Royal kitchen in Fife

Used this Chinese for years. Unfortunately since it has changed to new management the prices have gone up but the quality has gone right down. Ordered tonight and ended up having to return some of it, the food i did eat was bland. Prawn crackers are terrible now with a weird after taste. Also was over charged but didnt realise until i checked the menu. Real shame as i used to love this Chinese.

I have been using this takeaway for years, but never ever use it again .. 16.60 for a 10" munchie box When we got it home, it was a box of chips and a couple of tiny bits of what l think is meant to be chicken. Waste of money

New people took over royal kitchen again , this time fast service and very friendly , I would highly recommend this place to everyone and food was really delicious. Thank u x

I always find it's better to go and get your food rather than wait on a delivery, that goes for all fast food outlets, as the standard of delivery drivers has seriously went downhill since covid. The food served to me this evening was hot, even after driving home, it tasted nice, it was on par with other establishments in the area and the price, again on par with similar establishments. I would go back again.

Excellent yummy and quick delivery

Delivered before the time requested as it was made as a preorder. I got beef, green pepper and black bean sauce, it was really watery consistency and both mine and my partners food was cold despite it being delivered early.

Have been using Royal Kitchen for a few years and never had a reason to complain. Tonight was different unfortunately. The chicken used for our meal was the cheapest of the cheap with the black bean sauce having little taste. Chips appeared to have been cooked more than once and were greasy and not the usual crispy texture, thrown in the bucket along with most of the meal. Will only use this place for starters in future. Very disappointing.

Gave you a one star because my husband ate his but after 1 and a half hour wait, i was so disappointed my meal was so cold had to reheat in the microwave, worst beef curry ever. It was wrapped in cling film and i think the beef was off, if im ill tomorrow the 3/4 i have left will be going to a lab for testing

meal arrived hot was delivered in a reasonable time. Food tasty no complaints. Would recommend ordering for a carry out.

Been waiting 2 hours for delivery.

Yet again, an order taking over 2 hours to be delivered! I don’t know why we give them the benefit of the doubt. This was the last time though. Food is normally good (still waiting though!) Don’t take orders if you’re too busy, or at least advise of actual waiting times!!

My order came in 45 mins which earns the solitary, However my Singapore chow mein has less spices in it than a korma it tastes like baby food.......

Ordered peking ribs. Ok but not the best I've had. Crispy noodles Char Sui excellent. Chicken Curry. Ok but oh my the amount and size of onions on it was ridiculous. Certainly won't order again and as wife only ever gets chicken curry that rules out Royal Kitchen. Such a pity as I usually get carry out from here.

I have used this take away for a good while every dish I've ordered is excellent as they velvet the chicken which makes it incredibley tender you can tell the difference 5* from me

Everything was great except for the fact they put pineapple in beside my order of spare ribs and my partner is allergic to it so was unable to eat them even though they were ordered for him.

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited an hour and a half for a delivery. I had asked for no veg and sauce seperate but when it got here it had it all in together and chips were cold and soggy. Absolute joke.
