What a great experience! Food choices excellent. Service was exceptional ... thank you Oliver. Very attentive, was at hand every time we needed anything and quick to provide for our particular requests. Eight in our party and empty plates at the end of each course. Couldn't have been better.

We had a really delicious meal here, the staff were very nice and the atmosphere in the restaurant was vibrant. Not sure about the enclosed booths we sat in but nonetheless we had a nice time.

Our table for 2 was nicely placed in a corner, and all waitresses where very polite and attentive. 2 star for food, soup option Tom Kha Gai is in 90% of restaurants always served mild, the menu did in fairness have a single pepper emoji next to soup order, think it needed 3 emoji's. Main course of beef, way to salty. Other dish of chicken/veg was diced so much that it simply didn't taste like anything I have eaten in hundreds of Thai restaurants before.

Food tasty and plentiful. Service slow, also when we arrived, after previously booking, we were told how long we had to eat as table was booked for later guests, we left in plenty of time, very aware of the constraint of limited time

Been here twice. Both times the food has been excellent. Hot and tasty. The flavour of the red Thai curry is delicious. Service was quick and the servers were all friendly. It can get noisy but that's the nature of restaurants. Drinks good. Starters are plentiful and delicious. Will be returning. Returned today. Excellent meal and service again.

Ordered a Friday night takeaway from Nusara for my family and everything tasted amazing. I asked for the chicken Penang to be made spicier and this was perfect along with the flavoursome coconut rice . The chicken Massaman curry was also excellent and prawn crackers are very moreish! Thank you to Ollie for his fantastic customer service which will keep us coming back to Nusara .

Really enjoyed celebrating my sons 32nd birthday at the Christchurch branch restaurant. The waitress was so nice. The food was excellent and really good value for money. Definitely recommend this restaurant 👏👏👏 5 stars 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 💫

Overall, very nice. Our starters were lovely, chicken saray skewers and tempura vegetables. My stir fry main was really tasty, with lots of flavours but not the biggest portion. My sister loved her green Thai curry, and for her, it was flavoursome. My husband was disappointed in his red Thai curry as it had no visible kefir lime leaves and no taste of them. He said it lacked depth of flavour. He sadly didn't say at the time as I was treating him for his birthday and he didn't want to say. Excellent service though.

The restaurant was busy and had a nice ambiance when we arrived. The manager was very welcoming and gave us a window table because I was on crutches. We ordered prawn crackers twice but never got them. When the starters arrived, they weren’t what we ordered. We weren’t in a rush so this wasn’t a big problem and was rectified. When the food arrived, it was excellent and probably one of the best Thai food we’ve had for a while but the pad Thai was a bit too sweet for our liking. We cannot fault the food, it was gorgeous but the service was patchy and not in line with the food quality. We gave constructive feedback to the manager who apologised and offered a gesture of goodwill. Overall it was quite a nice experience. We hope they polish the service as it will make it perfect. We were in Christchurch only for the weekend and won’t hesitate to eat at Nusara again if we return to area.

We visited Saturday 3rd Feb 2024 for a friends birthday meal. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The atmosphere was lovely. Service was brilliant and the food outstanding. Had no issues whatsoever and will definitely be returning. Thanks for a great experience

A full house, food amazing and flavourful, service excellent a busy and thriving place. We had thai crackers ( a generous basket) the ribs, the krob squid, then the lamb shank massaman and the weeping tiger. Everything was delicious. 💗 Highly recommend!

We feel so lucky to have stumbled across this place- such a lovely little restaurant with an authentic Thai ambience to match the authentic Thai cuisine!

Delicious foods, great variety. Attentive waiters. Room can be extremely noisy if one big group of diners are in. Try the mango sorbet - the best mango sorbet ever. Colouring pencils and paper available for children. Thank you.

I LOVE IT. Before coming to the restaurant I was grumpy after a long day, but then I got warmily welcomed by the staff, had the food there, and felt as if I was in paradise. The food was absolutely delicious, even the prawn crackers were on another level. The staff was really friendly too. The interior is lovely as well, really chill place with a nice interior design. I definitely recommend this place.

This was booked under a recommendation from a friend. Never eaten at this restaurant before and was looking forward to it. It was my birthday. Myself and my partner were seated quickly. No cuterly on our table but the table was clean. We waited 15 minutes before the waitress came over and took our drinks order. There was not many tables in use at this point in the evening, as it was early evening.. The waitress bought over a bottle of water, the bottle was dirty and it had warm tap water in it from the tap.. The glasses had no long just come out of the glass washer and ice was put straight in. The ice had nearly melted by the time the glasses got to put table. Anyway! The evening getting worse we ordered our meal, still expecting a nice flavour full meal. My partner ordered a noodle dish and I orded a curry. Our meals come quickly My meal was average. My partner meal was cold and greasy and not enjoyable. My cocktail was not every nice. So did not drink it . Just had a few sips. We felt disappointed and the service was not good. Over the time we were there. It felt rushed to eat and get out. The weekend in question was air show weekend. you need more staff on. I appreciate the team you had working on Friday evening were earning their wages and running around. My partner paid and paid the service charge the waitress kept going on about it. So we paid and left. We will not be returning....

