am definitely planning to visit this place again!!

Quite simply one of the nicest tacos we have eaten. The cosomme (broth) is a solid 10/10 and if you get the beef taco, it is a no brainer. Fair prices and fantastic food. Will defo be coming back.

A decent feed in Luton. Really wanted to like this place and some dishes were great whilst others average. We ate inside the restaurant... Taco al pastor were amazing. But for the price, very small and not filling. Plantera tacos also amazing but a shame this is only veggie option. Birria quesa tacos were greasy and I couldn't finish one, let alone the two of them. Had little taste too. We also didn't have much of the consomme as it has a huge layer of fat on top. Dorado tacos better but again not much flavour. Fries were great and the cheese sauce is fantastic. Overall a nice change from the usual choices here in Luton, but we found it expensive for what you got. 7 pounds for 3 small tacos is too much.

You have no idea how long I’ve waited to try this authentic Birria place out!!! What a little gem of a place Sabrosa is. You can get all your Mexican food Birria cravings satisfied. This is a small independent TAKEAWAY/COLLECTION service. With no room for eating in, it’s not like a typical shop takeaway. It’s based as a working kitchen in a industrial estate - makes the whole buying collecting experience more interesting. They used to be based next door to Ujan Bhatti cash & carry in a small food catering complex. Just look for a sign called ‘FOODY COLLECTION’ they are based there alongside a few other takeaway services. But now based on OLD BEDFORD ROAD I ordered their premium taco platter, Comes with two of each type of taco. And consume and chips, And I ordered extra consume with beef and salsa. Tacos were delicious. Crispy and dunking them in the consume was just divine. It’s a fabulous little gem and hopefully one day can launch with a full blown restaurant! Basically I felt like I was in one of them food review videos of Birria tacos on YouTube!! It’s Mexican street food at its finest and it’s here in Luton! Enjoy.

Took an hour to deliver? Decent food and was served hot but how can you forget the consommé when there’s only 4 items? The ramen was not nice - instant noodles and powdered mix feel.

First time i ordered and i got a mini platter and its delicious...the meat is so tender the taste is great...portions amazing..we needed this kind of place in Luton...thanks

Fresh tasty food, love eating in and takeaway. I love how clean the shop is, the customer service is excellent and on top of that the food selection and the drinks to go with it is perfect. A regular customer and will certainly be back to dine in to try the rest of the menu. If you’re passing by Luton and need a food pitstop, this place will not dissapoint. Family friendly restaurant; warm, cosy and you can even take in your pushchair !

As a local in Luton, I was excited to see this fantastic Mexican Food business thrive and opening their own place near the Luton Station, is so tasty and convenient to walk there and get some fantastic authentic Mexican tacos. This place definitely deserves a visit.

Great little Mexican spot with a wide range of tacos, sides and sauces. The food is very good and served piping hot. The beef could be flavoured a little more but it was still great. Fried chicken is also really nice. The selection of drinks is very good, much better than your usual coke and 7up! I would recommend salt and pepper on the table for customers.

The food was nice. I ordered the birria tacos and I thought they had a lovely taste and were crisp when delivered. Consommé was a bit bland for me and the chips were tasty but soggy due to the delay in arriving. Took a while to assign a driver but arrived pretty quickly after that.

Absolutely love this food, used to order from them when they where in Dunstable, love the taste of the tacos absolutely amazing! Quality has not changed! Please don't change a thing! Finally found something I really enjoy! 😆🙂

Visiting Sabrosa Tacos in Luton was a delightful culinary adventure! We decided to indulge in the Deluxe Platter, which promised an assortment of tacos and sides. The platter was a vibrant showcase of flavors, featuring 2 Soft Tacos, 2 Dorado Tacos, 2 Quesa Tacos, 2 Mulitas, accompanied by a generous portion of large fries/tortilla chips and a savory Consomme. Each taco had its own unique taste and texture, from the soft and tender fillings of the soft tacos to the crispy, golden Dorado tacos. The Quesa Tacos were particularly memorable, with a delicious cheesy blend that complemented the meat perfectly. The Mulitas were a new experience for us, and they did not disappoint with their layered, flavorful fillings. But the star of the meal was the Birria Ramen. This innovative dish combined the rich, deep flavors of traditional Mexican consomme with hearty noodles, topped with fresh red onions and coriander. The result was an incredibly comforting and satisfying bowl that warmed us from the inside out. First time trying here and loved it. Ordered to go the mini platter and some chicken loco nachos, so good with the Birria broth and nice crispy fries. Place felt cosy and welcoming when I collected would visit again for sure.

Absolutely love this place! I would usually order for delivery, but we visited their new shop for the first time today and it was even better than expected. Lovely staff, super clean, amazing food (as always), and a really nice chilled vibe in the shop. Halal taco places are pretty few and far between, so I am super grateful to have this on my doorstep. I would even go as far as saying these are better than Meathead in Camden, which used to be my go to. Thank you so much - we can’t wait to come back!

Want a proper birria taco experience then look no further ! These were so scrumptious with proper flavour and a generous amount of dipping sauce. I've tried tacos elsewhere which are usually bland and lack a kick but these hit the spot ! My go to taco place and highly recommend. HALAL !

I've had this a number of times now and the taste is just too good. It's been consistent and when you get that mexican craving, it hits the SPOT. Not many halal mexican places around which makes it even better !

I was excited to try this and when I finally got to the location I couldn’t even find the place until I looked hard, its not even a shop its a house lool, they have napkins covering the windows and your not allowed inside, this was really concerning, i paid £20+ for 3 tiny tacos and not even half a pack of doritos in the corner…. Are u kidding me i was starving and had to go buy more food after it and the food itself was not up to my standards of mexican i couldve done it myself at home . Big shame

For the price the fillings were very stingy. Flavours were good but if you offer chicken u need more than two cube sized in a taco. Very disappointed with meal

I don’t often feel compelled to leave a review but how has this place gone under my radar for this long?! The tacos and consomme are divine!! I was hesitant placing the Uber eats order as (especially after seeing a photo of where it is located) but please DON’T be, you absolutely won’t regret it! Uber eats was extremely quick too, still piping hot on arrival. A* all round!

The tacos were mediocre at best, lacking any fresh ingredients. The meat was a bit dry and the consommé was flavourless. Ok starting point, but needs improvements.

I dont understand the hype to be frank with you all. Its just some unflavourful beef in a crispyish flat thin bread with a broth that tasted a bit funky to me and some finely chopped salad. The price point is also way too high...just under £18 for a "platter"- a few small tacos that doesnt even half fill my afghani stomach. Dissapointed and wont be trying again...but do try it for yourself, you may like it!! Though not for me. If you want repeat customers focus on the flavours very bland for mexican and cut all your prices by 25-35%.

First time trying tacos. Was nice however food was lukewarm due the driver. Their Mexican drinks are 10/10 especially the Pineapple. Their homemade drinks also very nice would be great along with warm weather in the summer.

Worst food I think I've ever tasted absolute waste of time

Unfortunately every item that was ordered lacked flavour.

The food was barely warm and a bit rubbery, although I would def try again when it's hot. But I'll try and collect next time
