I had ordered this takeaway because this town has nothing really to offer. No shops, No life. I can't even find my local waitrose i have in my hometown in England. Lovely views but the food was lovely and had lots of flavour. One problem is that i had this child come up to me and take my shoes and wallet. Never coming back. But the food was very nice XD

Ruchi is an award-winning Nepalese tandoori takeaway and produces absolutely beautiful food from an extensive menu. It's open all day from 12.00 (not Sunday) and is situated nestling within the tiny streets of Nant-y-Moel on a car park adjacent to the site of the village's former railway station. The food offered is exotic and very tasty, various tandoori roasted meat dishes, crispy chicken burgers, yummy chips, various curries, (Gurkha chicken curry, anyone?), Kashmiri fish & chips, and many, many more. It would literally take months to try everything on the menu. Ruchi is family-owned and long-established. Drive over, spend some money, thrill your taste buds! An easy 5 stars from me, deserves 10. For us, living in Cwmparc, it's a glorious 15-minute drive over Bwlch mountain.

Had a takeaway delivered from here, poor would be an understatement . Please don’t eat from here. Very poor quality, poor taste and very unpalatable.

At last, a decent Indian takeaway in the valley. Lovely authentic Nepalese cuisine cooked by Nepalese Cook and served by friendly local people. I'll definitely be back for another visit.

This week I was shocked to see the bad publicity that this place has received all over social media - I’ve eaten here forever , since the very first mukta mahal , ok I don’t eat Indian often but when I do I use various Indian all around the areas so I can change it up a bit - today I ignored the bad publicity and give these guys a chance , I ordered the chicken tikka korai amongst other things and I have to say the curry was by far the nicest curry I have ever eaten from a takeaway_, it was delivered on time - piping hot and full of flavour - the chicken was great quality and despite the negative criticism I will keep using these when I choose an Indian , I am under the impression that the hygiene inspection includes paperwork in their findings and this probably had an impact - the owner of this place is 34 years old - he’s giving it a go and ok he’s made a mistake but hopefully people will give him chance to put it right and use it as a learning curve - hopefully this business will remain open

Eight of us visited here for a mid week birthday meal. We all had a fabulous meal at a reasonable price. A big variety on the menu along with the specials board. Nothing was too much trouble for our waitress, who is working while at college. We were offered extra chips and we were also given cream to go with a birthday cake we had brought ourselves. The lady in the kitchen was fab too, nothing was too much trouble and the food was superb. I will definitely be visiting again.

This is a first class award winning fish and chip shop. Fish / chicken nuggets cooked to order. Great selection of pies, fish, sausages, rissoles, curry etc. My great grandchildren love chips and chicken nuggets or pie or sausage form there together with a Slush Puppy. Give them a try!