Beautiful, welcoming place with a great staff team to look after you. Easy access straight off of the road to the traditional though modern looking restaurant. Good ample choice of food and drink that came swiftly but also at our preferred speed. Duck green curry, superb. Veg and vegan options. A tad expensive for day to day dining but worth every penny. Clean tables and facilities and worth mentioning the staff team again, really nice time.

My husband and I are both huge fans of Thai cuisine, and have been to Thailand on numerous occasions. Our meal here took us back to this times! We had the seabass curry, moo ping, laab gai and some cocktails, enjoyed everything thoroughly. Our favourite dish was the seabass curry, the fish was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth, it was incredible! The explosion of flavours was not limited to the curry, all dishes were spectacular. To top it all off, we got excellent service from our waiter, Dylan. He was very attentive, gave great recommendations and was an all round great waiter! We will definitely be back if we come back to Bournemouth.

We popped in for an unplanned express lunch after a lovely walk along Hengistbury Head. My husband doesn’t eat at lunchtime usually but he thoroughly enjoyed his Thai green curry, and I the red curry, tiny bowls of perfection with veg as well as chicken in the beautifully spiced sauces, fluffy rice, plus the two starters of chicken satay skewers and sweet corn fritters with a sweet chili sauce on the same plate. Absolutely scrumptious! We finished off sharing a lemon tart with coconut sorbet and along with a beer, a lemonade and an espresso and a service charge, the bill was a very reasonable £40. Service was lovely, and the dining room was just beautifully and simply decorated. We will actually make a return visit from Hampshire, as the whole experience was so enjoyable.

Very good food which came quickly. Very nice atmosphere. We were able to get a table at the last minute on a Saturday and the price was reasonable for what we had. Automatic service charge was added, which we declined to pay for as the service wasn't great (not awful by any stretch). Would visit again

The food and staff were fantastic the only thing that put a dampener on things was a grumpy old man who complained about or 20month who was happily chatting to us.

We booked a dinner for my fathers 60th birthday. Our table of 4 was situated towards the rear of the restaurant in quite a secluded area and therefore made the experience less noisy or disruptive. Kai the water was very friendly and attentive, he answered any questions my family had and couldn’t fault his service. Both starters and mains tasted amazing, I highly recommend the Chiang Mai spicy fried rice! The restaurant is cleverly laid out with glass window like partitions almost splitting the venue in half; this softens the noise when the restaurant is particularly busy. If I was dining again I would request a window seat if possible as being sat in the far corner felt a little “distant”. Overall good food and lovely service.

Went for lunch with a few friends on a Friday and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Between us, we had the Express lunch, lamb shank massaman, lamb shank kratiem and panang curry. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food, and I am looking forward to trying out the other 2 venues. Service was good, despite just the 1 waitstaff on duty. One suggestion Nusara: I would love to see vegan meat options for a couple of the curries, instead of tofu and vegetables. So many places are doing this now to cater to Gen Z vegetarians. My 4 kids would be regular customers!

We went for their £10 Express lunch today, served Wednesday to Friday. It was excellent. A small dish, plus a main dish are both served together, but were much more generous than I was expecting for the £10 price tag. Best of all they were delicious, nicely presented and great value for money. This is a great way to eat out in a nice restaurant without spending too much money. Service from Ollie was excellent and helpful, and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much. I had Chicken skewers with Satay sauce, plus Thai green curry, and Chris had pork skewers plus Red Thai curry. All super!

Ordered takeout from Nusara last weekend and was really disappointed. Ordered the rump steak noodles, red Thai curry and spare ribs. Rump steak was tough and dry, curry was ok but the spare ribs were chewy, tasteless and tasted like it was over 100 years old! I rang to share my concerns but they had closed so left a voicemail and have yet to hear back. Given this all came to a little under £50 I expect a much better standard of food and most definitely expect better service and response. It’s a great shame as somewhere like this should be better, I miss Koh Thai who they replaced never happened there!! Should have known better and stuck with The Rising Sun.

This was the best Thai food I've eaten in a while - though I've rarely had 'bad' Thai food - it was delicately flavoured and delicious. We received a friendly welcome and the staff were attentive and efficient. The decor is pleasant but I think it could be more stylish and have bigger tables - it felt a bit cramped (and I'm not a big person). I really enjoyed the Muay Thai cocktail and would love to return to try the other dishes.

We had a really very good meal from the lunchtime menu when we visited yesterday. Well prepared, just the right amount of spices and served with care and attention. Very pleased and will certainly visit again when next in Christchurch.

After a pub failing to tell us they were shut when we had booked for that date, we searched desperately to find somewhere last minute on a Sunday for somewhere to go for my partners birthday lunch. We came across NUSARA and my oh my what a delightful place!!! The lady serving us was accomodating and friendly, the food was superb!! As a party of 4 and a half (4 adults 1 baby), we were all delighted with the quality and quantity of food that was provided. The duck leg penang is beautiful, super yummy, that now all i fancy is this curry. The Pad Kra Pao (think thats how its spelt) that two members of the party had had 10 star reviews from them. The bowl of prawn crackers was thoroughly enjoyed by all, and especially by our teething baby who has started eating solids, he thoroughly enjoyed munching on these. Overall NUSARA is a brilliant addition to Christchurch, and we look forward to dining with you on 14th April. CAN I ADD THAT THE FOOD IS SUPER TASTY!!!!!!!!!

In the summer this restaurant did a £10 lunchtime menu which I thought was good value for money. The chap inside said this menu was no longer available...we carried on anyway. The food was ok and I thought very expensive for a lunchtime,I won't be going back..times are hard for everyone.

£15 lunch deal. Tasted fantastic. Eaten lots of Thai food in the UK, this is definitely one of the best.

Went here for a meal about a month ago really can't fault it ,going back again tomorrow and I am sure in future.

We ate here on the 10/11/22 A family gathering for my son’s birthday. From booking a table, to service and of course food everything was excellent. We had a fab night and will return. My only moan is the drinks were a bit top end but with what’s going on in the crazy world at the mo only to be expected and we were there for the food

Called in for lunch with the wife on Saturday, we had 2 courses for £15 lunch menu. Food was lovely, staff were perfectly pleasant and friendly but lacked a little bit of enthusiasm/personality. Atmosphere was nice and quiet the way I like it but not to sure about the partitions between the tables, feels a little boxed in but it does give your table a little bit more privacy. Would definitely go back again as we love Thai food and it was delicious.

Absolutely lovely evening here! Really lovely food, great location and nice restaurant. Servers were friendly and efficient. Was lovely! Only downside was a large group of people were so loud it was hard to talk to your party on the same table!

If you are looking for a quick meal, then this is the place for you. The food was really delicious however we were rushed through our meal by the waiting staff and it did ruin the evening. I had barely arrived and they were all over us. Just put my cutlery down from my starter and my plate was whipped away and main was served. Another note, they have split the room using dividers and we were stuffed in between 2 of these. Not the best evening. It’s a shame as the food was so lovely. Next time we will get a take away…

Had an amazing meal, we walked in without a booking and we’re told if we popped back in 20 minutes we could have a table in the bar area. As promised a table was ready opposite the bar. Great atmosphere and very friendly attentive staff. Fantastic meal 10 out of 10.. will definitely return next time we are in the area, but will book in advance as it’s obviously very popular.

Just special. Went for the second time. High expectations after a great first time. Food is ace, chef served himself, clearly proud of his work. But the front of house staff is always amazing. Good humored, efficient and naturally friendly. You can see they enjoy what they're doing! Makes such a change to other places. THANK YOU!

Thank you for accommodating me today for quick lunch before your closing. The food served real quick felt like it was plated and ready to go! Would appreciate at least 10 minutes of a time if you decide to give the table and serve the customer. My salad bed of carrots was hotter than the dimsums.

Eaten here a few times, the foods decent although felt the menu options were lacking. Staff were friendly and they managed to accommodate a large group of us.

Had a takeaway whilst on a work trip. Wish this place was closer to home! Best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand, by far. Ribs and prawn pad Thai recommended.

Great little Thai restaurant and good food at reasonable price with excellent service.

The food was OK. To be honest, no better than we have had from a supermarket. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, however, what I really took exception to was the way the service charge / tip was handled. We were asked, "Service OK?" and thinking that this meant 'was your service at the table acceptable?' we said, "yes, thank you". Only after being given the card machine did we realise that we had been charged 10% on top of the bill. We were with friends, whom we were treating, so didn't make a fuss. And we never have a problem tipping if the service and the food is good, but we genuinely felt that this was an underhanded trick to get us to agree to a 10% service charge. We will not go here again, this experience has soured Nusara for us.

Only giving this our first visit 2 stars due to our table for 2 in the window was so small and boxed in by screens it felt like we were eating in a cupboard & not in a restaurant. Sadly for this reason only we will not be returning despite the excellent food & service.

Was up all night/morning being ill after eating here. Such a shame as enjoyed it at the time, but think I had an acute case of food poisoning. Has put me off not only revisiting, but Thai food in general after being ill repeatedly.

food is excellent and always piping hot. undoubtedly one of the best thai restaurants we have frequented. the service is flawless and is at the same level each time we visit.. this is a very special place.. if you enjoy Thai food you must try this place.. you won't be disappointed... its a treasure
